49 A stranger.

It was the ninth day of their training when Zhou Mingyu arrived. Her look was completely changed from before. Her face was pale, her eyes had dark circles, her complexion had turned dark and she had turned slimmer. It was like she had fallen sick.

It wasn't easy for Zhou Mingyu to return back to city B after being left alone in the forest. That forest had nothing, no civilization, no food and no connection to the network.

Zhou Mingyu had tried to make her way from the forest for two long days, without any food. She was drinking water from the river which she had found coincidently.

Two days later, she found some eatable fruits and another one day later, she found network on her mobile. For the first time, she felt so thankful to the gods.

Her location was unknown so it took three days to rescue her. By the time she returned to city A, it had been already a week that she was missing.

When she returned, she was sick out of her guts. She was feeling tired. She wanted a break for one month at least. She wanted to stay on her bed and rest.

But Zhou Mingyu decided to visit the farmhouse for practice. She knew that she had already delayed the practice and she couldn't afford to delay more. She was already lagging behind from Xin Mei. She couldn't let her be better from her.

For the next one month, Zhou Mingyu also practiced very hard. Everyone was shocked upon seeing her working so hard. She had given all her might to learn martial art skills. Her only motive was to defeat Xin Mei.

Zhou Mingyu had also appointed a personal acting trainer for herself, Ming Xu. Ming Xu was a veteran actor who had made a huge name in the film industry. Now he was a personal acting trainer of many stars. His fees were very high but Zhou Mingyu didn't care about it.

Her only aim was to act well, win the best actress awards and defeat Xin Mei. She had given her script to Ming Xu who had studied it very carefully and was now giving tips to Zhou Mingyu.

He himself watched her doing all the scenes and helped her in perfecting them. Zhou Mingyu could feel that her acting was improving. Her posture and body language were becoming adequate for the film.

On the other hand, Xin Mei was also practicing very hard. Thou, she hadn't read her script from the last one month. She wanted to focus more on the other skills.

Her fighting skills were becoming very smooth and natural. Her hand movements while swinging the sword had become very clean and beautiful. In archery, she could aim the target with one arrow and her grip at the bow had become very strong. She could easily handle three arrows in one bow.

Due to practicing martial arts for one month, her body had become very flexible. She could easily jump from one place to another. She could also twist her body to save herself from any attack.

She was completely ready to perform any fighting scene in the movie. Truth to be told now she was waiting to perform all the fighting scenes.

Only fear of Xin Mei during the fighting scenes was Zhou Mingyu. Xin Mei always felt afraid whenever she practiced sword fighting with Zhou Mingyu.

The reasons were Zhou Mingyu always acted rash when practicing with her. She always forgot that they were practicing for acting, not real-life fighting.

Not only that, when having a duel with Zhou Mingyu, Xin Mei always remembered that ugly scar from her dream. She was afraid that Zhou Mingyu would give her that scar. The swords which were used maybe be forged but still Xin Mei was afraid of her.

During one session of practice, Xin Mei's hand got injured by the sword of Zhou Mingyu. Xin Mei didn't leave that chance to separate herself from Zhou Mingyu. She directly reported to director Zhang.

"Director, can I have separate practice time from Zhou Mingyu?"

"Why is it so, Xin Mei? You know it is not easy for us to manage single timing. How can we manage different timings?" Director Zhang tried to decline her in a polite way.

"But director, I can't practice with Zhou Mingyu. Whenever she practices with me, she always acts recklessly. She has given me wounds here and there. Today also she tried to attack my face. Luckily, I place my hand in front of my face. Look how badly my hand is injured. What if I haven't acted on time? What would have happened to my face...?"

Xin Mei webbed her own story in a very sad way. She forwarded her hand in front of Director Zhang and started to sob.

"Director, you know how important my face is for me. I can't let anything happen to it. So, if you can't change my time then I will think about some other way to save myself. But I will not practice with her."

Director Zhang looked at Xin Mei with fear-filled eyes. What happened today was a big thing for Xin Mei. And why not, he knew how important a face was for every person in the film industry.

He couldn't let his wrong decision to make Xin Mei took some wrong action. He couldn't let her stop her practice or worse leave the film on the excuse of getting bullied during practice.

"Don't worry Xin Mei. I will arrange a different time for you. I will also talk with Zhou Mingyu. She can't practice recklessly like this."

"Thank you, director." Xin Mei thanked the director with a sad smile but when she turned, a full flown grin appeared on her lips. Now she no longer needed to practice under the radar of Zhou Mingyu.

Finally, only one day was left before the start of the second schedule. Moreover, only one day was left when Heritage entertainment would publically announce the movie Revenge. Everyone was excited about it and some were also nervous.

Media was excited because they were waiting to release all the clips from the city B. They had already prepared the show which was going to go on air in the upcoming week. They were waiting for high earnings.

Su Yuchen was excited because he was looking for the fast completion of this movie. This movie was his dream project and he wanted to see it getting successful.

Zhou Mingyu was excited because she wanted to showcase her new acting skills. She had learned a lot from senior Ming and now it was time to bring everything into action.

Xin Mei was excited and nervous. She knew that many people had expectations on her and she wanted to stand strong on all those expectations.

Director Zhang, other cast and crew were also waiting for the shooting of this precious movie which was going to give them fame in the future.

Countries away from the city A

A man was leaning against his bed and was scrolling through his phone. A happy smile lingered on his lips when he heard the recording of a call to a particular number.

Oh how much he loved to hear the voice of his Juliet. Maybe she was always angry when talking with him but he still loved it. He loved to hear the irritation in his voice.

He had changed so many numbers in the last month and had called her and messaged her numerous times. He was her Romeo and she, his Juliet.

The man opened his gallery and opened a photo of Xin Mei. A smile left from the lips of the man who lovingly looked at the photo of Xin Mei.

"Soon sweetie, soon I will return back to the city A. Then we both will have a lot of fun. I will make your life happy and will take away all your sadness."
