As Nikos' caravan rolled into Calandra, the city streets were already alive with activity despite the night times.
The city it self was a stark contrast to Oakheart, where Nikos had spent much of his first time in this new world.
In Oakheart, most of the buildings were made of wood, simple and practical, with narrow streets winding between them. But Calandra was different—much larger and more developed.
Here, the architecture was dominated by stone.
Grand buildings of smooth, gray stone lined the wide avenues, standing tall and sturdy, illuminated by the warm glow of lanterns hanging from iron sconces on every corner.
So this is what a mid size city looks like.
