But, to be more precise, it was an Esper's Core breaking.

Actually, Espers who died from Rampaging actually died because their Core broke. So, it's pretty similar to having a heart attack.

Hence, Yuno got worried for his Esper.

"Hyung, is your Core okay?"

"My Core isn't breaking, if you're worried about that."

"Then why are you saying I'm giving you a heart attack?" Yuno asked, confused. "If you're trying to say I'm the source of your stress, then just say you'll die from high blood pressure. Why insist on having a heart attack?"
