Liriel and Jarek fought hard against the sea serpent, while Nikos handled the king crab with support from Marielle. Nikos' mind didn't stop searching for a solution until he finally formed a complete plan.
That's it, this should be working. Nikos emerged from the veil of dust fully, standing steadily, as he drew his bow and aimed at the king crab's eyes.

With a steady aim, Nikos quickly fired multiple poison arrows in quick succession, targeting one of the king crab's eyes.
Whossh! Swish!
The arrows shot swiftly, slicing through the air, hitting exactly on the target. The king crab's bulging red eyes slowly turned green as the poison spread through the eye's veins.
The imposing monster, enraged, roared and chased Nikos quickly, its bigger legs moving faster, stabbing the ground in an outraged fashion. Nikos immediately dashed back inside the veil of dust.
"Jarek, Liriel! Bring the serpent to the dust area!" he shouted from inside the veil of dust.
Liriel and Jarek, hearing the order, immediately executed it. Liriel slashed at the sea serpent's skin, and Jarek exchanged blows with the creature while giving as many slashes as possible to the monster.
Their combined attack successfully irritated the sea serpent. After enough provocation, Liriel and Jarek ran into the veil of dust, immediately chased by the sea serpent monster.

Inside the veil of dust, Nikos drank speed potions. Combined with his passive state, his speed reached faster than ever, and the king crab couldn't keep up. He quickly went to Marielle's hiding spot, grabbing her hips as he ran out of the dust, placing her in a safe spot outside.
"Here, take this. I want you to focus and heal us with everything you have," Nikos said, while giving her many mana potions.
Marielle took them and nodded fully serious, gripping her magic staff hard. "Yes, Master."
Nikos then went back inside the big veil of dust, quickly tracing the position of Liriel and Jarek. The three quickly regrouped. "The crab monster only has one eye now, and inside this veil of dust its vision is limited, so we will bait them to fight each other," he instructed them.
Liriel, her alertness at its peak, nodded. "I'm ready, Sir. Let's take them down." Jarek also nodded, ready to fight the monsters.
"Liriel, you handle the king crab first. Jarek, you and I will push the serpent inside until it meets the crab." Nikos ordered, "Now, move."
The trio dashed, executing their tasks quickly.
Nikos attacked the sea serpent to push it deeper into the veil of dust while throwing dust potions to keep the veil thick.
The sea serpent tried to escape the dust, however it immediately met with Jarek's next attack, a powerful slam of his greataxe, the force of the blow reverberating through the room.
— Thunderous Slam
"Stay back, foul creature!" Jarek roared, his voice echoing in the chamber, as his attack sent the monster deeper into the veil of dust.
Meanwhile, Liriel, using her agility and speed, darted around the king crab, looking for weak points. Her daggers flashed in the dim light as she struck at the joints of its massive claws, baiting the monster to follow her.
Outside the area, Marielle kept her healing magic surrounding her teammates at all times.
Finally, the monsters met each other in the middle of the dust. The king crab, with one eye and limited vision, became more furious, assuming another enemy had appeared. It attacked the sea serpent ferociously with its claws.
The sea serpent, badly attacked, roared in full hatred. Refusing to go down, it fought back, using its long body to coil around the king crab, applying hard pressure, trying to crush the king crab's hard shell.
Under the thick veil of dust, the two monsters fought each other brutally, their anger, irritation, and hatred palpable, each attack shaking the dungeon ground.
Good, now to the next step. Nikos dashed outside the veil of dust, stopping next to Marielle. He immediately opened his system interface to the inventory sections.

Where is it? I remember I had that spell scroll. Nikos scrolled the system down, searching for a wind spell scroll.
Meanwhile, Jarek and Liriel inside the veil were getting more wounded as they continued poking both monsters to keep them irritated.

Nice, this is it. He took out the 'Cyclone Tornado' scroll from the inventory system and immediately ripped the scroll, targeting the veil of dust.
"Jarek! Liriel! Go out of there!" Nikos shouted.
Hearing their master's order, Liriel and Jarek quickly left the dust area, looking to him for the next instruction.
As the scroll activated, a massive, swirling tornado erupted from the scroll. The tornado's funnel cloud stretched high into the ceiling, moving fast toward the monsters' position. Enemies caught in the tornado's path were lifted off the ground.

Nikos' palm pointed at the monsters as fire crackled through his fingers. A fireball formed in his hand, and with his passive ability, the spell damage increased.
FWOOOOSH! HSSSS!
The boosted fireball moved fast, hitting the tornado cyclone, transforming it into a fiery tornado. The fire's wrath reached high into the ceiling of the dungeon. Both the serpent and the king crab, lifted by the tornado, shrieked in pain as they were burned alive.
Liriel, Jarek, and Marielle were stunned, seeing that amount of magic power. What Nikos showed was the power of a master mage.
Both monsters jumped out of the fire, their skin still burning. "Jarek! Liriel! Go finish them!" Nikos ordered.
Breaking out of their amazement, Jarek and Liriel lunged forward with their weapons, trying to finish the monsters off. They could hold the monsters, but they still couldn't kill them.
This is not enough. I need more power.

Nikos took a lower stance as he held his sword. Inside the scabbard, the sword started filling with white energy power.
"Move aside!" he shouted, and Liriel and Jarek, in lightning speed, moved out of the way. Then, with a single movement, Nikos unsheathed the sword, unleashing a powerful slash forward.
— Mighty Slash
In a second, the slash sliced both monsters' bodies cleanly.
The serpent let out a final, hissing breath before collapsing next to the king crab. Both monsters fell hard to the ground. Watching that Liriel, Jarek, and Marielle were stunned in their places.
The fiery tornado also slowly dissipated, turning some of the debris into ashes. The room fell silent, the echoes of battle fading away.
Nikos collapsed on the ground, exhausted, his energy completely spent. "Finally, it's over." He let out a long sigh of relief.
Liriel, Jarek, and Marielle looked at each other and then towards Nikos.
Liriel still clenched the daggers in her hands. She was bruised and battered, her usual graceful movements now labored and slow.
She was the first to speak. "We did it, Sir," she said, a faint smile on her lips. "I wasn't sure we'd make it for a moment there."
Jarek was kneeling on the ground, his greataxe planted firmly beside him. His scales were scratched and torn, and he was bleeding from several wounds.
"That was a hard battle," he said, his deep voice rumbling in the quiet. "We faced death and emerged victoriouss, Mashter."
"Master, you're hurt," Marielle said softly, her voice trembling slightly as she healed a deep cut on his arm. "Everyone is hurt."
She was still nervous, her heart pounding from the fear of losing any of them and dying in this dungeon. Then she cast an area healing skill to heal all of them from their wounds.
Nikos only smiled at them. He and his party remained as the sole winners of this life and death situation.
