Chapter 8
(Sorry for not uploading!! I'm still trying to get better at writing and doing stuff IRL!)

I was sitting next to the egg eating some berrys. I've been staying at home doing nothing but eating. 2 days have passed and i don't have any berrys left so I'll have to go find some before I'm starving to death.
"I'll just leave for a bit to get some berry's and maybe even some fresh air."
It's been awhile since I've went outside. I did go out sometimes to train because I feel bored but there's apparently a lot of trainers outside! I don't know why they're here but it's getting pretty annoying when someone always knocked on your door none stop until you open it but instead of knocking, they're trying to break my door! So i thought I can fought them and get free XP but i didn't get any XP! Not even one! I was trying to figure out what's wrong but decided to think about it later.
When the all of the trainers left the area, i always go out to find somewhere else to live instead of living near a town. I should have scout the area before and deciding.
I got up and grab my hand made backpack that's made of stick with vines, it's not big and it's not heavy either. I push the rock that blocked the entrance and put it back before going outside.
There isn't any more berrys near my house because trainers always or sometimes camp here to feed it to their pokemon. Since there isn't any berrys nearby, i have to go find some far away from the cave and definitely not gonna let a defenseless baby that hasn't been hatch yet sit in the cave.
i jumped on a tree and start jumping from a branch to another. Also, some weak pokemon started to show up again! That means I can train! I'm happy to see them because the trainers trained in this area a lot so a lot of pokemon die. I'm afraid that pokemon will go deep into the forest to hide from them. So it's good that they are back but it's not that many. Welp, at least they still come back.

After a few hours of finding berrys, i suddenly got a feeling that something is stalking me. I didn't see anything. Everytime I look behind me, all I can see nothing but some bush and trees. I didn't just shrug it off, i was very cautious. It was going to ambush me when I let my guard down. Also, i know it's a pokemon same Lvl as me or higher because weak pokemon would always saw me run away.
I stopped walking and put the egg down,turned around and use [Bubble] on the bush where I think it was. After the attack landed, a dog like pokemon jumped towards me with it's jaw open. I quickly dodge it and use [Pound] pushing it back to give me some room. It's fast and when the pokemon stop to look at me, i quickly focus to see it's status.

It was 1 Lvl higher than me, i take my fighting stance and lunches at him.
(I'm not good at talking about battles so skip it if you want! It's poopy!!)
It open it's jaw and also lunches at me. I slap my hand on it's open jaw and now I'm on top of it, i quickly use [Pound] pushing it back hard to the ground. It quickly got up and started running and limping. It tried to escape so I use [Bubble].
Some have hit it but it still running, i follow it thinking it was heavily injured. As I got closer, it turned it's head and bite my arm catching me off guard. Everytime I move, it bite even harder. God damnit! I've been tricked!
I use [Bubble] one last time as it died, my arm is completely covered in blood. I'm also feeling exhausted and sleepy. I quickly ran back home while carrying the egg but before I can make it, i blacked out. Leaving my body in the wild.
(Okkkkkkk, this battle is a bit shity and short not gonna lie. I'll try to make the future battle a bit more longer and a bit exciting. (which I doubt it) OK, back to the story!!!)
