(A/N: So some of you might not be familiar with the world of Worm by Wildbow and how i interpret this power in my story. In the book there's a character that could chose any 3[4, he didn't know he had 4 slots of power choice till the very end] powers in that world to use at any time from my understanding. Using their classification of threat analysis he is what you'd call a TRUMP 12 [most if not all characters in the book range between 0-10, only a handful pass 10 and 10 already means reality breaking powers in a vicinity].

Their version of Superman was called Alexandria, the only way to actually kill her was either to block her airways long enough that she dies or some biological weapon that you'd have to somehow get into her system {not sure if that'd even work} or you had some inter-dimension phenomena ability. She apparently lifted 1.75 million tonnes in the book. She was rated BRUTE 9 which is basically strength, Movie Superman is around that number as well.

One charge of power manipulation makes you a brute 4-5, now imagine 3 or more charges stacked up on the same ability.

Tinkers are basically the Reed Richards and Tony Starks but focused on one very specific branch of science for example Armmaster who specialises in miniaturisation and efficiency, he uses his powers to create some really ridiculous tech that allows him to put so many functions into his choice weapon, a halberd.

With inspired inventor one charges allows you to become TINKER 4-5 which means you could probably rig your vacuum cleaner, tv and toothpaste into a supercomputer capable of processing an entire cities communication network and i'm not even sure i'm underestimating tinkers because they're that bs. A character even had the tinker ability that'd have helped create cities on the moon if he didn't go all crazy and villain.

Inspired inventor now allows you to stack once again passing the classification of 10. With enough time and charges it's possible you'd even be able to build an entire intergalactic civilisation on your own.

'Red hair check, spiral symbol check, boat load of squiggly lines that i'm guessing are seams check, yup they're the Uzumaki. To think I'd be reincarnating into the Naruto world, so that means what I've been absorbing is most likely nature chakra, interesting.'

Shifting his focus back onto the village, his range gradually improving a few cm every minute or so he waited. Soon enough his vision encompassed the entire village, every aspect of it he could view and nothing could be hidden from him. 'Yup can't understand their language, oh let me finally use my inspired inventor, if it works like in the fanfics this should be easy'.

As soon as the charge settled in, every language he interacted with on his earth suddenly became understandable, from the programming language of computers to the anime he watched, even those that he only had a passing glance he could break down, dissect and comprehend. In the span of a minute he could be said to have become the most proficient linguist that ever existed in both worlds.

With this ability it was literally cakewalk to understand their language, it bore resemblance to Japanese from his world and unsurprisingly it didn't take that long for him to start understanding Fuinjutsu, not only understanding but dissecting the art to its base form, as the Uzumakis were the masters of seals their knowledge was extensive in the subject and all that knowledge was right at his fingertips.

All jutsu housed in the clan compound were open to him, at this point in time even the Third Hokage dubbed The Professor couldn't hold a candle to him in jutsu knowledge.

This new charge accelerated his thought processing by at least eight fold, he was able to create new jutsu on the fold, jutsus that could give similar effects to the rinnegan at the snap of his metaphorical fingers. 'I knew this combination of powers will be broken when choosing it but I didn't realise to what extent', letting out the closest thing to a sigh he shook his body.

'With all this powers I wonder what I should do, I'm clearly stronger than all of them and soon enough if i spend all my charges right now even Kaguya would be a worm before me. At the same time I don't want to nerf myself like some do, I don't understand why they did that in the novels, always pissed me off. Well lets invest some more first.'

'That should be enough for now, should I get regeneration though, biological manipulation already covers that, but then again I have to consciously will it to work, who knows what might happen in the future'.

Actually with my processing speed I should technically be alright or at least tell when I'm in an illusion but just to be safe'.

'Perfect! Now I'm basically immortal', his thought process now able to stimulate at least 8 parallel thoughts, his mind widened. New thoughts and applications of jutsu, funijutsu and the likes, all his and others past actions and relationships analysed, processed and understood. Techniques from cooking to those used in anime compiled and dissected, he finally remembered one final power he came across. Shown in One Piece at a point, the power to bring your imagination into reality.

His mentality elevated to a new height he never thought possible, abilities some could only dream of, with his newfound abilities he could do anything he liked, but he knew he wanted to keep his personality in check but with a major improvement. 'The multiverse is large, I know for sure I'm probably not the only one that received a chance to choose a CYOA and Power Manipulation but I'm probably one of the few that had the best starting points.'

'I have to remember that I'm not a God, somebody or something out there gave me this ability so that says a lot.' A mental note that he'll constantly keep as a reminder as he didn't want to develop a God complex, 'I just want to enjoy life, visit different places, mess with a few people and the likes'.

With his mind finally put in order, there was a sudden calm that came upon him, a lightness and assurance that he doesn't have to worry about anything and can just go forward. Curious on what aura he had personally he looked at himself, he saw that his aura was white with bits of grey, 'so I'm more chaotic good but my actions in the future might change it, good to know'.

Focusing on Uzushiogakure he wondered what timeline he's in, seeing as it's not destroyed yet it means that it's before the Second Shinobi War but the timeline was never clear, scanning all official documents it seems that the First Shinobi War was a few years ago, that means the destruction of Uzu should take place soon, 'I always wondered what would happen if they survived in the main story, time to find out.'

'Hmm Kushina was born a few days ago, that means the destruction is in about six or so years, well lets get started'.
