Chapter 43: Earth's Charter

B-Ba-Bing!

A holy bluebell above all, separate and the same in the other pocket dimension, rang to announce the end of the court.

Wham!

Everyone had once again re-appeared to one another. As The court again reunited the whole, the chatter, laughter, and taunting of Hakai filled the room.

"I am not obligated to sign away everything to destruction." One said with jealousy in his voice.

"Yeah, right. I would not trust Hakai God with the task at hand either." A female voice agreed with the first.

Hachiman listened in. Pissed off, he crossed his arms without saying a single word. Even though his love for Hakai told him to burst and start a war, he held it in, just like any other should, and waited out the taunting and chatter.

"Hey-sh, sir." A tiny figure next to Hachiman said, seemingly licking her index finger.

"A child?" Hachiman turned around to face the feminine-child voice.

"Amaterasu," Hachiman concluded to himself.

"Yes, what is it?" He asked as he kneeled.

"Why is Haki-Kun in chains? Why was there a paper?" She asked as she took her finger out of her mouth.

"Because it's something good for Hakai. What side did you mark, left or right?" Hachiman asked her disregarding that she was a literal child at the moment.

"I dunno'. I want Haki-Kun out of chain!" She demanded, pointing at him.

"Hmm, he is being taken care of, no worry." Hachiman comforted, smiling, even though she couldn't see him.

"Ok, mister." She said, turning around, watching Hakai closely. Even though Amaterasu was a child, her decision was crucial in this case. "Tch, damn these Heaven Gods!" Hachi complained, biting his lower lip. "Unfair."

"My brethren." One of the Heavenly Gods addressed the court. Grasping their attention, he raised his right arm and pointed at Hakai. "The decision has been finalized." He spoke out loud. "We shall now read the results of this court."

"Under the High Heavens Charter, Section Three Rule of Divine Choice, we conclude that the majority, seventy-seven to twenty-three, disagrees with blessing Hakai God, The God of Destruction his former vessel." The unified voice of the Heaven Gods read out loud the result of the court meeting.

"Tsk! Big mistake...' Hachiman judged the gods in his mind.

"Anyone who objects, speak up, or you will hold your truth for this meeting!" Finally, the unified announced the end of the court. In front of all of the Heaven Gods appeared a gavel. A voice spoke before they could slam the glave to end the court session.

"Wait, we're making a big mistake." Hachiman held his forehead in disappointment.

"What was that, Human God?" The god who insulted Hachi before spoke in anger again. "How dare you belittle us, The Gods of Heaven!" HE pointed his finger at Hachi with rage. "You will be punished-" Hachiman cut him off before he could announce a trail.

"Shut up... I'm proposing an idea to the court, jackass." Hachiman taunted him, though there were no eyes in his figure. Instead, the heaven god could feel his angry gaze.

"Ekk!" He screamed in fear. "How dare you!" He shouted, leaning back in fear.

"Silence!" The unified voice spoke without including the mysterious Heaven God who taunted Hachiman. "You have said enough." They informed him. Angered and taken back by their actions, he did as told and joined in on the unified voice. "Earth God, Hachiman of War. What is your proposal?" The unified voice of the Heaven Gods asked.

"Heh... Quite simple. Look over to Hakai God." He said. "Notice his fragile condition. His weak vessel cannot contain his power. I have also trained him, and he now has Positive Energy circulating in his current body."

The infinite room gasped, surprised that the God of War risked teaching Destruction control over positive energy. "How could you? Why do such an absurd thing!" The unified voice roared in rage. Chatter filled the room, and mixed emotions and fear circulated it.

"Aha, guess I have to explain everything." He shrugged it off, silencing the room. "Hakai is a God, born harboring both energical entities. Who are we to deny him their use?" He silenced the entirety of the Gods. The heavens were star-struck and couldn't even make their choice. "Anyway, as I was saying. His current vessel is at its limits. For say, we provide him with a new and improved vessel. He can contain his powers to serve humans and protect the heavens. I propose upon the power of The Earth Charter, Section Two Rule of Permission to uphold a fair vote upon the High Heavens Charter, Section Three Rule of Divine Choice to provide the sick and weak Hakai a new vessel." He jammed his hands in his front pockets, shouting into the court.
