Wooosh!!Woooshhh!!

I went back to my room and started thinking about how to plan my training. To practice with weapons I need strength. With my current feeble child body I cannot hope to be weapons master. I should have solid foundation and then start training with weapons. I will start working on my wind manipulation skill. To work I need a bonded animal. Which I don't have it right now. I also need to carefully select the animal that I want to bond with. 

Decided as such, started to feel the wind around my room. The thick curtains that are covering up the window were slowly fluttering. I tried to move the wind around me which felt unnatural I tried to adjust the feeling to understand the wind and the flow of it. It took about half an hour to slowly meditate and understand how to get hold of wind and slowly manipulate it. At first I slowly began using the wind to flutter the thick curtains at the window and the balcony. I was successful after few tries. The wind started gathering in the room and the candles began to blow out one by one. Thinking that all the candles would blow off I began to channel the flow of wind away from the fire that is available in the room. 

I am currently at level 1 at my peak proficiency of the current level I should be able to manipulate wind within 100 meters of radius. As of now my current strength doesn't allow it. I need to understand how to mix my intention and will in the wind so that it can obey what I command. I have a lot of time, so I should start slow.

Thinking like that, I started to circulate the wind from one side to another like a pipe which was connected from one point to another. I selected window as point 1 and balcony as point 2. I started slowly moving the wind from window to the balcony it took few minutes to successfully send a gust of wind. Then I started to slowly pick up the pace, the wind started to blow from window to balcony in a continuous way it never stopped. If one could enter the room now they would be able to see a strange sight. The curtains of window and balcony were fluttering nonstop as if a huge storm was brewing outside. But the strange thing is that nothing else in the room is affected due to the flow of the wind. the gusts of wind are contained like a pipe of about 1 meter radius connected to window to balcony.

Sometimes the flow of wind is reversed, sometimes the wind abruptly stops and goes back to the way it came from.

By the late night, I have managed to understand the principles of flowing of the wind. Now all that's left is to maintain control and extend my control over 100m radius. Only after I have solid control within the 100m radius I will be able to escalate the wind manipulation to level 2. By my current estimates, I will be able to reach level 2 by end of the month.

I started practicing like this for the next two hours. Lily, Julia and other maid had come to my room to check on the hearth and blow out the candles that are unnecessary. They closed the doors of balcony and windows. After taking me to sleep and make sure that I'm alright. They left for the night.

After about half an hour, Julia came inside my room silently. I opened my eyes and looked into the corner in the shadow. I was able to sensor due to the movement of air when she entered the room.

"Welcome Julia" I said as I looked towards the dark corner.

"My Lord, I have come to serve you. What are your commands." – Julia looked at me with 'As expected of you' look.

"Thanks Julia. I'm happy that you are here now. There are few requests that I would like you to do before the end of the year. First and foremost, select few people within the nearby villages of our territory and train them to be and assassin and spy. I want about 30 people to be selected by the end of next month. You have two months for now. The target is by same time next year we should be able to have 150 trained assassins and spies deployed all over north. I hope that you will see to that."-Duncan

"Your wish is my command. I would need few resources for me to complete your task my Lord. I need about 3000 gold Dragons to train them as an initial funding."-Julia

"Don't worry about the money I will handle it. By the time you select the 1st 30 members the money will be available for your deployment."-Duncan

"Understood. I will prepare a plan and structure by the time you are back from winterfell."-Julia

"Great. You can leave now I need to rest for tomorrow's journey."

Julia left silently from the room without making any noise. But I know that she left from the window. Even the faceless men are not were they in front of Julia's stealth and disguise techniques. Maybe the faceless man's magic can trump Julia. Other than that she is a perfect assassin and a spy.

Maybe I can have her wear black widows costume. Just for me to have a look. Food for thought.

But it is not now this child's body is a hindrance. There are few rituals that I plan to do in the future that can enhance my base body by two times. Hence I need to make my base body perfect before performing the ritual. But there is a ritual that I want to do after I return from winterfell. It's a ritual to enhance my senses. I plan to do that ritual in multiple stages. I don't want to overwhelmed by own my senses suddenly and render myself catatonic. I will do the ritual at regular intervals of time so that the enhancement of the senses are gradual and my body/mind are adapted to it.

 I sighed and started to slowly drift into the sleep but part of my consciousness it's slowly manipulating the air in the room from One Direction to another in a very slow manner. Without affecting the hearth and candles.
