The boy then redirected his focus to activating his Pseudo-Authority's technique, one that he didn't like using due to its energy cost. Considering Arthur who had energy on par with Sovereigns found it costly, then it showed just how much power it consumed.
It was a technique that first came to mind whenever one thought of a Time Manipulator.
