Placing down her gold-tipped quill Eleanor folded the letter and placed it in a prepared envelope.

Taking the candle from next to her she let a large drop fall onto the letter and pressing house black's insignia to it she sealed it shut.

Standing up Eleanor was about to leave when she quickly spun around and picking up her wand slipped it into her dress's sleeve.

Exiting her study she closed the dark oak door behind her and turning right started walking down the high ceiling corridor.

As she strode towards the owlery she was every now and then bathed in sunlight which poured into the hallway through the beautifully designed glass windows.

Eleanor soon reached the door that led to the owlery and swinging it open she entered into a dimly lit tower, the floor of which was covered in feathers.

Looking around she saw that the walls were lined by alcoves for nesting.

Stepping forward Eleanor rang the bell hanging from the perch placed in the centre of the tower.

She didn't have to wait long for in a few seconds a large dark brown barn owl landed in front of her its leg extended.

Eleanor smiled and stroked its feathers, "Thank you for volunteering."

The owl let out a quiet hoot and giggling Eleanor tied the letter to the owl's leg.

She then stepped back and watched as the owl flapped its wings and flew up the tower towards the exit at its top.

Incapable of seeing the owl and more Eleanor turned around and left the owlery.

Stepping over to one of the windows in the corridor Eleanor watches as the owl flew south.

She sighed and proceeded down the hallway towards her study.

Eleanor was about halfway down the corridor when Victoria exited out of one of the doors lining it.

"Oh, your Highness, is there anything I may help you with?" she asked curtseying.

The princess smiled and scratched the cruck of her elbow, "Yes there is actually something.

Could you please bring 'Call of Cthulhu' to my room!"

Victoria nodded and curtseyed towards her again, "Of course your Highness, I shall bring it to you immediately."

Entering her chambers, Eleanor immediately walked over to the glass doors and swung them open exited onto her balcony which overlooked her gardens, fields, and her forest beyond that.

A bright smile appeared on her face and stretching out her arms she let the cool breeze wash over.

Her long dark red hair flapped in the wind similar to a flag on the open sea, and her mismatched crystal-like eyes shone with joy.

She sighed and walked towards the railing, sat down on it, handing her legs over the edge.

A cry of shock sounded from behind her and Eleanor heard Victoria run towards her., "Your Highness, what are you doing?"

Turning around, Eleanor smiled at her maid, "I am enjoying the fresh air!"

"Your Highness please, it's dangerous, could you please sit behind the barrier." Victoria pleaded.

Giggling, Eleanor put her hand to her mouth, "You worry too much, It is not as though I would die even if I fall."

Victoria groaned and placed the book next to her liege, "Fine, but don't tell me I didn't warn you."

She then turned around and walked back inside.

Shaking her head Eleanor smiled and taking the book in hand started to read with the chirping of birds in the background.

A few hours had passed when she heard a knock at her door.

Guessing who it was Eleanor smiled and placed her book on one side she heard inside.

She had been right, for when she opened the door, a slightly tired looking Alfie stood behind it.

"Father," she greeted courteously.

The priest's eyes widened and tentatively greeted her, "Your Highness" he then paused, "Your eyes?"

A smile appeared on Elanor's face and she gestured to Alfie inside, "Please enter, I am guessing you have quite a few questions."

"I do." he said chuckling, before stepping inside the large bed-chamber.

Closing the door behind Alfie, Eleanor motioned toward the chair where she usually sat when Victoria was doing her hair.

Nodding in appreciation Alfie quickly moved over and sat on it, while Eleanor sat down on her bed.

"Ask away!" she said, making herself comfortable.

Clearing his throat the priest lent forward, "Well I'll start with the most urgent one.

Who are you really?"

Eleanor giggled, "You are right that is quite important."

She then placed her right hand over her heart and proclaimed, "I am Eleanor Igraine Pendragon, daughter of Arthur Pendragon and Morgana Le Fay.

Heiress to house Black, Slytherin and Pendragon.

I am also the rightful ruler of Britannia and a vampire."

By now Alfie's mouth was hanging wide open, flabbergasted by Eleanor's statement.

Leaning back Eleanor gave the priest some time to process everything he had just heard.

She was just examining a dark patch on the ceiling when Alfie coughed gaining her attention.

Sighing he leant back, "I don't know what to say and I don't know whether I believe you."

Eleanor nodded and standing up, walked over to him, "May I show you?"

He frowned, "Alright, but how will you do that?"

She smiled, "Magic is a wonderful but terrible thing, Father O'Duggan." and grabbing hold of the priest's hand, gazed into his dark green eyes.

A slight tremor ran through her body as she felt Alfie's mind touch her's and in that instant, she understood him fully.

Every little detail of the man known as Alfie O'Duggan was currently exposed to her.

All of his strengths and flaws, which were too many to count.

She could see that the priest was an extremely complicated person and wondered if all humans were that way.

Another tremor wracked her body, and she released Alfie's knee and fell to the floor shaking.

The torrent of information had overwhelmed Eleanor leaving her in a state of absolute shock.

She couldn't sense anything outside of Alfie's existence, for her it was as though it was all that existed.

Stumbling backwards the priest fell off his chair and scrambled upright, his heart racing.

Rushing over to the door he wrenched it open, "Help, help, help!" he shouted panic stricken before rushing back to Eleanor's side.

Remembering the little training he had had, Alfie quickly grabbed the blanket and cushions from the bed before placing them around the princess's so that she wouldn't hurt herself.

He heard the door burst open and Victoria rushed over to his side, "W-what happened?"

"I-I don't know." he said, truly not understanding what had happened, he only saw Eleanor touch his hand and next second she was thrashing on the floor.

Pulling off his jacket he quickly ripped off a long piece and placed it in the princess's mouth.

Standing up Victoria started to move out of the room, "I'll go get some help."

Sprinting out of the room Victoria pelted down the half moon staircase and into the drawing room, nearly knocking a vase over in her haste.

Rushing over to the fireplace, Victoria grabbed the golden pot and throwing a handful of its glittering contents into the hearth shouted, "Number 16, Kingsley Road, Luton."

The fireplace burst into green flame and leaning forward she plunged her head into the fire.

She nor anybody else had ever liked the feeling of floo travel and it was even worse when it was only her head.

She passed by multiple fireplaces from which she could see families playing games, old men reading the daily profit and housewives using spells to clean their living rooms.

Victoria soon spotted the correct one and was automatically pulled towards it.

As soon as she saw the inside of the cosy home Victoria opened her mouth and shouted, "Anton!"

She heard the scramble of footsteps and soon a man of above-average height with dishevelled blond hair and dark eyes came into view.

The unceremoniously dressed man quickly righted his glasses that had almost fallen from his face and quickly sat down before the fireplace, "Victoria?

Are you alright? I heard you had been fired."

She nodded her head, "I'm fine, please we don't have time for this.

If you would please separate 52°56'14.5 north and 1°08'42.6 east, I'll come to pick you up."

She then pulled her face back out of the fire landing on the floor.

Scrambling upright Victoria, rushed out of the manor entirely, her maid uniform flapping behind her.

As she neared the gates she prepared herself for apparition and then, as soon as she had passed the gates, she vanished.
