Chapter 21 Working on new weapons

Hadrian was now in his personal cabin in the ship,they were returning back to Ravka.But they had to stop by Ketterdam to talk with Crow Club.Hadrian had started buying up jurda fields in Novyi Zem,when he heard about Jurda Parents.Now he was the owner of majority of the Jurda fields and the ones that Fjerda or Shu had for mysterious reasons started to die out.To make sure the cover was correct he had destroyed some of his farms too,so Fjerdan and Shu this was some sort of problem with fields themselves.

But Hadrian was going to Katterdam for another reason to a wealthy merchant from Ketterdam by the name Jan Van Eck was looking into Jurda parem seeing if Bo Yul-Bayur is still alive,but the problem is he heard about the destruction of Ice court and now had no information about whether

Bo Yul-Bayur was alive or not.

He is a member of the Merchant Council, and seems to be trying to reap the benefit of selling Jurda,when Jurda parem is known.

Hadrian was working on creating new Runic inscriptions,he only took up Ancient Runes after the Battle of Hogwarts normally wizards didn't know the applications if these Runes because they are lost knowledge and the class only taught how to translate them.Hadrian learned their application and created Penvensies and other artifacts because of Death.

Hadrian first made the Ten Rings,which are a set of ten hung gar iron rings.It grant their users enhanced strength and longevity, be fired as projectiles, emit concussive energy blasts, and can be telepathically controlled.

Hadrian was now inscribing runic inscriptions on his new project,as Nina came next to his seeing the strange symbols she questioned"What are these symbols?"

Hadrian taking his off his project answered"Runes they are used to create magical item or artifacts like the Pevensie.Also Runes can used in multiple ways."

Nina nodded she looked at the wall of the room filled with weapon from Guns like customized Remington 1858 New Army revolvers as his weapons of choice. These revolvers have customized swing-out cylinders, double action triggers, and fire . 45 cal. centerfire ammunition.

Then their was semi-automatic pistols, designed to rapidly fire bullets instilled with a lot of enchantments on it ranging from increasing power to quick reload.

Nina then looked at the Black Dragon Cloak's,which was the new project Hadrian was working on as she asked"What is this cloak capable off?"

Hadrian explained"This is bulletproof and if used correctly it will activate a blue barrier for protection."

Nina got a demonstration of the cloaks and she was amazing,but she was also confused and asked"But we already have our Kefta made of corecloth,they are bulletproof."

Hadrian shook his head and replied"It is,but the problem is guns are evolving with time and you have seen Fjerda have created Tanks.So we have to evolve to fight back."

Nina shuddered remembering the Tanks,although they were power,they still had a lot of issues.Also she was sure either a Durast or Tidemaker from Black Dragons could take then down.

Hadrian returned too making the cloaks,he knew the Fjerda were making designs for ships to planes.But none for them are ready yet,again it will take time since they lost all the Grisha captive's under them.

Nina spoke up"Zoya seems to be working really hard is First army camp,it seems she is the one keeping everyone in line when General Kirigan is not there."

Hadrian smiled and replied"That's good."

That's when Hadrian felt emergency talisman light up and it was Zoya's,so he quickly transformed into his Phoenix form and in a burst of flames disapparated to her location.This shocked and confused Nina,but she saw the talisman with Zoya's name lit up in worry muttered"Be safe Zoya,Hadrian is coming."
