"All Set For First Day At College?- Starts"

[Abi's POV]

It's a Twilight in the city and the sun is about to wake from his sleep. Like everyone, I'm in my deep sleep dreaming about something and got interrupted by the regardless sound of an alarm. I woke in half-sleep and push the button of snooze on the alarm. Back to sleep again.

Every few minutes, an alarm clock snoozed. I repeated the process by pushing the snooze button. After an hour, I woke up at the sound of an alarm which played the ring of Wake up! Wake up!. it's a brand new day. Ummmm!! decided to get up from my bed, not feeling to leave it but will miss my bed. Okay, so I'm fully awake and a very sweet good morning to me.

I had toasted bread with a little amount of butter along with half-cooked egg and tea. Then I had a shower and got dressed. I usually wear jeans, a blouse or jumper. Today, I will be wearing a perfect Black- White combo round neck top with skinny legging which serves a perfect staple for college. I wore simple makeup on my olive skin. I brushed my brunette straight hair, wore my eyewear and grabbed my bag. I checked the mirror one last time and headed for the stairs.

I stand in the queue waiting for the bus with Richa who is with me in the same college. On the way to college, the first time I'm feeling nervousness for multiple reasons, whether I 'll be able to make any new friends? will I be able to keep up the lessons? all the thoughts still running in my head. The brakes squeak and everyone lurches forward as the bus comes to a stop and the chain of my worried thoughts broke.

The university has a huge campus. There are a lot of girls and boys who have a good personality with a unique style of fashion sense. Richa got me introduced to her friends as she is studying here for a long. I had warmth conversation with a few of them. The lecture bell rang we headed to our class. I sat next to Richa as I only knew her. While looking around somebody caught my attention. A guy who is in a white shirt and denim jeans, having a talk with his friends but I'm unable to see him as his faced towards his friend. Anyways never mind.

The lecture got finished. We went to the canteen for our lunch, had gossips on random topics and others. Then I got introduced to Nathaniel Daberkow, who has a university name, Nate. He has blonde hair, fair white skin, a sultry smile on his red lips and a well-toned body. He looks handsome and seems to be popular among girls in college. I just had a formal conversation with him. According to me, he is a handsome hunk with so many girls around but I don't want to get a count on those wannabe girls. He is a party animal. He is throwing a party for our first day in college. He has invited a few of his close friends which includes me and his lot of bitches.

I reached home. Mom granted permission for the party. I got myself fresh and ready for my first party. I wore a Hang Back With Me Off Shoulder Dress with ribbed long sleeve. I wore a party makeup. My hair is perfectly curled against my face. I stood in front of the mirror with the clutch in hand.

Ethan is waiting out front of the house, rock music blaring out of the rolled down windows I can't help but everybody around is staring. I keep my head down and just as I look up I see Nate leaned up in the front seat. He must have been bending down. Ugh.

"Ladies". Ethan greet us and Nate looks me from head to toe and he gave a playful smile and said, "You look gorgeous tonight." That made me felt more confident.

It's a huge house with overgrown vines sprawling up the side. KOW is painted in the black letters on the massive house. It looks like something from movies.

"It's so big, how many people will be here?" I gulp. The lawn is full of people holding red cups, I'm way out of my league here.

"A full house, hurry up,'' Nate says and gets out of the car, slamming the car door behind.

I watch multiple people hi-five and shake Nate's hand. No one else that I see handsome like him. Let see if I can make more friends tonight after all.

As I and Richa were busy talking with the people who were her friends. I got my attention again to the same guy whom I was unable to see. I just had a glimpse of him still tried my best to see him but all in vain. He disappeared. Hope to see him soon.

The party goes on and on.
