Su Youwei

Both Lu Xuangang and Su Youwei shot him smiles. While Lu Xuangangs was rather collected, he could tell Su Youwei's smile had a more nervous side to it. It made sense since she would be new to the Hunyuan Heaven, not to mention she was talking to a Saint.

"So this is the disciple you have taken? I'll admit he looks very striking for such a young man. He could even put my younger self out of business."

He stroked his chin with an amused grin on his face.

"Are you sure you didn't just choose him because he's nice to look at?"

Zi Xiao shook her head with a small giggle.

"No, while it is beneficial, his talent is... unheard of."

An intrigued look crossed the old man's face, as it did Su Youwei's.

"His alias and currently favoured name is Xiaoyao Julong, but his real name is Wan Julong, a relative of Wan Zu."

Lu Xuangangs face blanched.

"Does he know about this!?"

She laughed at his reaction.

"Of course, we were speaking with him the other day. But this is also negligent of his age and Qi Grade. He has a Gold Dwelling and Grade 6 Genesis Qi at the age of 11, which he unlocked at the Middle Stage of the Qi Nourishing Realm. This isn't even inclusive of his blessing, which is one we have never seen before.

"I'm sure you didn't doubt me initially, but do you believe me now?"

His scalp went numb. What did he expect? He was almost convinced for a second that his disciple was more talented than hers.

Just the look on his face was enough for Zi Xiao who grinned cheekily, knowing exactly why he had such a reaction.

While it was shocking to Lu Xuangang, Su Youwei seemed to wear an even more stupified look. This was for a variety of reasons, of course, his talent was incredible, but it was also because of his name, and something a friend of hers had told her in relation to said name before she had left.

'Say hello to Wan Julong for me.'

The words of Yao Yao reverberated in her head.

"Umm..."

Attention was brought to her.

"Xiaoyao told me to say hi to you for her."

Julongs face went from somewhat annoyed at his Master's antics, to surprise. So she was the same Su Youwei whose name he had heard from Yao Yao in his dreams.

Interest piqued in both of the Masters residing over the room.

"Hmm~ and who's Xiaoyao?"

Zi Xiao inquired, though it was in such a provocative way that it sounded very suggestive.

"Someone I know who lives in the Cangxuan Heaven."

It was a simple response, as he didn't really know much about her. Even if he did it was unlikely he would tell Zi Xiao just to annoy her.

She gave him a disbelieving look. How would he know anyone in the Cangxuan Heaven? Despite that, she shrugged it off as he quickly changed the subject.

"Either way, thanks, Su Youwei. It means a lot. Also, can I say, the exuberance of your Qi Dwelling is extraordinary. It feels like the combination of Yin and Yang."

"You have a very sharp gaze, Xiaoyao Julong."

Lu Xuangang nodded approvingly at him.

"She has the fabled Yin and Yang Qi Dwelling. As such, she will have almost limitless potential in the future. Much like yourself, apparently."

A small moment of silence passed before the voice of Su Youwei chimed in sheepishly.

"Thank you for your praise."

This brought a small smile to Julongs lips. She was rather cute.

"I must also thank you for the praise, Lu Xuangang, however, I must tell you my potential is a little biased toward success..."

He raised a brow in interest.

"My little Disciple has the backing of both myself and Wan Zu, if you hadn't guessed already. In addition, he also has the last copy of the Spears of Divine Light Art."

His face froze for a split second before a laugh escaped him.

"It would appear we will likely have another Saint in the future. Not including my hopes for Su Youwei."

She backed up a little under the expectations but accepted them nonetheless.

"I'll try my best, Master."

Judging by how she was acting, she was extremely similar in nature to Julong. She was special but had some doubts. She would learn quickly if that was the case, just like he had.

"Don't forget about me. I also have hope for your future, Su Youwei. I cannot say for certain like I can for Julong, but I know that I can say you will be very powerful."

Su Youwei wavered at the Saints' praise. Just another thing she would have to grow used to if she were to become a Heaven Pride like they were all expecting.

"Now back to the matter at hand. Where would you like Su Youwei to stay while you procure a residence for her? I would be more than happy to accommodate her for now."

"I would owe you a much greater debt than what I currently do if you would, Supreme Sovereign."

"Do not worry about debts right now, Lu Xuangang. It is enough that I get to learn about one of our upcoming Heaven Prides."

Lu Xuangang nodded gratefully.

"Sorry for my abruptness in leaving, but I must get going. The other Elders are awaiting me for some sort of welcome back party - the old geezers."

"It's alright, it just means that I can have both Julong and Youwei spend some time together. He doesn't have many friends after all."

Julong's face went dirty at the last comment, but he couldn't deny what she had said. Her teasing knew no bounds.

With a laugh, he bowed toward Zi Xiao.

"Thank you, Supreme Sovereign."

With that he left, tearing space with his Law Domain.

As soon as he was gone, Zi Xiao stood up too.

"Well, I have to go attend to some business as well. Have fun you two."

Julong could immediately tell that she was lying, specifically because it was so vague. She was never that vague. He didn't mind though as it was a thoughtful gesture. If not for Mushin Yuan who he had seen a few times in the past few days, he wouldn't have any friends.

"Thank you, Master."

She showed him a side profile of her smile before she walked out of the doors he had come in a dozen minutes earlier.

"Well allow me to properly introduce myself.

"My name is Xiaoyao Julong, nice to meet you."

She smiled brightly at him. It was almost intoxicating.

"My name is Su Youwei, nice to meet you too."

Yeah, he'd have to be careful with her. She would definitely draw a lot of attention, not even taking himself into account.
