Harry Potter and The Stone of Y

After being left alone for the day by his hateful relatives, Harry Potter didn’t really expect his afternoon would be so eventful. All told, it was an ordinary looking stone that he found in the forest…except that it felt like it was calling out to him. Harry Potter with the power of Mega Mewtwo Y! —- It’s my very first time writing so please forgive any grammar mistakes. I hope you enjoy reading this as much as enjoyed writing it. Both Harry Potter and Pokemon franchises are not mine so please don’t sue me. The beautiful and gorgeous cover art belongs to its owner and is definitely not mine because I can’t even draw a tree to save my life.

Chapter 011 Mad Scientist

That afternoon was a lot of confessions and reminiscing for the two best friends. Moppy was kind enough to provide delicious tea and freshly baked biscuits.

"Harry. I couldn't take you in when you were little. I…I have a medical condition you see and it prevented me from taking you in. Please, forgive me." He looked anguished when he learned that Harry hadn't had a…good…childhood. Harry tilted his head.

"Oh. You mean your werewolf problem?" Remus choked on his biscuit. Coughing a little he looked accusingly at Sirius.

"Hey, I didn't tell him!" The dog-man raised both his hands in placation.

"Then how did he know?"

"I'm sorry. It's my fault. When you mentioned a medical condition your thoughts were practically screaming at me. That's how I knew." The boy among them smiled apologetically.

"Yo…you can read minds?! But that's advanced magic! And I'm a werewolf besides, I'm immune to Legillimency."

"Ah, it's not really magic. I just have a particularly…potent mind. It's a side effect of my other form." He knew the man could be trusted and he didn't mind showing him.

"Your other form? You mean…? Sirius, what magic have you been teaching him! You know it's dangerous on someone so young." Sirius looked affronted.

"Hey! Why is it always me?" He crossed his arms petulantly. Like a child. Harry snickered.

"For once, Sirius is actually telling the truth."

"Hey!"

"It's better that I show you." Harry levitated from his seat. Mischievously grinning at the gaping werewolf, in a flash he transformed into a floating, pink and bipedal cat…thing. One thing was for sure, however, Remus felt overwhelming power. It was suffocating. Like he was kilometres deep under the ocean never to see the light of day, the waters threatening to crush his body into a pulp. The moment passed quickly as it appeared and he was left panting taking big gulps of air. Even Sirius was affected as he was wiping the sweat from his face.

'I am Mewtwo.' A powerful voice similar to the one Harry used reverberated inside their minds.

"Uhh, Harry. What was that?" The ex-convict hadn't felt anything like that before even when his godson first transformed in his cell in Azkaban.

'Sorry, Sirius. Remus. I had to make sure. I know Sirius trusts you but I needed to make a point. Mewtwo is a well-kept secret and I don't want anyone I don't trust learning of it.' Harry shrugged unrepentantly.

"Point taken. Cough. Harry, I promise not to tell anyone. You can trust me." Remus said firmly.

'Good.' Mewtwo grinned.

"So…care to explain, now? How can you be an an animagus? And a clearly magical one."

Mewtwo pointed at the little stone embedded in his chest and told them the story and explained what Mewtwo was and the memories. It was also for his godfather's benefit as he didn't really go over into detail with it.

"…wow. So you believe Mewtwo and these…Pokemon are aliens?!" Sirius and Remus knew all about aliens. Lily mentioned it enough a few times that they knew aliens starred in some fiction stories from the muggles often used to scare little children that they'd be abducted into their spaceships if they misbehaved.

'Yeah. Oh. Also, I'm most likely immortal'

"What?!"

Mewtwo explained his theory about his eating and sleeping habits.

"So if the stone completely dissolves you'll permanently turn into an immortal and powerful alien?"

'Yeah. Pretty much. At least I think so.'

Sirius and Remus were completely bewildered by his blasé attitude. Mewtwo just snickered behind his hand.

'Now that that's over I need you to stay put.'

"Wha…?"

He didn't let the werewolf complete his question as he was already moving. Pointing his palms at the bewildered man, he incanted in his head.

'Life Dew.'

Fine droplets of water suddenly appeared from thin air and traveled swiftly to the werewolf seeping into his skin. At point Remus didn't know he closed his eyes but when he didn't feel anything painful he opened his eyes and was amazed instead. He was painfully aware that transforming every full moon meant that it took a heavy toll on his body ageing him prematurely. But looking at his hands, it was like watching time reverse. The wrinkled skin on his hands seemed to disappear and the scars lighten. His lean almost skinny frame took on a bit of mass. The aches and pains he was used to feeling, which worsened before and after the the full moon began to disappear as the healing water seeped into his muscles and bones.

Mewtwo kept producing the mist for several minutes to combat the years of abuse Remus's body had accumulated.

Once done he looked at his work. Most of the scars were gone and some of the larger ones evened out and lightened appearing as small white lines. On Remus's pale skin it was practically unnoticeable. His skin lost a decade in appearance and looked healthy. Bony cheeks also filled out a little which could be remedied by eating healthy and hearty meals. Overall Remus looked fantastic. He frowned, however, when he noticed the jagged scar still on his left jaw. It evened out somewhat but it remained persistent.

Grinning smugly, Sirius helpfully conjured a mirror for Remus. Looking at his reflection he was gobsmacked by what he saw. For the first time in a long time, so long that he couldn't remember now, he looked his age. No, he looked a bit younger. His skin radiated a healthy glow and he didn't look malnourished anymore. He looked at himself for a long time some tears escaping from his eyes.

"Harry…I. Thank you." Harry snorted.

Both werewolf and dog-man looked at each other perplexed. Harry looked…dissatisfied?

Letting out a loud warbling sound he called out.

'Midas!'

Suddenly a ball of fire formed above the trio. It was a fiery Phoenix! It's beautiful golden plumage with streaks of red radiated a fiery light. Yes, Midas has now reach his first adult form. The magnificent bird landed on the settee and let out a piercing cry.

'Midas, my friend.' Mewtwo let out his own warbling cry. He floated towards his bird partner and petted its beak. Midas leaned into the familiar touch.

'This is Midas. I rescued him from an illegal magical creature trafficking ring when he was just a newborn. He chose to stay with me and has been with me ever since.' The fondness in his voice was evident.

Midas flew over to Sirius's lap asking for treats. The bird was already familiar with the funny sometimes dog-sometimes man. He also gave good head scratches.

'Midas, will you help my friends heal his scar?' He indicated at the awed Remus.

"Harry! You've already done so much. A little scar won't hurt." The werewolf was already very grateful for all the unexpected help from Harry but a bloody phoenix? The only other wizard he knew who had a phoenix as a familiar was the famous Albus Dumbledor. Phoenixes were extremely picky with choosing their companions.

'Nonsense. Besides, Midas has been doing nothing but eating and sleeping around all day. Soon his wings won't be able to carry him. A few tears ought to help trim some fat.' Mewtwo snickered behing his hand as he heard the bird give an indignant squawk. Although true but how dare he humiliate him! He was very noble and handsome bird. 'You'll pay for that later.' Midas thought miffed.

'I'm just kidding, my loyal friend. I'll give you all the grapes you could eat later.' Still miffed but placated at the thought of new victims…ahem…grapes for now, the now eager bird flew over to Remus and carefully leaned over the hideous scar. The werewolf resignedly twisted his head so the bird could get better access.

A few drops of the powerful healing tears, everyone saw that the once jagged tissue smoothened and slowly disappeared leaving smooth and even skin.

"I didn't know that phoenix tears could completely heal werewolf scratches." Sirius marvelled at the smug bird who was lapping up his admirers.

"Exactly. Or that phoenix tears are so rare that no one would really use it to heal some scars. They're only used in brewing powerful potions or saving a life if you're lucky. Anyone would pay a ransom to get a single drop. You should be very grateful of your friend here Harry. He really is magnificent." Yes, I am! The bird pointed his beak up smugly and flaring his wings to show off his beautiful golden wings.

'I am. Thank you, Midas. As always, your help is most appreciated. I will tell Tilly to bring you your grapes later.'

The bird clacked its beak and nodded and with a swoosh of fire it was gone.

Mewtwo transformed back into a smugly smiling child and sat back on the settee.

"Thank you, Harry. This…this is more than anyone has ever done for me." Remus was choked with emotions.

"Who said it's free?"

"I'll do anything." The werewolf has already given this boy his full trust after what he'd done for him.

"Sirius?"

"You see, Remus we need someone to manage our daily finances and catalogue all our expenses. Although the elves are managing but they're doing so just barely. So we need someone who can stay here at Potter manor indefinitely. You will have a monthly salary, of course, and during the full moon there is a nice big forest out in the back." The dog-man was innocently smiling. Too innocent. Sirius knew his financial situation. Being a werewolf he couldn't successfully land a stable job as he needed some time to recover after his transformations. His employers noticed that he was frequently needing to take a sick leave and they couldn't have that.

"You had this all planned out didn't you." He smiled wryly at his best friend.

"Of course." Sirius was so smart. This is the best prank ever while also helping his friend!

"…Fine. I'll be your accountant." Remus could only shake his head fondly at the duo rejoicing at another addition to their family.

——-

It was quiet and dark, the light of the moon obscured by heavy clouds. On this dark night a manor could be seen. It was a large structure dwarfing anything in its vicinity for kilometres. Its hallways are ever meandering and twisting. One would surely be lost if they didn't know where to go. If one walked through a particular set of hallways, one would hear a continuous faint beeping sound. At the end of this hallway there was an open door and an eerie blue light could be seen, its color harsh against the opposite wall.

Just beyond the door under the dim blue light and the eerie beeping sound, a small figure was frantically scurrying around pushing buttons and pulling various levers. At first glance the figure looked like a small man, or maybe a goblin or a dwarf with its stature. It couldn't be determined well as the figure was obscured in a white coat and large protective glasses the blue light reflecting off the white material making the figure look like an apparition.

At the final push of a round red button the dim blue light in this dark room intensified illuminating the various technological bits and bobs scattered in organised chaos throughout the big room. The harsh blue glow was coming from two large circular structures laying flat on the ground, one near the figure and a similar one at the far end of the room, both large enough to have several people comfortably fit in it easily.

"IT'S ALIVE!! MUHAHAHA!!" Tilting his head up and cackling dementedly was none other than Harry Potter. It was a success! For the first time in history, a fully functioning portal has been created. Using his knowledge of pokemon technology and liberal use of runes he was able build a fully operable and stable teleportation portal. Well, it was not quite that simple. Harry based the portal on the solid to light conversion technology of the pokeball, which he had already recreated a month ago. You see, when a pokeball catches a pokemon it converts the pokemon into light and stores it inside as data, effectively putting it into stasis. For several months and with minimal sleep, Harry managed to tweak it for his purposes and created one on a much larger scale. When a person stands on the portal their body is converted into light and is then safely stored and sent to the other end. It will then reconstruct the person while the whole process only takes less than a second. It was the most advanced piece of combined magic and technology ever created. Better than that horrible floo. Harry scrunched his nose at the thought of the inefficient fireplaces. Whoever invented floo travel should have been blasted with a Hyper Beam. Travel by floo was uncomfortable and disorienting, in his experience, and there was also a chance of inhaling the soot. His teleportation portal was truly instantaneous and didn't have that disorienting feeling of being flung this way and that through the monstrosity know as the floo network.

To operate the portal one just needs to say their destination out loud and the person will be enveloped in red light to be then be sent through to their intended destination.

Harry was planning to set up portals in known magical districts like Hogsmeade, Diagon Alley, King's Cross Station, and the Ministry of Magic for his the first installments. Eventually he wanted a way for magicals to safely travel throughout Great Britain and eventually the whole world so there were less incidents of being found by muggles. Imagine being able to travel to far away countries in just a second without losing your lunch like with portkeys.

Setting up a company would be easy enough. The magical government was corrupt and with enough galleons to grease greedy hands his company would be well on its way. However, even if he was the most powerful being on the planet, able to destroy cities and mountains on a whim- not that he would, mind- he was still technically a child not even yet getting his first Hogwarts Letter. To that end he wanted Sirius to be the face of the company and with his godfather's background as the notorious Lord of the Most Ancient and Noble of House of Black and also someone who garnered sympathies from all around the world because of his illegal incarceration, the dog-man would be perfect for the role.
