First Heat

Gray/ Geisha's Pov

I stared nervously down my legs. Why was I suddenly feeling warm all over?. Why was Virgo constantly whining now?.

Virgo, are you okay?.

No response.

Virgo, what's happening?.

No response.

Why was she ignoring me?. Why was she so silent all of a sudden and why was my skin beginning to feel like I was being set on fire?.

I saw Zodiac's eyes flash a shade of red and then it was gone, like a short breeze.

Was he an alpha?.

He took two cautious steps towards me and Virgo suddenly began to whimper, confirming his status.

He is an Alpha. My mate is an alpha.

Zodiac licked his lips involuntarily as he stared at him. He seemed nervous and he didn't want to scare him further by being rash. Although his own wolf, Capricorn was going crazy at his hesitation. Capricorn wasn't one with a lot of patience and Zodiac knew if he let him in control, he would have his way with their mate right there and then.

Zodiac sniffed again, why couldn't he decipher his rank?. He inched closer and when I didn't pull back, he nuzzled his nose up and down his mate's neck.

Why did he smell like strawberries?.

Oh it must be my shampoo. The thought of him showering with his shampoo excited Cap(short for capricorn) a lot and Zodiac felt his canines slowly extend.

Damn, he didn't want to mark him with his consent. Earlier when he'd bitten into her, he had made sure the bite hadn't been so deep to mark her but only enough to induce sleepiness.

Right now with his neck on full display and his pheromones playing with his mind, Zodiac wondered if he would want to mate.

"Mate....I want to mate", Zodiac whispered ever softly to me. I gulped nervously, why was he asking to mate with me?.

His hand slowly found my cheek and he began to slowly run his fingers there.

His behaviour was making me wonder if he was in rut. It happens sometimes, when a female goes into heat, her mate especially one who has starved himself of sex, waiting for his mate could be so affected that they are also induced into their rut.

But I wasn't ready yet, as much as there are many stories that make mating look like the best fantasy mates could have, tgere are many other stories about mating gone wrong.

Besides we still didn't know each other well, we such freaking met for the goddess' sake. If he's in rut, I don't know how I'm going to be able to handle my heat and let alone hold him off as well. And what about Ridge?.

I was so lost in thought that I didn't register when he had pulled me against his chest till I felt his lips leave featherlike kisses down my jawline. I groaned involuntarily from pure satisfaction.

Why was I enjoying this so much?

I pushed his chest slightly to create some distance between us and my skin immediately seared like I had been burnt. All of a sudden, I felt like I was on fire.

My wolf whined in pain and I felt blood rush to my southern region as a sudden dizziness hit. I have never exprienced heat before but I felt mine was little bit different.

Why was I so hot all of a sudden?. I frowned at him as he began to strip. My eyes widened when he nudged his head at me commanding me to shift.

No,no, no! if I hand over my control to Virgo, she will succumb to his desires, his wants and ultimately to her own desires. It was the natural instinct of a wolf to obey her mate.

I resisted the command, whimpering when Virgo whined. I know this was hurting her, she wanted to shift badly to please her mate and I was not allowing her to.

A loud growl emanated from the room and I turned to find Zodiac gone. In his place was a big white wolf. And what stopped me in my tracks were his eyes.

His strikingly heterochromic eyes. He stalked towards me and I held my breath. I knew he could smell the fear that was emanating from every pore of my skin.

I tried not to look him in the eyes but it was difficult not to, his eyes were not only beautiful but they made me curious as well.

A sudden low growl made me succumb and I found myself losing control to Virgo. The snarl on his lips as he regarded my wolf made me feel proud. He nudged his face into my fur and Virgo whimpered in satisfaction.

Before I could caution her, Virgo had pushed me farther to the back of her mind as she bolted out of the room with Zodiac's wolf.

I trued to reach out, even as they ran into the nearby forest. I trued to reach out but she shut me out. And then they stopped at a clearing deep into the forest.

He drew close to us and I felt Virgo's excitement. Oh God no!, I thought when she willingly laid down. Oh God no, give his wolf some restraint. But what kind of wokf will resist his mate wben she so beautifully opened her legs for him?.

Please Zodiac, don't do this.

I was desperate at this point when I saw him lean in ever so carefully and then I heard a whimper that tore me apart from tge inside as he slid into us. Virgo whined delightfully and I I screamed. Everything didn't matter anymore, I felt so numb at that moment and shut nyself completely off from her.

I will never forget that moment. The moment when Virgo so stupidly gave away our viginity to our mate, who we didn't even know.

Zodiac on the other hand had also been rudely shut off by Cap when he'd protested about how fast he was moving. The impatient wolf had succeeded in getting what he wanted, mating Gray's wolf.

And giving Zodiac a real surprise.
