VINCE KNEW HE HAD TO FIND A WAY TO PACIFY SIDNEY

Pushing Chrystal aside seeing Sidney brushing the tears away as she hurriedly leaves the room.

"What the hell is really wrong with you Chrystal? He shouted, Chrystal, notices immediately the rage in his eyes and the tone of voice. She could feel his body stiffen as it eminence a viciousness she have never seen before in all the years she had known him.

When he snapped at her, "This is my family home, just suppose someone comes in here, and sees you with me or heard what you just said what would they say?

And what gives you the right to barge in between me and my wife? Can't my wife and I have a moment alone without you always pushing your mouth and meddling?"

When Chrystal said, "Look darling, I knew you sing that song for me, and I love you so much, soon we will be together, I can't wait for that to happen so why are you getting so angry with me, you know I will do anything for you?"

Removing her hand from his hand in such a vicious way caused her to almost fall as he said, "Try and do me a favor and leave me alone, you keep ruining my life every time you get in the middle of me and my wife.

Now if you will excuse me I must go and look for her before GP start asking questions about her."

Watching him hurry off Chrystal felt please and happy that she had separated them because she knew he had sung that song for her.

Being satisfied with a job well done she walks out of the study and looks around for Vanda and to keep an eye on Vince.

After looking for Sidney for almost half an hour, Vince notices her sitting with her family at the dining table eating. She had a shawl covering her shoulder,

Vince felt this burning rage within himself for hurting her, knowing now through the lace the blueness was showing, that could be the reason she is using the shawl to cover up the constant abuse he keeps rewarding her for thanks.

'Lord, she keeps shielding me so no one will see my shortcomings, but the more I try to shield her it is the more I constantly keep torturing and abusing her. Why is that? since we got married it's like something behind the scene has been unleashed to hurt her and make her miserably unhappy and most of the time I am the devil's instrument.

Oh dear God, why couldn't I have a little more patience with her? And why was I so weak earlier in the room to express my feeling, now everything is ruined.

She was gradually adjusted to the relationship, and this evening I know she was pleased with the dress and accessories I got her. I could see she was happy and I know soon she would have come to me of her own free will.

I thought that this was the night I will reveal how much I love her, now that I have missed the opportunity, how was that going to be possible now after she heard Chrystal revealing her love to me so openly, and boldly? Lord, why would she believe anything I say to her now?

Why couldn't I be as bold and brave as Chrystal to just repeat those three simple words to her?'

Feeling his heart yearning to make things right and to tell her how much he loves her tonight, why did Chrystal have to come and ruin everything for me?'

Half an hour must have gone since she finish eating her dinner when Vince sees her descending the stairs slowly wanting to go to her, but decided against it.

After a while, asking himself, 'Where did she come up with the stupid idea that I was singing the song for Chrystal?'

Vince closes his eyes as he reflects while he was singing on how happy everyone was, recalling that Chrystal was sending him kisses while he was singing.

'Oh my God, why didn't I think about that? And to top it off, Chrystal came bargaining in between us declaring her feelings so openly, that must have hurt even more especially if she had cared even a little.

What explanation or excuse could I make when she will believe what she sees and hear when I have never expressed my feelings to her openly before?

Now she is hurting, and I don't have the faintest idea how to pacify or rectify this misunderstanding between us. Oh Lord show me what to do now, I am at a total loss?'

Feeling at that moment he could strangle Chrystal for her constant interference. After trying for a while to get to Sidney Vince realized she didn't want to have anything to do with him, seeing every turn he makes, she keeps avoiding him.
