Tywin Lannister was admittedly impressed by the Young Wolf calling himself King. Though Genna's account of their sexual encounter irritated him, and that stupid grin of Gerion's didn't help his mood. What did help was that Genna told him that The boy said he'd appoint Genna as his Mistress...and then added of Coin. She did that deliberately no doubt, but a Lannister in charge of a New Dynasties Finances? That had potential.

The Boy was clearly a good strategist too, within a few battles his Vale Troops had sacked every major Castle and Stronghold in the Reach by burning and raiding outlying towns to draw out the forces in the night, and That wasn't a strategy Jon Arryn would have employed. Mace Tyrell's sisters and Mother were all held prisoner by the Stark Boy's Arryn Ally and were purportedly holed up inside Riverrun.

Then there was that letter Genna brought him, telling him that should Rhaegar die, then to prove his loyalty he must kill every Targaryen except Queen Rhaelle, Elia Martell, and Princess Rhaenys. Specifically he should not sack King's Landing until he's face-to-face with the Mad King.

Jaime would handle the rest.

What the fuck did that mean?

How or why would Jaime handle the rest?

Nevertheless, if the tide turned in the Rebels favor, Tywin would carry the order out to the letter, if not well it need not be said. Still, the boy needed to know that Genna was not some whore to bed at any time, but a Lannister of the Rock. So long as he understands this they wouldn't have any problems.

And If the boy won then if nothing else, the next Generation of Lannister's would have to suffice in becoming the Queen. Which meant getting Jaime out and finding a suitable husband for Cersei to keep House Lannister strong and pure. But so long as Rhaegar lives Tywin won't seal Cersei's future.

Genna's husband however, his fate was sealed....

(POV Shift: Lyanna Stark)

Barthogan was waging a War to get her back, not Robert or Ned, Barthogan. Barthogan had always doted on her growing up despite feeling distant.

And he was being fairly successful by all accounts. Barth's greatest strength had always been his Information Network, not his Navy or Army. He'd sacked every major settlement in The Reach, humiliating the Tyrell's in the process. His Armies reportedly were lead by Robert, who was named the Lord Marshal of The King. Which meant Barth had declared himself King.

Men were dying or dead, and Barthogan was leading the charge, all because she never sent the Ravens informing Barth of her decision to elope with Rhaegar. Brandon and Father were both dead now, and Barthogan was unhinged by the three acts. If only she was able to write her brother, get him to stop this foolishness, convince him Rhaegar was not his father.

But Barthogan had always had misgivings on her Rhaegar, she never understood why. Rhaegar had always spoken highly of Barthogan, yet why did Barth not return those sentiments? Was there a darkness inside her Rhaegar she didn't know about? Would that darkness effect and corrupt their growing child?

She needed Answers.....

(POV Shift: Olenna Tyrell)

Sitting in the rooms afforded to her by the Young Wolf's Grace and Goodwill, Olenna Tyrell could not help but marvel at the genius plans of the Would be King, he sought a crown and had the means to get it. His Army, his Navy, his Coffers, they all outdid the Tyrell's, yet the Young King's Network of spies, contacts, connections, and acquaintances were what truly astounded her.

He got his hands on her personal seal, sent fake orders to the Troops to draw out the Token Forces left to guard the Reach which enabled the Young Wolf to sack and burn her old home at the Arbor, capture her daughter's and her.

Now they were split up, She was locked up in Riverrun, Janna was locked up in the Eyrie, and assuming that the same theme was kept that meant Mina was kept at Either Moat Cailin, Storm's End, or Winterfell.

Olenna had to give the lad credit, Splitting her and her daughters up was a very smart plan. Mace could besiege Riverrun all he liked, but if he did that would place the lives of Mina and Janna at risk. And despite being as dumb as an old anvil, Mace adored his Sister's near as much as his Wife, whom Stark had also captured.

All in all a good Succession of attacks that damage their forces early and their reputation for several generations at the very least.

''You there, tell your Queen I want to speak with her husband.'' Olenna says, dismissively shooing away the guard just as quickly as she summoned him over.

The guard stood there for a precious few seconds processing the prisoner, ordering her royally appointed time guard about...

''Your still here? What do you want? A treat? A pat on the head? Go deliver the message!'' Olenna barks, getting the guard going.
