Chapter 3: Round 1 of 50

Gabriel is the last to wake up. He walks out of his room and see's Ali sitting down relaxing while Kira is working out.

Ali: Morning.

Gabriel: Morning. Where's everyone else?

Kira: We don't know where Aodh or Mellan are but Jae was actually chosen for the first round.

Gabriel: Really? I'll go watch.

Ali: See you later then.

He leave to Building 1 to watch with a couple of other people on a massive screen.

GR33N: In level 1, round 1 of 50, we have number 28, from Seoul, South Korea, Jeong Jae!

R3D: Against number 73, from Beirut, Lebanon, Muhammad Ahmed.

GR33N: Challengers get ready, 3!

R3D: 2.

GR33N: 1!

R3D: Go...

GR33N: Go!

Muhammad activates his orb and it transforms into a shotgun.

Muhammad: Guess it's an attacker type.

Jae closes the distance trying to knock his gun out of his hand with a kick but he punches her away. He shoots, Jae dodging the bullets. He keeps shooting, never needing to reload, and she almost dodges it but one of the bullets scrapes her arm.

Jae: I'm sure I got hit, but there's no blood?

She tries to activate her orb but the arm that was scraped goes numb and she drops her orb.

Muhammad: Nevermind a debuffer.

He keeps shooting and she dodges all of them. She closes the distance again and this time she manages to actually knocks his gun out of his hand. She goes to activate her gun again but Muhammad summons his shotgun to his hand again and shoots at Jae. She jumps into the air to dodge it though one hits her in her other arm, numbing it too. Jae runs back and Muhammad shoots 2 more rounds at her. She jumps through the bullet and dodges all of of them except 1, hitting her leg. She drops to the floor, struggling to get back up.

Jae: I thought I dodged them all this time.

Muhammad: Well, now that you can't move, I'll end this.

He shoots his shotgun one more time but Jae, in a blink of an eye, disappears and reappears pinning Muhammad down and pointing her gun at him.

Jae: You mean I'll end this.

Muhammad: Fine, I forfeit.

GR33N: We don't know how but Muhammad is unable to battle, meaning Jae is the winner! An amazing end to the first of many battles!

R3D: The next round will begin in 30 minutes.
