The House-Elfves!

The house-elf stood in the middle room looking around excitedly, much shorter in stature than a human, standing at only about 3 and a half feet (1.06 m). He had large, tennis-ball-like blue eyes, a pencil-like nose, and long bat-like pointed ears. Its skin was both slightly wrinkled but still looked smooth in some weird way as he was covered with a body-covering pillowcase.
'Hmm, at least they aren't disgusting to look at.'
I walked down towards the sofa on the side and looked at the bare living room. I haven't touched the house and I feel like I'm in dire need of decorations.
"What's your name?" I asked the house-elf.
"This one's name is Flickwi, Sir" the house-elf bowed in greeting, her entire body almost doubling over.
"Okay, you can call me Master Blaise..." I stopped and tried to figure out a way to frame the various questions that appeared in my mind.
"Your main duties from today are to clean the house and prepare my meals, can you access my vault in Gringott's," I asked.
"Yes Master Blaise, Flickwi can access your vault no. 12856..." The elf blinked her eyes looked so big when she does that.
"Alright, so take the galleons that you need to shop for food from there, now how did you know where this house was?" I was quite curious about the elves' ability to bypass wards. Was it related to their magic?
Flickwi blinked confusingly, "Because Flickwi is Master Blaise's elf, she knows where your house is, Flikwi is a good elf!" The elf finished and I sighed.
'Alright, maybe my question was framed wrong, what could I do.'
An Idea appeared in my mind, "Flickwi, can you go to Hogwarts right now?" I asked.
'Dobby certainly could, there should be some wards that should be invented to stop elves intrusions and I need to get them too.'
My seemingly untraceable fortress appeared vulnerable all of a sudden as another variable appeared, "Yes, Flikwi can Master Blaise, Do you need your room cleaned?" The elf asked and that question hit me again.
'So she can only go into Hogwarts because I still study there and she is my house-elf! that must be the reason why Dobby could enter and leave Hogwarts at will! Maybe there is a ledger that keeps track of all the elves that appear in Hogwarts and match them with their master so any accidents could be taken into account! But then How did dobby enter and leave the Malfoy manor in the 7th book, was it because he already knew where it was because he worked there, or maybe because he was a free elf, and he declared it proudly and was willing to be one rather than the others who wish to serve.'
"Did Flickwi do something wrong!" Flickwi quivered in front of me as I was lost in thought.
"No Flickwi you did not, can you go to the Potter manor and the Black family house?" I asked.
'Gathering intel would be the easiest way to figure it out.'
"Yes, Flickwi can," The elf nodded proudly at his ability.
"And what about the Greengrass and Malfoy manors?" I finished.
"Flickwi can go to the Greengrass Manor, Flickwi does not know where the Malfoy manor is..." the elf finished disappointedly.
'So she knows all the places where I have access to or I have been entered into their ward schemes. That means as long as I am permitted to go somewhere, so can Flickwi, her magic has already been linked with me. But how did that happen? Do the Goblin's own all house-elves and so they transferred the ownership to me through those contracts. I know Kreacher had to obey Harry because he inherited him from Sirius, so the goblin's could have easily facilitated that transfer!'
My thoughts became jumbled as I tried to find an explanation as I turned my attention to the elf in front of me, "Flickwi what's the first thing you remember?" I asked.
The Elf blinked in confusion before replying, "Flickwi remembers seeing Master Blaise..." The elf blinks again seemingly deciding how to answer the question.
'So she doesn't remember her previous master, but why? Is it because she was sold to Gringott's so her memory was reset to protect Bennet family secrets. Does this apply to all elves? So the reason Dobby remembered everything even though he was free was because he was given clothes and not processed through Gringotts, and Kreacher was Inherited so his memory wasn't wiped? Dammit, the sample size is too small! I need more answers.'
I sighed and looked at the distressed-looking elf since she couldn't remember anything from before makes her more loyal but a little more useless to my plans, "Flickwi, can you go to Hogwarts and talk to the house-elves in the kitchen and find out if any elves there are looking to join a proper family?" I said to the elf who nodded, finally receiving her task she was about to vanish so I stopped her and said, "If no one want's to come with you do not pester them, just ask them once and if they reject then leave, and don't punish yourself if you can't find anyone and come back right here." I finished the instruction as Flickwi snapped her fingers and vanished with a pop.
'Alright, so my plans for world domination have hit a snag, but at least I got some answers,' I stood up from my seat, the questions still overflowing in my brain but I tried to calm down so that I can figure out a plan.
'So I need to be entered into the family ward scheme to get Flickwi to enter, and even then she would probably be recorded but at least not stopped,' I walked towards my study and sat down on my chair.
'I need to get Flickwi to steal some good quality furniture, maybe I should just go around London to some posh area with Flickwi, disillusioned, and get her to steal some furniture and muggle money, from a celebrity! wait maybe we could rob a bank!'
The idea suddenly appeared in my head as it seemed more and more feasible, I would need to enter the bank and figure out if they have any form of security against magical attacks and if not then Flickwi could just apparate into a vault and whisk away everything in it!
