CHAPTER 5: WISHES

Arthur looked at the at the last line of the system saying and thought, "Abide by the world laws?"

'Hm? Does that mean that I can't ask for cultivation or magic thing since such thing are non-existent in this world but the very presence of system contradicts the previous statements' Arthur was in deep thought for what to wish for.

Since now he can't go for the fantasy stuff then he has to focus on his first plan which was ….venture capitalist.

[ A venture capitalist (VC) is a private equity investor that provides capital to companies with high growth potential in exchange for an equity stake. ]

And in his current state being a venture capitalist would be nice choice as he knew the future mega giants and time couldn't have been any good, 1970s was the beginning of modernization.

Arthur's blood pumped up from the excitement just how much money he would make from the investments.

System's said again.

"Then my first wish would be….please prepare two valid and genuine national id cards for me and my sister with my age being 16 and my sister's 18." Arthur instructed, as he wanted a id as for the identity he has only name and nothing else. Same goes for his sister too. And the reason for change in age? Well, he wasn't planning to make investments now but in the coming years and by that time around he would be 18 as per the docs and he would be able to do his stuff without any nuisance.

Now many would wonder why didn't he just asked for the money since he wants money anyways? Well, as the system said 'abide by the world laws and logic' , so if he were to ask for the money then where would he store it? In bank, on whose name? And won't he questioned why he have so much money. And this is not a brain-dead novel where one won't questioned , this is real world with real logic and laws.

So to be on the safe side , he just ask what he lack now which is an identity.

[ Okay…buzz…Host! What…Buzz…family name you would like? ]

System asked again.

"Snow" Arthur quickly replied as he has already made up his mind on family name, which was inspired by his favorite show in his previous life.

[ Generating…..]

[ Arthur Snow…Generated ]

[ Emma Snow…Generated ]

Quickly two national id cards materialized out of thin air in his hands.

Arthur looked at the cards in his hands and was surprised that the cards look genuine and even their photos were on them.

Arthur nodded with satisfaction.

[ Please…select your last wish…buzz ]

Arthur looked at the message and said, "For my last wish…I wish you enhance me and my sister bodies to human limits, I am not saying to make us mortals but enhance our physical body"

Arthur knew that since he has reborn in this time he can make a very good living on his own even without the system but for his plans ahead he has to be in optimum condition. A healthy body gives rise to a healthy mind and he know how it is precious to be healthy in future when global warming and pollution was at its peak and many diseases were spreading.

And whatever he has asked system till now , was all were very lowkey and won't attract anyone's attention to him. He can develop slowly without worrying about anything.

As for his current state of life, he know he can fix it if he apply little bit of his previous life knowledge so he wasn't were about short term problems, what he was looking at was the bigger picture.

[ Accepted… ]

Soon glow light started emitting from the Arthur's body and soon a cocoon of golden lights enveloped him and if one were to see the same thing was happening with Emma, she was also wrapped in golden light cocoon.

Cocoon break and Arthur's body came in to view and Arthur has his eye closed.

Now Aurthur hair were pure golden with little shade of white. Earlier his height was around 4 feet 6 inches but now it was 5 feet 1 inches which is above average among his peers. He had a crystal clear white skin and his also looked sharp now.

Arthur opened his eyes which had a dark purple tone in it.

Everything was magical, Arthur felt like he had woken from a deep and satisfied sleep.

Arthur was amazed as his eyes were crystal clear and they were able to see far distances easily.

Arthur checked his body and was shocked that his body has grown to such extent. It was good that he was wearing baggy earlier otherwise his pervious clothes would have been ripped apart.

Arthur also saw that his body now has few abs lines and were now more sharper like a chiseled wood.

Arthur looked down and saw his penis was also quite big for his age and a sinister grin appeared on his face, 'Ladies..get ready to beg for forgiveness…hehehe'

Ahem!

Arthur shook his head and cleared all the unwanted thoughts.

Arthur was quite pleased and satisfies with his new body.

And a new system message appeared.

[ All the wishes have been fulfilled and now system is going into hibernation mode. Reminder: If host were able to collect 100 Billion Dollars then system will come out of its hibernation mode. Good Luck ]

And with that saying system dematerialized and disintegrated into thin air.

Everything was like a dream, it was too sudden and magical that it was hard to believe that such kind of thing exists in this world.

With the increase of his body limits, his thoughts were now clear and optimized.

He felt like his brain has increased its level.

Arthur shook his head and went inside the room to change into something else.

Arthur entered the room but was shocked from view in front of him.

In front of him lied an otherworldly beauty, she had black-raven hairs down to her back and skin was reflecting like, truly jade-like beauty.

Arthur knew she was Emma but there was difference of heaven and earth between now and back. Earlier Emma was quite good looking but not to this point , she might even fail every single top actress with her single look.

'oh no!' Arthur smelled problem, his appearance was too attention seeking but now looking at Emma he knew if anyone to discover her he knew that he won't be able to do anything.

Arthur was in a difficult situation now, the only thing he can do was not allow Emma go outside but how he is going to explain this to Emma?

Before coming into contact with system, he was planning to tell the truth about his reincarnation but the situation has taken such turn he can't bring himself to tell her.

Before it wouldn't have been such problem but now looking at her he knew if she knew that he isn't the Arthur she knew but someone else , how would she react? In worst case, if she tried to leave the place in such condition and got attention of shady people.

Arthur can't even bring himself to think what might happen.

He has to come up with a plan to tell her about the situation.

"Hmm~"

Arthur turned around and saw that Emma was going to wake up.

"I don't have any other choice, I guess" Arthur looked at Emma and said.
