In the end, you and Nora returned to the group about an hour later, more or less in high spirits. And the group was all agog to hear about your adventure. Even Qrow was impressed that you managed to take the Nuckelavee.

The most surprising was Ren actually bowing to you and thanking you profusely. And even Arc gave you a respected nod.

And then you guys just kind of continued on. You weren't actually far from the city Haven was located in. And within the day, you had already reached the point to reach the city.

...The only problem was. Well, you. You'd grown a few feet more after absorbing the Nuckelavee. and there was just quite simply no way for a nearly thirty five feet Griffon to sneak into the city.

You'd kind of put that thought off in the beginning because, well, you actually started out only half the size you were as a human and it really didn't occur to you how hard it would be to get into the city.

So, sadly, you had to part way with your...friends. Yeah, you guessed they were friends now. Except maybe Arc, you still didn't really like him.

Still, you promised to return to the spot where you parted ways in two weeks, to find out what they'd learned of Cinder and everything going on. And then you parted ways. Nora even hugged, before bending down and flashing her ass at you with a cheeky wink before she left you behind.

And from there, to pass the time, you headed....

Well you decided to head south, down towards Menagerie the Faunus Kingdom. As far as settlements went, it would be much easier to get into if needed. and more importantly, you'd heard about something very interesting.

The fact that there were apparently hoard's of very, very strong Grimm out in the desert lands that made up two thirds of the country.

Fighting the Nuckelavee had shown you. Even strength had its limits. So to overcome that, you had to get even stronger still!
