The Apocalypse-II

Last time: I look at the Rathi. He is wearing golden armor. He says in a deep voice, "Today's your last day in this battle. I'll personally make sure of it, 'The Bloody Azure' ."

I look at him and say in a confident voice, "The Bloody Azure- that's what they are calling me now? I thought I had a bad sense of naming. Hn."

The Rathi looks at me with an angry expression and says, "Let's see who's laughing at the end of this."

I laugh and say, "You--- You will be laughing at the end of this. But I assure you, you will not be laughing 'cause you won."

The Rathi loses his patience and takes out his golden bow and changes something and shoots it at me. It's faster than average, but not fast enough. I close my eyes and call upon my mana to fuel my swords with lightning. The swords starts blazing with lightning as though it were lightning itself. I don't think that I have ever recieved such great graphics with my WiFi speed. I start running towards the archer. I destroy all his arrows with my swords. Just as I am about to hit him with my swords, I am struck by an arrow from my side. It is a flaming arrow. I didn't think that there would be two archers so I had let my guard down. But the fire arrow that hit me was so painful. As I fell down, I checked my health- only 10% had gone throughout the day, most of which happened right now. Until today, loss of health has been been as painful. Pain was something that I hadn't known in the game 'cause it was developed to be a painless, relaxing experience so I was shocked as hell to be in as much as pain as I was in. I got up to see that I was surrounded by archers of the other side. All of them on chariots. My sword's lightning becomes more profound. My sword becomes stronger when there are strong people around. So I couldn't be happier when so many archers arrived. I would just have to be more careful. They all pointed they're bows at me and fire all sorts of elemental arrows at me. I got into a sparring position and started blocking the arrows both the sharp end of my swords. There is a huge explosion with my swords meeting those arrows, so I use that as a distraction to check the map but I can't get a map, it is no longer accessible just like the logout button. So I contact Adi, "Hey, Adi, where are you, I can't get my map."

He answers through chat, "I am in middle of the field killing of many people. Come there."

I say, "I can't access the map--" Adi laughs and says, "I knew your WiFi was bad, but that bad? Which network do you use?"

"IT'S NOT ABOUT WIFI!!! K.. contact you once I take care of these shits around me"

The smoke clears and the archers are all ready to shoot me to hell. Not that I am going to let them. I am under a volley of arrows, all of them coming at me simultaneously. "Kukkuk.... hahahaha, You think that'll help you? Kuukkkukukuhehahaa.." I am extremely cynical at times like this when they feed me victory. I shoot out lightning from my sword towards the volley of arrows and jump in that direction. All the arrows break before me as I get down on the ground.

I run towards the archer closest to me and break his charriot first. I am attached from the sides again but this time, I called forth lightning from my swords to take care of that. The archer in front of me was shivering and shooting arrows in panic. I jumped up to the shivering archer in front of me and broke his bow with my sword. I then stabbed him in the heart and as I did that a large bolt of lightning emerged from my sword piercing his body and killing him as he turned to get fist and I got all the exp he gained in this event and my level increased by one again. I look at the others from my vantage point- they all have a fearful expression on their face, all except that first archer with golden armor- he has a determined expression on his face. He says, "For how long can you take on so of us" I reply, "As long as necessary." I join my two swords at the hilt as lightning emerges from it once again and the two combine. I jump down and hold the sword in a downward direction and soak it into the ground. Once again lighting shoots onto the ground and causes a minor earthquake in the region making the ground broken up. I do this so that the chariots of my assailants will be lodged in the mud and they would be unable to move on ahead. I get off the chariot and say, "Meet you tomorrow, very honorable Rathi, the sun is about to set and today's war is about to end. You can fight at night only on one of these days. Today is not that day. Look forward to killing you and taking all of your exp."

I point my sword up and call lightning down. Just as the lightning hits the ground, I escape it and get going in the other end away from those dumb archers who thought they take me on. There were thirteen of them. One per day and by the thirteenth day, they're all dear, hehe.

The sun sets and the horn to end the day's war is blown. I make my way to our camp.

As I reach the camp, I am greeted by Adi who is removing his armor and getting into regular pyjamas. He tells me while laughing, "You better go and complain to your network provider today."

I sigh and check my status window, the Logout button is still inactive.

I tell him, "Why don't you try logging it, I'll be right behind you."

He says, "Fine .... Meet you in a few minutes"

He opens his status window and tries to logout. It doesn't work for him either. He asks "What in the hell is happening now?"

I sigh and say, "I guess we are stuck here for now. We may have switched worlds. That is the only explanation I can think of that makes sense" If we switched worlds, it would make sense as to why everything feels so real and to why that arrow felt so painful.

Adi starts panicking, "That can't be, no I can't get stuck here, I have a family back in reality, a wife and a daughter. I c-can't get stuck here. Logout.. LOGOUT!!! GodDamnit!"
