The Arena

After leaving the room I couldn't help but feel worried about the arena, although my power is quite good it's one that truly shines in time not immediately. well lets hope for the best." entering the arena wait room, its decorated like a roman gladiator arena, there was a digital billboard showing a picture of player #1 username = Rover VS. B rank challenge.

Rover seemed to be a extraordinary good martial artist and by the looks of it his power increased his speed. looking at the fight I notification appeared in font of me "would you like to copy the high guard style martial arts rank C---- Due to level being to low the technique will turn into the E rank variant." interesting "the voice didn't lie when it said at a glance, yes copy it." when it was being copied I suddenly got memories of train day and night restlessly for 2 years. "that's trippy as fuck." Rover got to the A ranks before failing getting ranked a B. The second player username: Missile, he had an ability that let him shoot 3 energy balls at a target, he was given C rank. The third player Hanna, her username is Rosebush her powers allowed her to create a vine covered in thorns and roses from her body. She got the rank of B. Player 4 or Owen username: Frostbite. He had control over ice strong enough to make a glacier, He ranked a A and almost beat the S rank monster. Player 5 is a short round boy who look like he was twelve but since everyone here was 16 through 18 I figure he just a babyface. The username he chose is Almighty Defenseman. His ability was the he could curl up into a ball and roll a around it improved his defense but not a lot, he was given the rank F only barely beating the F rank monster.

"Finally my turn" I enter the arena cage, a display of weapons on the wall and a message. "Choose any weapon you'd like, but before you enter the arena you must enter your username. To chose your username simply say enter username (say username here)." Simple enough after not to long of thinking it was obvious what my username should be. "enter username Greed." "Username Greed accepted to see your skills, think or say system open the skill tab. In your system there are other tabs like status, inventory, factions, skill trees, and more to be unlocked. Now enter the arena and fight your best"

Before heading in I take a look at all of the weapons and skills. Active Skills:

Attribute Greed current rank E: hitting any one with a physical attack on the activation of this skill allows you to steal 10 random attributes from the target, or focus on one attribute and only get 5 unless target has less than 5 of that attribute. Can only be used on a target once until next rank, in order to rank up 100 attribute points must be stolen.

Skill Greed current rank E: steal an opponents active or passive skill of the same level or lower of the skill, if there is no skill of the same rank or lower a higher ranked skill will be demoted to its inferior version and given. Can only be used on a target once until next rank, to rank up the skill steal 10 skills.

Technique Greed current rank E: steal another's techniques of the same level of the skill or lower, can only be used on a target once until next rank, to rank up steal 10 techniques.

Passive Skills:

EXP Greed Rank S: 100% increase in EXP gains from any source.

Knowledge Greed Rank B: Enhanced learning abilities

Loot Greed Rank S: All loot doubled from any source.

Sin of Greed Rank ????: There are several abilities in this skill, to unlock them all level up one will be unlocked at level 20,40,80,160,etc. The level requirement doubles every time. Randomizing first SoG skill ability... Ability chosen is Double Skills: All skill effects are doubled active and passive.

"These skill are gonna be so OP I can't wait to use them and those passive's are even better. Now what weapon do I want." The walls are lined with every weapon you could think of from chains to machine guns. "I myself never really used guns I feel although it would be decent but I'd more than likely miss a lot and mess up the reload so that's a no on guns. Know what let's keep it simple a long sword wait, 2 long swords actually. Things are about to get interesting, I'm ready open the gate."

I walk to the center of the arena once I reach my starting point a decently sized rabbit, with a horn on its head appeared on the other starting point. The second the announcement said begin the rabbit launched at me. Not expecting this speed I barely managed to move before its horn stabed into my arm just barely putting a small hole in my arm. seeing the opportunity I brought my long sword down on the rabbit who was still trying to Penetrate my arm further as well as activating two of my abilities AG (Attribute Greed) and SG (Skill Greed). I focused on the speed stat on AG and was given 10 points in speed and the rabbit was now much slower. For SG I got a skill called Leap: Rank F provides a slight boost the next time you jump after activation.

Using my new speed stats and ability in jump towards the rabbit and decapitate it in one swift blow. The body of the rabbit dissappears and I get a notification +5 EXP x2 due to passive EG then x2 due to passive SoG. "System note from now on all gains will be displayed as the total from all passives." Total amount +20 EXP +1lvl.
