A Peaceful Morning

In the manor of the head knight of the village Venia, on the third floor a 8 year kid was seen sleeping peacefully.

Even though he was just an 8 year old kid he was above average in height, with a height of 4'7( 145 cm ). He also had chiseled muscles which are not seen in any child of his age.

The child had pure white hair which was long enough that they were able to cover his eyes and a smooth pale white skin. He also had long eyelashes and deep sapphire blue eyes. With his feminine features and well muscled body, everyone knew he was going to be a lady killer.

Suddenly his door burst open and a dark brown haired and emerald eyes kid walked in. He had more muscles than the white haired kid with messy hair and a rough exterior but that look suited the dark brown haired kid like a charm. He looked slightly older than the white haired kid

" Come on Claude, it's time for practice." He shouted at Claude.

" What practice ? We are just fighting till we drop to our knees for the past one year." Claude said without even looking at who the person was and turning sides on the bed with annoyance.

Eren did not say anything further he just raised his wooden sword and slash with such great power that the whole bed might have sliced in two. Before the sword even reached Claude, Claude caught the sword with both of his hands.

" What sort of big brother wakes his little brother by swinging the sword on his neck ?" Claude asked in annoyance.

Eren just smirked in mockery and swung his sword horizontally as Claude was already woken up and was sitting crossed leg on the bed. Before the sword could even touch him he had already dodged it by bending. Claude sat on the window and said :-

" Let's do it outside, you know what lord mother did to us when we wrecked my room."

Saying this Claude jumped off the window. Eren felt a slight chill remembering what Ellen looked like back then. He also jumped off the window and landed perfectly on the ground. He saw Claude shirtless waiting outside the lawn and Eren ran towards Claude with a savage smile. Claude simply yamned in response and casted a spell.

" Frost "

A small mountain of ice formed near Claude's feet which changed from snow to brittle ice and a sheath appeared at the peak point of it. Claude grabbed the sheath and a perfect sword made of pure ice was in his hands.

Eren jumped while infusing mana in his feet and appeared right above Claude he slashed his sword with a dive from above Claude. Claude simply blocked the attack by holding his sword horizontally above his head.

Eren landed safely, breaking the contact between the two swords. He jumped and did a summer salt standing in front of Claude with a few metres of distance. He closed his eyes and opened them with an even more savage grin than before but something changed this time.

His emerald eyes had a red hue to it and along with his sword which looked mystical with the red energy falling from it like a dense gas. The surroundings also started to feel heavy like an invisible doom with red hue surrounding them. The environment itself was reacting to this energy, something which can even make a grown up man pee in his pants and that was – Bloodlust!!

" Right from the start, eh." Claude said with indifference.

When Eren moved he completely disappeared and appeared in front Claude ready to attack but Claude blocked the incoming attack by his sword but the force was so much that the ice sword cracked a bit. Claude himself had a struggling expression but soon it changed into a smirk.

" Quake "

The ground beneath Eren was shaked and a small crater appeared. Not wanting to get stuck in the crater, Eren broke the contact between their swords and took a few steps back. The Bloodlust was still present but less heavy than before. Not wanting to waste this chance Claude casted another spell.

" Ashes "

A few dozen arrows of flames appeared in the sky and fell on Eren with great speed. Eren simply broke the spell by cutting every single arrow into two by his red hue covered sword.

" Fall "

Claude covered his sword in lightning and jumped towards Eren and attacked him. Eren blocked Claude's sword with his sword. Both swords stayed connected for a few seconds, the red hue and the lightning fighting for dominance. The lightning was actually stuck to Eren's sword because of its property of attraction. The ground surrounding them burst open forming a circle around them. Both Eren and Claude looked into each other's eyes and smirked.

After that they started moving so fast that it became impossible to follow them with naked eyes. The only thing that was able to be seen were sparks of the swords clashing with each other. Except for the loud sounds of clashing of course.

" Boys, that's enough, come for breakfast." Ellen's voice which should be unhearable in the sounds of clashing was clearly heard by both of them.

" Yes mom," Eren shouted.

" Yes lord mother, " Claude shouted.

They both fell on their knees huffing in exhaustion but they both had a satisfied smile on their faces.

" I just woke up and I already want to sleep again." Claude said in exhaustion.

" Like hell I am letting you sleep, only you can put up a fight against me except dad who is always busy with work." Eren said standing up.

" I want to show you something today after lunch in the dark woods." Claude said to Eren.

" Fine " Eren said, a little confused at what his brother wanted to show him but not a single thing his brother had shown till now was boring.

" You remember right, we have to go to Maria's sisters birthday party today and I'm not going alone there. She had invited you too." Eren said he knew his brother avoided everything if it's not related to magic and swordsmanship.

" Fine whatever, " Claude replied in indifference.

They both went inside the house to have breakfast. They both got scolded by Ellen especially Claude as he was half naked but they didn't mind it much as after a whole year they were used to it.

A lot of things have happened in the past three years.
