Decision

At night, when Edward and his family have dinner. Suddenly, Edward said to his parents

"Dad, Mom, I want to tell you something!" while putting a letter on the dining table.

"What's up, Ed?" said Mrs.Williams teasingly.

Mr. Williams put down the spoon, and saw his son continue.

"I have already decided which school I will choose" said Edward seriously.

"What school will you choose, Ed?" this time his father asked.

"Hogwarts!"

"Hogwarts?" asked his mother in confusion. She had never heard of a school called Hogwarts in England.

"Yes, Mom, but before that I want you both to read the letter!" said Edward, pointing to the letter on the table.

"Is the school called Hogwarts related to this letter?" asked Mrs. Williams.

Edward nodded, seeing her son like that, Mrs. Williams took the letter and read it with her husband.

After reading the letter, Mrs.Williams saw her son and said

"Are you kidding me, Ed?" those are the first words spoken by Mrs. Williams after reading the letter.

"No, Mom, this is true, I was initially surprised but now I am really sure. Magic is real" answered Edward seriously.

"Are you serious Ed, magic?" his mother asked in disbelief.

"Yes Mom, I'm serius"

"No, you are not serious"

"Can you explain to us Ed?" said his father suddenly.

Finally Dad asked. If I keep talking to Mother how can I explain everything.

"Dad, Mom, do you remember when I was little? a lot of things happen around me" saw his parents nod, Edward added, " Mom, do you remember when I wanted to read a book in Dad's study room but you did not allow it, it irritated me and suddenly the book appeared before me, and that often happened. You are confused about what happened, and even called out to exorcists. After summoning exorcists, the incident did not disappear in the least".

Seeing his parents getting serious, Edward continued

"After that I started reading books about meditation, and doing meditation to control my emotions. After that the incident did not happen again, but today when I read the letter in my room, I was very surprised. And believing in the events that happened to me the first time was the possibility that I could not control my magic".

After hearing Edward's explanation, they had expressions of surprise and disbelief.

Edward knew what his parents were thinking, they must have been very surprised now, but that was the explanation he had prepared.

"Dad, Mom, I know this is very surprising but I have sent my reply. Tomorrow maybe the school staff will come, we can confirm it tomorrow. And if that's true, I want to go to Hogwarts" said Edward seriously

Seeing the expression on their children, Mr. and Mrs. Williams looked at each other.

"But Ed..." said Mrs. Williams, but Mr. Williams cut it off and said, "It's okay Annie, it looks like Edward has decided".

"Seeing him stay at home I began to worry, so when he said he wanted to go to Hogwarts, I was very happy" said Mr.Williams with a smile.

Mrs.Williams saw her husband's expression could only sigh and agreed, maybe she was too worried if he left her.

Edward saw the expressions of his parents, very happy and said to them

"Thank you Mom, Dad"

They returned to dinner happily while discussing the arrival of Hogwarts staff tomorrow.
