After the interview with Zhou Mingyu, every reporter walked towards Tang Min. He was asked about his selection and role in the movie. He was also asked about his current status. To all the questions, he replied in a very diplomatic and humorous way.

"Mr. Tang. What do you think will be the reasons for the success of movie revenge?"

Tang Min smirked and looked at the reporters. "You really need to ask this question? Off course, the reasons will be director Zhang and me."

Reporters laughed upon hearing him. Now it was the turn of Gu Nan to ask her question, she asked, "Mr. Tang, I have heard that you have already filmed a scene with both the female leads. Who do you think is the better actress?"

Gu Nan had already heard from Xin Mei that her acting was very good and if Tang Min was a real gentleman then he should take the name of Xin Mei. Gu Nan was waiting for his reply she wanted to degrade Zhou Mingyu.

"I am no one to say who the best actress is. They both have their own skills. But if my personal opinion is asked for I love to act more with actress Xin Mei. Acting with her comes naturally. Moreover, she completes her every scene within the first take, so I don't need to re-act a single scene."

Every cast and crew member knew that he had pointed the last part of his sentence on Zhou Mingyu who had made him reshoot his scenes a lot of times. But no one said a thing to him.

After interviewing Tang Min, they walked towards Xin Mei.

"Miss Xin, first of all, we will like to congratulate you on getting a role in the movie of director Zhang. Will you tell us about your experience?"

"I am very fortunate to get a role in the movie of director Zhang. He is really a hardworking director and I am learning a lot from him. Truthfully, I went to audition for the role of Chunhua. Till then, I hadn't read about the character of Ruyi."

"It was director Zhang he realized the potential in me and offered me the role of Ruyi which is more challenging and interesting than the character of Chunhua. I am blessed that he gave me the role of Ruyi. Otherwise, I was going to be regretting this time."

"So, you are saying that director Zhang selected you for the role of Ruyi when you wanted the role of Chunhua?"

Xin Mei nodded towards the reporter. The reporter turned towards director Zhang who also nodded his head.

"Wow, your acting skills must be very good that the director selected you without auditioning other's for the role of Ruyi." Reporters praised Xin Mei.

Reports then asked her many other movie-related questions. Whenever she was asked any private questions, the questions regarding Qian Fan and Zhou Mingyu, she always rejected them with politeness.

"Miss Xin," it was the turn of Gu Nan to ask her question. "I have heard that you were already to debut five years back. Is it true?"

Xin Mei looked at Gu Nan who smirked. Xin Mei shook head before replying, "Yes, it's true. After joining the film university, I was approached by many famous producers and directors." Xin Mei named out some directors and films for which she was approached.

"But I have to decline them all because my friends, Qian Fan, and Zhou Mingyu didn't want me to act, I will not tell you the reason they stopped me. But yes, I was already for debut."

"Miss Xin, then why did you decide to be the manager of Zhou Mingyu?"

"She asked me to do so. She needed my guidance. She knew that she couldn't get successful without my help."

"Miss Xin, Did you give so much importance to Zhou Mingyu that you never thought of acting before?" a reporter asked with accusation. She couldn't believe that a person like Xin Mei existed.

"I really give so much importance to Zhou Mingyu. In the last five years, I was approached by many directors. I had always suggested them the name of Zhou Mingyu instead of me. You can confirm with them." Xin Mei said with seriousness. "Now please no more personal questions from me."

Xin Mei answered some more questions before reporters moved towards the supporting cast of the movie.

Zhou Mingyu burned with anger. She wanted to come out as a star of this press conference. She had planned to slander Xin Mei badly but her all plans went wrong with her presence in the ballroom and the sharp tongue of Gu Nan who didn't lag behind to humiliate her.

Zhou Mingyu looked at her co-stars where everyone was praising Xin Mei instead of her. In the morning itself, she had bribed the other cast but now they all turned sides and were praising Xin Mei.

When director Zhang was interviewed again, he also praised Xin Mei. Zhou Mingyu could hear that reporters had formed a very good first impression of Xin Mei which wasn't in her plans.

"Mingyu, look after your expressions. You don't want to give reporters a chance to gossip about your envious state, do you?" Qian Fan murmured in the ears of Zhou Mingyu.

Upon hearing him, immediately her face turned normal. Her eyes flashed with anger towards Xin Mei but that flash was soon gone. She would get a lot of chances in future where she could slander Xin Mei, not to forget her team of fans who could slender Xin Mei anytime she command.

Once the reporters had taken the interview, they invited the cast for the photoshoot. Every reporter had already decided on the topic of their show. Some planned it on movie revenge, some about the relationship of Qian Fan and Zhou Mingyu, some reporters like Gu Nan decided it to be solely on the rising star, Xin Mei.

Nearly every reporter was dumbfounded when they took a photo of Xin Mei. She was looking so gorgeous in all those photos. Her beauty was coming naturally. They didn't need to apply any filter in her photo and their expert eyes could say that her face was makeup-free.

"Everyone, I hope that now you all are satisfied with the material you have. Now I will humbly request you to take your places on the separate table which I had specially prepared for you. Let the cast also have their dinner. They are already very tired."

Qian Fan spoke very politely. He then motioned the waiters to show the way to reporters toward the table which was specially prepared for them.

Xin Mei asked permission for Gu Nan to sit on their table. Gu Nan happily walked towards her, she took her seat in-between Xin Mei and Tang Min. Completely ignoring Xin Mei, she started to flatter around Tang Min.

"Tang Min, I am a big fan of yours," Gu Nan grinned widely. "You don't remember but I was the one to take your first interview."

"Is it so? But I don't remember it." Tang Min looked at Gu Nan with a lazy smile. The smile which had won millions of hearts.

"Oh, you don't remember. But I remember it perfectly. In my interview, you have confessed that you wear pink boxers with cartoon prints. Do you remember it now?"

Tang Min paled upon hearing that embarrassing moment. He coughed and drunk wine from his glass to hide his embarrassment.

"Now I remember you very correctly. I am so silly that I forget the sharp tongue reporter like you." I hope that I never have any interview with you. Tang Min muttered under his breath and smiled awkwardly towards Gu Nan.

Gu Nan talked with Tang Min for some time, making him uncomfortable and embarrassed. It was when Xin Mei nudged her friend, to gain her attention Gu Nan finally left Tang Min alone.
