Chapter 22

Tamara got an invitation to a banquet together with Axel tomorrow evening. Axel decided to surprise Tamara by gifting her a cloth to wear for the party.

Dixon was surprised when he got informed that Tamara was now the new CEO of his company and he couldn't believe it because everyone in the country knows that she lost her life five years ago and the only way he can confirm if the news was true or not is him going to the banquet tomorrow because she has to me there.

Time flew fast and it was time for the banquet. Tamara was happy when she saw the beautiful dress he bought for her to wear to the banquet. When she dressed fine he was speechless when he saw how beautiful she was in the cloth. He complimented her and they both entered the car.

Few minutes later, their Lamborghini Veneno stopped at the entrance of a famous five star hotel in the country. Cameras were flashing as they both walked on the red carpet entering the hotel. "Is that not Mr Vitale?", someone asked.

As they entered the hotel, Axel and Tamara were the picture of refinement. Their expensive clothes and demeanor commanding attention from all who saw them. They remained silent as they saw a man wearing a black tuxedo suit, tailored to perfection by the finest Savile Row tailors. The luxurious fabrics shimmed in the light as the subtle silver tread embroidery on the lapels added a touch of elegance. A white shirt with a well folded collar and french cuffs fitted the tuxedo perfectly, and a black bow tie made from the finest silk made him look more incredibly handsome and fitted his broad shoulder and lean physique. His black leather shoes, polished to a high shine, gleamed in the light and on his wrist was a simple yet elegant silver watch adorned with diamonds completed his outfit.

Beside him was a woman who was wearing a stunning dusty lavender evening gown made from french lace adored with a little bit of diamonds and silver embroidery. The fitted bodice exposed her curves and her gown fell in soft folds to the floor. She wore a silver angle strap heels adding a touch of sexiness and allure to her overall look and wore silver necklace with a drop pendant with matching earrings.

They moved through the room with poise, as their presence was radiating an aura of wealth and power that was impossible to ignore. Not quite long, Dixon and Fiona also entered the banquet together. Dixon was wearing was navy blue suit with fitted jacket and matching trousers. A white shirt and a slim tie in a subtle pattern, complimenting the outfit with matching black shoe and a simple watch on that fitted his hazel eyes and his messy dark hair.

Fiona was wearing a long length evening gown in a soft, muted colour looking somehow like blue or champagne. The dress features a classic A line with a modest neckline and a cap sleeve, with a delicate siliver necklace and pair of elegant heels. Her hair was tied to a bun with a light makeup up on.
