After finishing the lunch with the Ren's, Li Xiuying, Madame Qin and little 4th went shopping.

Li Xiuying had to buy a new phone, some clothes and other necessities. Madame Qin paid for the things due to Li Xiuying not having her card's yet but she promised Li Xiuying that she would deduct the amount from little 4th's surgery fees.

After Li Xiuying acquired everything she needed, they got into the car and headed for Li Xiuying's new home.

Li Xiuying stood with Madame Qin, Little 4th and the bodyguard outside a set of luxury apartments.

Madame Qin looked over at Li Xiuying: "So what do you think?"

There was no response.

Li Xiuying was staring at the building before her and frowning. 'This is not very low key.'

Madam Qin: "Well let's go inside and take a look then."

Li Xiuying and Little 4th constantly assessed the interior as they walked along. Everything was so ostentatious, Li Xiuying was afraid to see what the inside of her apartment looked like.

They all walked to the reception desk where a neatly dressed woman stood, typing on the computer. She had her hair tied back in a tight bun, her face looked fresh with little make-up. She was wearing a professional navy blue dress.

The receptionist stopped typing when she heard footsteps walking towards her. She stopped typing and turned to face the people approaching her desk.

Madame Qin: "Hello I'm Madame Qin I called earlier regarding Dr Li Xiuying's apartment. I'm here to pick up the key card and paperwork for apartment 5."

The receptionist assessed the quartet in front of her. When the receptionist heard "Madame Qin" she thought that perhaps this woman could be from the Qin family. However, she quickly disposed of that thought as she looked at the plain and cheap clothes the two women were wearing. 'How could she possibly be from The Qin family?'

Receptionist: "Are you sure you're in the correct location?"

Madame Qin frowned. "Can I have the key card and paperwork?"

Receptionist: "I'm sorry Madame, do you have any ID to hand? I'll have to verify your identity before I can give you a set of keys." She stretched a palm towards Madame Qin.

Little 4th reprimanded: "Auntie why are you stretching your hand out? Do you want a tip or a Hi5? We won't give you either hmph."

Li Xiuying asked inquisitively: "Alien hand syndrome?"

The receptionist was getting frustrated: "What Alien Hi5? I'm asking for ID!" She was becoming annoyed 'Who are these people? Clearly, I'm asking for ID how did it become some weird condition in these peoples eyes? '

Madame Qin didn't think to bring any photo ID with her, she looked towards Li Xiuying.

Li Xiuying removed her rucksack, took out her ID and placed it on the reception desk ignoring the outstretched hand.

The receptionist picked up the badge.

The receptionist was not amused: "Can I have some real ID, this is clearly fake! How can you be a doctor when you're 15!" The young girl in front of her only looking to be in her early teens, does a surgeon that young exist?

Li Xiuying took out her passport and placed it on the reception desk.

Receptionist flipped through the passport: "You're 23?!" She was utterly shocked.

Little 4th pointed to himself: "And I'm 4."

Little 4th pointed to the bodyguard.: "He Bo is 31."

Little 4th: "And mum, well mum said you shouldn't ask a lady her age so don't be rude Auntie."

Madame Qin was getting tired of waiting around. She was trying to make a good impression on Li Xiuying so she would want to extend her work contract in the future or even want to be contracted to the Qin's in a different way...this situation was not helping her cause. She took her phone out of her purse and messaged her husband.

Receptionist believed these people had gotten the wrong address or were playing a prank on her: "I think it's best for the four of you to leave please." She placed Li Xiuying's ID back on the desk and smiled at them.

Seeing that none of the people before her were making a move to leave after 5 minutes, she felt she had been more than patient. The receptionist picked up the phone to call security, just when she was about to dial she saw a man in a suit frantically running towards the reception as if he was being chased by a lion.

The receptionist was astonished to see her manager in such a state: "Manager!"

The man stopped a foot from Madame Qin.

Manager breathlessly said: "Ma.. ma.. madam Qin. I'm so sorry I wasn't here to welcome you when you arrived. I'm the manager Zhu Bai."

Manager Zhu Bai went behind the reception desk and took out the paperwork for apartment 5 and the key card.

Manager Zhu Bai: "The contract is for 3 months starting from today, we have also organized the garage space you requested."

Manager Zhu addressed Li Xiuying: "Dr Li after your tour around apartment 5. Please sign the contract if you are happy with everything." He handed everything over to Li Xiuying.

Li Xiuying and the Qin's headed to the lift.

Manager Zhu stared at the receptionist, he was too tired to shout so he just stated: "Wang Juan. Do you know who you just spoke to? That was Madame Qin and Little Master Qin of the QIN FAMILY. They own the building."

Wang Juan stood with her mouth opening and closing like a fish. She subconsciously muttered: "But they looked so normal, how could they be the Qins? What have I just done?"

Apartment 5

He Bo placed all the shopping bags in the hallway.

Li Xiuying was very happy with her new home. The whole apartment was fully furnished. It had two bedrooms that were painted in grays, whites with tasteful splashed of color. The master bedroom also had an en-suite. The living room was painted in warm tones and had rays of sunlight entering from the large windows that went across one wall. The kitchen was white and there was more than enough space for dining.

Li Xiuying was very satisfied, everything was warm, bright and comforting. 'This is mine.'

Madame Qin: "Are you happy with everything? We can change anything you don't like or add anything you would like?"

Li Xiuying: "Happy."

Madame Qin was ecstatic: "That's wonderful! Your car will be within parking slot 5 later on this evening but you can pick up the keys from the reception any time you want. Call me if you need anything at all. We'll be leaving now so you can get accustomed to your new place."

Little 4th's cute little face dropped the moment he heard he would have to leave his big sister.

Little 4th was just about to say something when his mother gave him a look that said 'don't even think about it'. He swallowed his words of complaint and stuck out his bottom lip in a cute pout.

Li Xiuying said with heartfelt sincerity: "Thank you."

The Qin's left apartment 5.

Little 4th kept looking back at the closed apartment door, Madame Qin picked little 4th up because he was lagging behind. It looked as if he was being torn away from the love of his life and longing for her to come and rescue him from his wicked mother. Little 4th's heart cried 'Big sister YingYinggggggggggggg!'

Inside the apartment, Li Xiuying was sitting on her sofa with a smile: 'This is my home.'
