Elise - 2

Elise kept attacking from every side while Claude simply dodged or blocked her every attack. 

At some point she became desperate and frustrated due to her attack not even touching Claude that's why she increased her attack speed and hits. 

Finally after a few minutes she was covered in sweat and gasping for air. Claude simply walked towards her as he said :-

" Is that all you've got ?" 

" Do you know a funny thing, my lady ?" Claude asked with a bone chilling smile.

" If this was a true battle instead of a friendly spar I would have killed you at least 146 times." When Claude said this everyone present, even Alex held his breath. A 10 year old talking about killing like it's a day to day matter was simply unbelievable.

" You have refinement, I admit it but only knowing how to swing a sword is completely different than using it practically. You see the sword as a toy but it actually is a weapon. A tool which was created for the sole purpose of being used. You are not using it to its true potential." Claude suddenly vanished and appeared in front of Elise.

Claude started swinging his sword with just enough strength and speed that allowed Elise to keep up with him. After a few seconds her sword was thrown away by the impact of Claude's sword.

" I am not here to teach you how to use sword techniques. I am here to teach you how to survive, to survive I have to make you a beast. A predator." He said looking at her with enough killing intent to make her gasp for air.

" And to learn how to be a predator you firstly need to learn….." He suddenly vanished again but this time he appeared behind Elise who had fallen over her butt.

" Pain!!" Claude said, piercing his sword on the shoulders of Elise.

" Ahhhh…." Elise let out a loud scream. 

Some of the soldiers instinctively drew their sword and went to attack Claude. The moment they reached a certain distance near Claude they lost their consciousness.

This was a technique created by Eren. By forcing the Aura on a certain someone's mind without affecting any of her body. The Aura becomes concentrated leading to weak willed people to lose their consciousness on the spot.

Elise held her bleeding shoulder to not let too much blood flow from it. She was biting her lips to not cry and look weak and pathetic. Claude stared at her with an amused smile.

' You are the second most interesting person I have ever met except my brother...' Claude thought.

Claude was actually just going to take some normal lectures and ignore Elise. He was just merely interested in her because she might be the first girl ever who didn't even flinch at Claude's looks.

Claude's came from his father who according to Claude seduced even his biological mother Amber. Who according to Claude might be the most beautiful woman in the north. Well, that was actually the truth.

That's why Claude was self conscious about his look especially among women. Even Ellen and Layla, women who were the most used to Claude's looks blushed sometimes when he smiled.

That's why someone and most especially a girl who was not attracted towards Claude by his looks caught his interest. At first he just wanted to show the difference between him and her but now it seems like Claude wanted to truly teach her a thing or two, what will the future unfold from this decision of Claude is completely mysterious.

Claude looked in the eyes of Elise who was in pain with a gentle look. He simply removed her hand which was covering her wound and casted a healing spell.

" Heal "

Everyone including Elise was shocked seeing what unfold in their eyes. The wound completely recovered with the speed visible to naked eyes. Claude was a bit confused by their surprised looks that's why he threw a meaningful glance towards Alex.

" Ah, I forgot to tell you. Claude is going to take the magic test for imperial academy. He is a talented magic user." When Alex said that everyone present shouted :-

"WHAT !?"

Most of the soldiers looked at Claude with fear and respect as if he was a monster. Most of the young teens and childrens looked at Claude with hatred and envy over her talent. While most of the experienced master ranks knew that Claude is going to be a powerhouse in future that's why they decided to be in his good books.

Elise looked at Claude with embarrassment but Claude knew that she was not embarrassed by his looks. She was embarrassed because Claude was mage yet he defeated her who has been learning sword since the age of five.

Claude simply chuckled at that reaction. She seemed more like a female version of Eren according to Claude.

Eren would also think that he is weak. Usually normal people reason that the opponent was too strong but only a select few say that they themselves are weak. Claude didn't have the same personality because for this sort of personality one needs to be a bit dumb.

Claude instead was always observant and analysed every situation. If he had enough time he would think of hundreds of possible outcomes before reaching a certain solution. What made Claude a bit unique then them was that he has the mindset of fighting and emerging victorious no matter what.

On the other side, Dante had lost his consciousness. Claude was a bit confused as he didn't use his Aura on him, heck with Dante's experience and mental fortitude he will only feel a slight dizziness. According to Alex he lost his consciousness way before when Claude injured Elise. This grandfather sure had a huge granddaughter complex, Claude thought with a smile.

The first day went like this interestingly.
