In the far future of the 26th century, humanity faces its greatest threat to survival: War. And this time, not within ourselves. In 2531, members of the United Nations Space Command commissioned the SPARTAN-III Program, biologically augmented supersoldiers trained from childhood to be ruthless, animalistic killers in armour. But not all of them would turn out exactly like that. David-B114 is a Spartan of CROW Team, a Category-2 team under the direct authority of the Office of Naval Intelligence. He saw his share of this war and he’s slaughtered hundreds of those aliens to satiate his want for revenge and solace, but none could bring him as joyous as the memories of an old friend from before his enlistment. This is the story of the CROW Team, how they lived and died, how they fought and surrendered. And how they loved and hated, until they were no more.
