Summoning Servants (Long Chapter)
As we enter the summoning room I discover how strange it is in my eyes.
The floor was covered in strange and odd markings with words and letters in a foreign language I couldn't understand as it went around in a circle.
Then with lines going in a circle as well as other shapes in esoteric fashion.
*…. I don't get any of this, but if it's to help out then whatever….* is all I could think on the situation.
Soon enough Roman took his place at the controls, "Alright, place any catalysts you have gotten to summon up some servants."
I then turn to look at him, "I have to ask, is a catalyst always needed to do a summoning?"
"Well no not exactly, so long as Fate, the name of this summoning system, is given enough power it can forcibly summon some heroic spirits from the throne of heroes, how're ever they might not exactly be the strongest servants within the throne you call upon as a result since there was no catalyst for there summon."
(A/N basically he's talking about the friend point summoning system instead of the Saints Quartz system)
"I see, well let's try that out later, I've got some 'friends' to call upon…" I say as first up I place Casters catalyst into the summoning circle as the summoning starts up as a bright flash of white light envelopes us, making me have to shield my eyes as a result, until a certain someone reappeared.
"Oops! I guess this time I am materialized as a Caster?" He says as he looks around before looking at us and then pointing at us, "Oh, it's you guys! Wait! Why did you call me here as a Caster?! Why not as a Lancer?!" He says rather indignantly.

"Because the catalyst we got from you when you disappeared was specific to your Caster self, now, contract?" I say as I hold out my hand.
"Haaaa…. Well things could be worse I guess, sure contract." He says as we shake hands and a contract is formed.
"Alright stand aside, time we call up more of your friends from the last time." I say as I push him to the back where he just shrugs as he leans up against the wall.
Next up I decided to mostly do it in order of when they were defeated, besides Berserker as that might make me lose myself when I summon him.
So with that I put the snake Saints Quartz before letting the summoning activate with another blinding white light happened again as a woman appeared before us.
"Servant Class Rider, Medusa,You know you have strange preferences if you require one such as myself to aid you, but use me in whatever way seems best." She says though she soon realizes she's not the only servant here.

"Everything will be explained later Medusa, contract?" I say as it's just better to explain it all after the summonings are done.
"Mmm, sure." She says as she takes my hand and forms a contract with me before going back behind us as well.
Next to be summoned up was Assassin, though when he was summoned it wasn't as bright as before, I don't know what that meant but at least it wasn't as blinding as before.
"Assassin-class Servant. I heard your call from the shadows." Assassin says as he comes out from the summoning.
"Hassan of the Cursed Arm, at your service." He says as he gives a slight bow as we form the contract before going to join the others.

Next was Archer, but when his was activated the light took on a blinding Golden glow as he was being summoned into this world.
"Servant Archer, I have answered your summons." He says as he appears before us, though he pauses as he looks at me for a bit.

"What?" I ask looking at him.
He was about to say something but he just shakes his head, "Nevermind, let's form a contract."
I don't let it bother me before forming a contract with him and moving onto the next summon.
Placing Lancers Quartz the light isn't as bright as before but has roughly the same intensity of Hassan's before a girl with a bright smile and Lance appears before us.
"My name is Gareth. I am the Round Table seventh seat and a knight who served King Arthur!" She says rather excitedly being summoned

I'm just glad that these guys don't remember me killing them or else things would be awkward, though it's probably because they were already 'dead' when we fought before so they don't really remember.
For some reason I instinctively start to pat her head which she seems to enjoy with a bright smile still plastered on her face as her…. Ears(?) in her hair wagged up and down from her being happy.
But we easily made a contract before she happily went back to the rest.
Now it's Sabers turn, and when hers activated the light was gold in color but absolutely blinding from its brightness before she appeared before us.
"...I have come in response to your summon. Are you the one who is to be my Master?" She says as she pulls down her visor covering her eyes before realizing who I am.

"…. Didn't I die?"
"You did, but now I re-summoned you on my side this time, with everyone back as well-" but I get interrupted as Gareth barges in before kneeling before Aurthuria.
"My King!" She says rather happily seeing her king once more.
"…. Gareth… I'm not the King you once knew…. But you still decide to be loyal to me as I am now? As a Tyrant that I have become?"
"We may share the same master, and maybe you changed on the outside, but even if you hide your true self from everyone else, I can see deep down your still the same King I pledged my loyalty too long ago!" She says with a smile, while I just decide to let them talk it out.
"…. Haaa…. You never change Gareth, I don't know if it's more endearing or more annoying, but if that is your wish then I won't deny your loyalty." She says with a slight nod before looking back towards me.
*Growl*
"…." (x2)
"I'm hungry…."
"Wait until we're done with this and will get some food for everyone." I say before holding out my hand as she took it.
"Alright, I'm gonna summon Berserker next…. The rest of you, after I make the contract…. If I lose myself…. I need you guys to work together to knock me out…."
"Wait, what do you mean?" (Roman)
"Senpai?"
"Understood." Arthuria says without any hesitation as she summons her sword.
"Ehh? Ehh? What's going on?" (Gareth)
And everyone else was confused or listening and preparing themselves.
"I feed off Anger, Wrath, and Rage…. When I make a contract with a Berserker I take away most of not all of there rage and madness and make it my own, so I might go insane myself so I need you guys to stop me before I destroy Chaldea if it gets to that point." I say before turning to the now sweating Roman.
"But if I can control it I need something to unleash that excess energy, which I'll use on the next summon after this one so long as I can hold it together." Here in Chaldea I'm naturally calm and can be rational, my eyes even have returned back to normal instead of the pure glowing white they usually are like when I'm going off to battle.
"Sure, yeah I can raise some pylons that you can grab onto to overcharge the summoning system if need be." Roman says with a nod before pressing some buttons as two twin pylons emerge from the ground.
"Good…. Then let's get this over with." I say as I place Berserkers catalyst and start the summon.
Like before with Archer and Arthuria it was a blinding golden light that blinded us in the progress before a mountain of a man with blackened skin, long black hair and blood red eyes appeared before us.
"RRRRAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!"

I just approach him as I hold out my hand, he looks down at it with some light of intelligence in his eyes as he takes it in his own as we form the contract.
As soon as that happened we both let go as he fell to his knees where as I bent over as the marks all over my body glowed in a bright orange light as my eyes went white once more.
"UUUUUURRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!" I shouted towards the heavens as my body unleashed waves of wrath energy as it was flowing in excess off of me.
This made both Mash and Roman have to hold onto the console to just keep themselves standing while the rest of them prepared for battle.
I just gripped at my head as I tried to control myself before I pulled out the Blackened Saints Quartz and throwing it into the summoning circle as I used both hands to grab onto the pylons.
"ROMAN! NOW!" I shout out as I send my energy through the summoning circle.
He doesn't hesitate as he slams the button to start the summoning which rapidly begins to drain the excess energy off of me in the process.
Originally it was a golden light but with the tremendous amounts of energy being poured in the light became even more blinding before taking on a rainbow color as I blinded everyone with the summoning as everyone had to shield there eyes, even Medusa who was blindfolded had to shield her eyes.
And by the time it was over and all the excess energy was out of my body I got a good look at what was summoned.
"..." (everyone)
"All that…. For a giant egg?!"
"….. Can I eat it?" Though as if hearing her ask that question the egg began to shake before cracking open.
And out emerged was well…. A child/snake hybrid that was bigger than all of us and took up a good portion of the space in the summoning room, which in itself is massive in size.
She looked around before looking down on me before recognizing who I was before she decided to present herself.
"I am Ibuki-douji. Are you what they call a Master? Hmm? But your not human are you? I see, I see! I think I'll have fun playing with you Master!" She says with a smile before shrinking down to the size of a child in height as she presented her hand.

By that point I had catched my breath from releasing all my pent up energy from Heracles, who was now standing off to the side with a portion of his sanity returned as a result as me taking a majority of the detriment of madness enhancement away from him.
I then took her hand as we made a contract, but unlike the rest she headed for the door, "it's too crowded in here for me, I'll be out and about if you need me Master." She said with a smirk as she slithered out the door.
"Alright Last one…." I say as I place the three saints Quartz on the summoning circle to summon again, unless there's a catalyst it requires more saint quartz to summon servants.
As soon as the last summon went through the light luckily wasn't as blinding as before but was still as bright as when Cu Chulainn and Medusa were summoned before it faded to show a man in a black and neon bluish green cloak with hood with a bird beak on his face as his long white hair came out from under his hood.
"Caster, Asclepius. Let's begin the examination." He says before looking closely at me, "...What? Nothing's wrong with you? Then hurry up and bring a real patient. There's nothing more useless than a doctor without a patient."

"Well first…" I say as I hold out my hand which he grabs with his cloak covered hand as the contract was made.
But then Roman butted in when he heard who it was after we formed a contract, "Your really Asclepius?! The father of modern medicine, and who could even cheat death and bring the dead back to life?!"
"Yes that would be me, though if there aren't any patients to take care of I would rather be working on making better medicines than be chitchatting." He says as he prepares to leave before I stop him.
"Then we do have a patient for you, but some explanations are in order for this whole situation that we are in and why everyone was summoned, so let's all head to the meeting room, will explain everything there." Roman interjects while getting everyone's attention.
Everyone nodded in agree as we all decided to head to the conference room, while I called Ibuki through my mental link to come back to the conference room to learn with the rest what has become of the world as a whole.
