228 Chapter 228

Harry watched the members of the Zero Division forced to kneel in front of him by the pressure of his dragonic aura alone, he quietly stood up and began to walk towards them, which only made the shinigami begin to nervously sweat thinking that he was about to finish them off.

Ichibē was the only one still trying to get up and do something about all of this, while the rest of the Zero Division just looked down and awaited their end since they knew that there was nothing they could do to stop Harry, however, as soon as Harry stepped closer to them, he just walked past them and kept going.

This both, shocked and relieved the Zero Division, well, until Ichibē realized where Harry was heading towards, though he was unable to say or do anything as Harry's aura still held him down.

Rimuru stood up as well and began to walk towards where Harry had walked off to, however, he did stop beside the Zero Division to say a few things, "Harry only has a couple of things he really hates and that pisses him off.

Among those things, manipulative old men are high on his list and honestly, you might be able to trick just about anyone with that goofy and carefree attitude of yours Ichibē, but not Harry, he knows exactly, how low someone like you would stoop to, just to do what you think is necessary".

With that said Rimuru walked off to follow Harry and left the Zero Division behind to think about his words as they stayed there on the ground unable to move at all, as Harry didn't let up his aura and seemed like he wasn't planning on letting up his assault anytime soon.

Rimuru soon caught up to Harry and together they walked through the royal palace, Harry knew where to go thanks to the Soul King attacking him when he arrived here, so he walked without stopping and in silence towards where he had sensed him.

Rimuru of course, knew that his friend was pretty pissed and tired right now, who would have thought that this quest would end up being so tedious? More and more things just continued to pop out of nowhere and it was beginning to get on Harry's nerves.

Which is never a good thing, Rimuru knew that this was because they had stumbled into problems that had been left to simmer for many, many years and these issues had become far more troublesome because of this.

In the end, it was Harry who was left with the cleanup of these messes, though Rimuru was sure that Death wasn't aware of how deep all of this was, otherwise, she wouldn't have asked Harry to deal with it, seems that she was still being somewhat restricted by the actions of the Soul King and hadn't known about all the details on all of these different but connected problems.

However, Rimuru was brought out of his thoughts when Harry suddenly stopped and looked up with a frown on his face, Rimuru looked up curious to see what had his friends so confused now, only to widen his eyes when he saw some sort of stage before him and on top of the stage, inside some sort of crystal, was a body of some sort, "What the hell is that?".

Harry agreed with Rimuru's reaction and question, so he nodded to let Rimuru know that he wanted to know who the hell was inside that crystal too, though he soon sensed the being and knew who it was, what he had in front of him was something he had never expected, for right in before his eyes, was none other than the Soul King.

But his current condition was what had Harry confused and rather frustrated, as it explained so much, "That's the Soul King, or rather, what remains of who and what he was...".

After getting over their surprise, both Rimuru and Harry stepped closer to the Soul King and thus, jumped onto the stage, Harry immediately walked closer to the Soul King and began to inspect him with his rinnegan, meanwhile Rimuru walked around the crystal-like construct the Soul King was sealed in.

The demonlord even flicked the crystal with his finger and heard the tink sound it made, confusing Rimuru even more, "Just what is this? Is he even alive?".

Rimuru turned over towards Harry and watched as Harry was looking around both the Soul King and into the area around him, though despite being busy looking into the situation, he still answered Rimuru's question, "Not really alive... he's semi-conscious in there.

But the way he is right now, he's sort of working on automatic, he's like an low specs AI, and he can only do what's needed to maintain the world, anything else his body can't really react to or even do anything about any situation that pops up".

Rimuru nodded and seemed to understand some of the things that had happened better, "This is why Soul Society is being ruled over by the nobles, why there's so much discrimination against low-level souls, and why nothing was ever done about Aizen.

I would think the Soul King would have done something about Aizen when he first started to experiment with hollows, he just couldn't... this explains so much actually".

Harry nodded, "Yeah, it does, it's not the Soul King that rules Soul Society but the Zero Division and the noble shinigami families, this is a bad situation all around...".

Rimuru sighed and shook his head in disappointment, "What even happened to him? Why is he like this?".

Harry frowned and deactivated his rinnegan, "He used part of his body and soul as an anchor to hold Soul Society, the human world, and Hueco Mundo together, he's the nail that prevents the world from merging and destroying itself.

But what a stupid way to fix things, it seems that he even cut off pieces of his body and turned them into some kind of key as well, I can't even say that he's alive like this".

Rimuru nodded and then turned his head towards Harry, "But then, how and why did he always react to you like he did?".

Harry huffed and shook his head, "I'm too much of a threat, so he reacted out of instinct alone, sort of a reflex on his part, I'm amazed he was able to cause me so many problems the way he is right now...".

Rimuru looked around and then asked, "So he's practically dead?".

Harry shook his head, "Well, no, I don't think he can normally die per se, his body and soul are being used to stabilize the world, I've been following his arms and legs, and well, his arms are within two hosts and his legs are almost gone, can't even be sure what he used them for.

The problem with all of this is that one of the Soul King's arms is inside of Jūshiro, I don't know what will happen to him if I kill the Soul King".

Rimuru blinked and seemed a bit intrigued and then crossed his arms as he began to think, "... Jūshiro?... Isn't that Rukia's Captain, the dude that's always sick and coughing his lungs out?".

Harry nodded, "That's him, I would like to know how he ended up with the Soul King's arm inside of him... damn that sounded wrong," Rimuru chuckled finding Harry's remark funny, Harry ignored him and then continued, "but we can ask him about that later.

For now, I think I can safely take the Soul King's arm out of him and then force the rest of his limbs to merge with him, I can't really kill him if something of him remains, gods are tricky like that".

Harry raised his hand and it began to glow with red energy of his power over reality, meanwhile, Rimuru raised a question, "So a god can survive its death if a small piece of him is left?".

Harry nodded, "Yeah, a god can actually restore itself from a small piece of him or herself, but it might take centuries or even millennia to do so, it's not pleasant either apparently.

So gods try to avoid doing that sort of thing, that's why, if you want to truly kill a god, you need to have godslaying capabilities, that kind of ability rots and corrupts a god's power on a fundamental level.

Nothing of the god would survive because of the nature of godslaying abilities, it eats away at their very core".

Harry snapped his fingers and the Soul King's body began to be restored thanks to the power Harry had over reality he even made sure nothing would happen to their host as well, meanwhile, Rimuru hummed and then asked, "So that's why gods get so nervous around you huh?".

Harry nodded, "I'm a godslayer by nature, my title as such makes my very presence an anathema to gods, of course, I can turn off the title's effect whenever I want.

But when on, any god close by will automatically begin to to take damage with my presence alone, I don't even have to touch them, they immediately begin to turn into dust, which is why I keep that title off unless I need to use it.

Not that I need it most of the time to begin with, but I have skills and techniques that are of the godslaying type, so I can just use those to kill any god that I need, without having to kill all the gods in the area with my title".

Rimuru nodded as he watched the Soul King's body become fully restored, "I see, so you keep it off because of your friends and kids huh?".

Harry nodded and smiled, "Of course, I would never hurt someone I care about, so I'm always careful with what skills and abilities I have on when I'm back home".

Harry then summoned his Oblivion keyblade and stepped forward toward where the Soul King's body stood inside its crystal, "Well, now that all of the Soul King's body is back and where it belongs, it's time to end this nonsense.

This thing can't even be called living, honestly, I kinda feel a bit bad for the Soul King, but he was an asshole to me for so long that I just want him gone just as much as Death does too.

In the end, all I'm doing is giving him a merciful death though I hope he rots wherever he ends up once he dies...".

With that said, Harry raised Oblivion above his head as it began to crackle with darkness, Rimuru watched on as Harry soon slashed down his dark keyblade and sliced the crystal that was holding the Soul King in half along with the Soul King himself.

The darkness soon consumed the body and whole being of the Soul King leaving nothing behind, it was here that everything in this world began to tremble as the world began to merge once again and destroy itself, but Harry let go of Oblivion and as the dark keyblade vanished in a flash of darkness, Harry raised his hand.

The dragon god's hand soon lit up with the colors of the Infinity Stone's domains and before the world would merge the dimensions that rule it, Harry snapped his finger and everything was engulfed in a flash of bright white light...

~Three weeks later~

Harry sat on top of of his house and looked down to watch his children laugh and play with each other, the dragon god quite liked having the chance to finally relax and enjoy just being lazy after the craziness that was Death's quest in Ichigo's world.

After he had killed the Soul King and safely separated, reconnected, and made sure the dimensions that made the world were self-maintaining and balanced, there was quite a bit of chaos.

The members of the Zero Division were of course in a big panic after they found out that the Soul King was gone, though four of them didn't say or do anything about it, Ichibē was the one who was in denial at first and when it finally hit him, he attacked Harry.

Of course, Harry beat him within an inch of his life, left him practically crippled, and even went as far as shattering and destroying his zanpakuto, claiming that someone like him didn't deserve the powers it granted him.

So, the other four members of the Zero Division did the smart thing and bowed down to Harry as the new Soul King, much to Rimuru's amusement, Harry immediately said 'fuck no!' and walked away not wanting anything to do with such an annoying job.

Of course, as the Master of Death, Harry was very qualified for the position, so the four Zero Division members vowed not to give up and they haven't, these entire three weeks they have been coming to Neo Kyoto to pester Harry into becoming the Soul King.

Harry, of course, kicks them out of his house and tells them to go do something else, so they can leave him alone, this actually worked for the benefit of the Zero Division.

Since they often get kicked out of Harry's house they end up walking around Neo Kyoto and chilling in the very futuristic city, all of them even joined guilds and were now having quite a lot of fun with their new hobbies, now, they come to ask Harry to become the Soul King just so they can get kicked out of his house and they can go have some fun.

Harry knew this of course, but as long as they were distracted and didn't bother him too much, they could do whatever they wanted for all he cared, during the weeks, the Captain-Commander of the shinigami and Harry finalized the treaty between the Soul Reaper Divisions and Neo Kyoto as well.

Yamamoto had been informed about the Soul King's death as well and almost had a damn heart attack after Harry explained everything that happened when he went to the royal palace, luckily for the old Captain-Commander, Rimuru's high potion was effective on things such as heart attacks and was able to survive, who knew?.

Though Yamamoto wanted to die at that moment so he wouldn't have to deal with the chaos Harry caused, in the end, it was decided to keep the noble families of Soul Society in the dark about the passing of the Soul King.

Yamamoto didn't want to deal with the headache the idiots would cause if they found out about the Soul King's death nor whatever stupid decision they would make, instead he just informed them of the execution of Aizen and called it a day.

Though nowadays, you can find the old man giving kendo classes in Neo Kyoto to whoever is interested, which were a lot of people actually, after all, Neo Kyoto is a city full of adventurers, who would never pass the opportunity to learn from a swordmaster like Yamamoto.

The shinigami treaty came in full blast just a couple of days after it was signed and Neo Kyoto saw itself with shinigami visitors all around, the shinigami, who had been living in quite the lackluster time period within Soul Society, were utterly shocked to see everything Neo Kyoto had to offer.

From advanced technology, modern medicine, and magical arts to, all sorts of fun things to do, there was just too much to see and do in Neo Kyoto, of course, the shinigami were also very happy to have access to the Natural Dungeon and all the benefits one can get from dungeon crawling inside of it.

Not only can they grow stronger in there, but they also get access to all sorts of resources, of course, Harry prohibited the clown known as Matsuri from ever touching such resources, he warped reality so whenever Matsuri touched anything from Neo Kyoto, it would just turn to dust.

In fact, no matter what Matsuri did, everything from Neo Kyoto would turn to dust with just a look from the shinigami clown, it infuriated him to no end to be denied access to all the goodies one could find in Neo Kyoto, though he knew better than to complain about it.

After all, Harry had killed Aizen and despite everything he did, Matsuri respected his accomplishments and was even impressed with his so-called immortality did not help Aizen against someone like Harry, pissing off someone that can kill the unkillable was just stupid.

Ichigo and friends served as guides to everyone who came to visit from Soul Society as well, which led to a lot of shenanigans, where Ichigo found himself dragged to all sorts of trouble, much to Harry's amusement and Ichigo's chagrin.

Still, Ichigo was also happy to be able to spend time with his shinigami friends, his being from the living world and his friends being from Soul Society, always left him feeling like there was this barrier between them.

Neo Kyoto shattered that so-called barrier and allowed the shinigami to finally be able to safely mingle amongst the living, after all, their spiritual pressures didn't even register to the citizens of Neo Kyoto, much less hurt them like it would in Ichigo's world.

So Ichigo, Orihime, Chad, and Uryu, were able to spend time with their friends and introduce them to all sorts of fun things, even Kenpachi, who had been doing nothing but swords meditating, spent time having fun.

Harry wondered when the idiot would finally realize that Yachiru was his zanpakuto. He almost wanted to kick his ass again for not noticing something so obvious, though he didn't do so, because Yachiru seemed to be having a lot of fun watching Kenpachi try to talk to his zanpakuto and her answer him instead, leading to Kenpachi staring at Yachiru in confusion.

Though Kenpachi couldn't control his urge to battle for long, so knowing that he couldn't challenge Harry, he instead decided to challenge his children, just to see how strong they were.

His first target? Eri, the adorable witch and dragon god of magic killed his ass multiple times in very gruesome and terrifying ways, she did things with magic that pretty much traumatized Kenpachi into having a nerve-wracking panic attack whenever Eri smiled at him.

Harry couldn't even blame him for it, Eri did turn him inside out with a dark wand magic spell she learned from the Black Family tome, how she got access to the tome? No one knows, much less Sirius, who had told everyone that the tome was so cursed, that not even his father Arcturus Black, dared to try and touch it.

And Eri had the damn thing in her pocket now, you could see the top of it from said pocket all the time, and no one wanted to try and take it away, the damn tome seemed attached to Eri and was always within reach of her as well.

Sirius really didn't care, he didn't want the tome and as far as he knew, Eri could keep it, besides, Harry was Lord Black now and he was happy with that, though that left Harry with not knowing what to do with Eri having access to a tome full of the darkest curses available to the wizarding world...

In the end, he decided to ignore this and let the ones Eri targets with such dark magic deal with it, this of course led to Kenpachi learning one valuable lesson, don't pick a fight with Harry Potter's children, unlike their father, they have no mercy.

Another thing that happened was the arrancars coming to visit Neo Kyoto, appearantly, Nel had showed up at Ichigo's house and demanded to be taken to Harry's home world, but Ichigo tried to not let it happen.

But unfortunately for him, Masaki was around and Nel being her adorable self, clungged to her and began to bawl, calling Ichigo a meanie for not taking her to see Harry.

Poor Ichigo, not only was he scolded by his mother for being mean to Nel, but he was also ordered to take Nel to see Harry immediately, leaving him with no choice, Ichigo prepared to take Nel to Neo Kyoto and leave Harry with the problem, however, his plans did not go his way.

For Nel had not arrived alone, while she went inside Ichigo's house to get Ichigo to take her to see Harry, a few arrancars waited outside for them to go inside and join in on the trip to another world.

Ichigo, seeing what was going on and not wanting to add more chaos to the visit to Harry's home would cause, tried to stop the arrancars from going with him and Nel, but Nel went to cry to Masaki and Ichigo was then forced to take the other arrancars as well.

Ichigo was about done with the day after that, so he took the arrancars and Nel to Harry's home via the portal in his house and then left them there to go back home and sleep to forget this had even happened.

Harry, of course, didn't mind that the arrancars came for a visit, though as far as he remembered, he only invited Nel and Grimmjow, so he was confused as to why they brought some other arrancars with them.

Harribel, who had decided to join in visiting Harry, did so because she wanted to thank him for saving her, Harry just shrugged and responded that he only did it because Nel had asked him to.

This response had Harribel laughing in amusement, which surprised her friends, the Tres Bestias, who had also come over with her to visit Harry, after all, they had never seen Harribel laugh like that before.

After that Harribel asked Harry what had happened with the Quincy King after she was rescued, Harry had no problem telling her about the quincy massacre and the death of Yhwach.

This news seemed to set Harribel at ease, she was quite upset that many of her fellow arrancars had been killed by the quincies and many others were used as meat shields, so she was happy that the quincies were made to pay for what they had done.

So she once again thanked Harry, the dragon god just shrugged and told her that it was okay, that there was no need to thank him for something like that, Harribel just smiled at Harry and seemed very amused by his nonchalant nature.

After that, the arrancars were taken on a tour around Neo Kyoto, meanwhile, Nel was taken to Neo Kyoto's Healing Temple to have her mask repaired, which needed soul manipulation to be fixed.

Tsunade, Asia, and Gabriel didn't have the skill level with that sort of ability so the job was left in the capable hands of Ophanimon and Cherubimon, who had the soul manipulation skill at a very high level thanks to their connection and bond with Harry.

Harry could have fixed Nel's mask, but Harribel wanted to talk with Harry about some very important things, among those things, she requested an alliance between Hueco Mundo and Neo Kyoto, just like the one Soul Society has.

Harry of course hesitated for a bit and Harribel knew why, hollows eat souls and that, as the Master Of Death, was a big no-no to Harry, he's tolerant of arrancars because they have evolved past the need to eat souls a long time ago.

But that doesn't mean they didn't used to, Harry only really cared for one arrancar and that's Nel, her child-like appearance and nature helped her endear herself to the dragon god, Harry knew that despite the nature of what Nel is, she's a pure soul if albeit, a bit crazy.

Still, Harry has a hard time tolerating arrancars, much less hollows, so a treaty with them was not something he was excited to do, still, Harry was anything but not understanding, he knew that arrancars were in a very perilous situation.

Yhwach's attacks and killings of arrancars have weakened them to a very high degree, this has left the arrancars quite vulnerable, despite having an uneasy peace with the shinigami and not having to worry about the quincy anymore, they were still very weakened.

This was a situation, Harribel wasn't happy about and wanted to do something about it, Harry knew that she was worried about her people, and with good reason, but in the end, Harry decided to grant Harribel's request.

This, of course, made the arrancar queen very happy, though before she could celebrate, Harry did tell her that arrancars would be heavily restricted while in Neo Kyoto since he didn't want any sort of problems.

He did, however, give them access to all facilities and the Natural Dungeon, after all, what Harribel really wanted was a way for her people to grow strong without causing conflict, and having an alliance with Neo Kyoto was the answer to her problems and concerns.

After that, Harry and Harribel spoke about a few other things, amongst those things, Harry informed Harribel that Aizen was also dead, which only really granted Harribel a sense of relief.

Though a few arrancars might raise a fuss about it, after all, there were still loyal arrancars to Aizen in Hueco Mundo, it isn't something Harribel couldn't deal with though, instead, she was able to breathe more easily now that she didn't have to worry about Aizen ever coming back to stir more problems.

After a while, a now fully restored Nel arrived and immediately tackle-hugged Harry, who braced himself and caught her when he sensed her coming his way, Nel was very happy to be able to be in her adult form and began to thank Harry non-stop.

The dragon god just chuckled and patted her head, happy his friend was able to now be herself, though to his surprise, she was still able to take on her child form whenever she wanted, her body and spiritual pressure were now fully adapted to this form so now, she had full access to her child form whenever she wants.

It certainly had been a very busy three weeks for Harry and he was a bit tired because of it, still, he was very happy things were resolved and there was peace in Ichigo's world, suddenly somebody arrived by his side and sat beside Harry as the dragon god continued to watch his children play around.

However, Harry still smiled and greeted the person who had arrived, "Sirius, I'm surprised Yui let you out of the house".

Sirius laughed and shook his head, "It wasn't easy to convince her, but she knows were also busy with everything were getting ready for war".

Harry nodded, "I'm going to have to apologize to her later for taking you away from home so often".

Sirius smiled at his godson and happily said, "Nah, it's okay, she knows you need me!".

Harry chuckled and shook his head, "So I take it you and the others finished analyzing my rewards from the quest Death gave me, right?".

Sirius nodded and sighed, it had been quite a surprise when Harry revealed what the rewards he got for offing the Soul King, the Quincy King and Aizen got him, after all, it not often you get to see a moon size space station, but Sirius had to admit, that it was the coolest thing he had ever seen.
