Chapter 4

"Speaking"

'Thinking'

————————————————————

(Ben's POV)

Trees rustled around as I woke up in a forest. I had nothing on me except for my clothes and two letter on the floor next to where I was laying and what looks like a bag of coin. As I reached for said letters I noticed my hands were noticeably smaller than normal. Yeah, they were definitely my hands.

'Err… I know I was sent to the Harry Potter universe but did they really change my age. Maybe… I mean… I suppose that will help learning magic but I haven't felt any sort of energy in myself. I should be eleven years old now so that should explain one of the letters but not the other.'

I reach for one one of the letters and turned it around looked at the wax seal that was on it and just as I thought it was a Hogwarts letter but I decided to read this later and picked up the other one and opened it.

Welcome to your new life Ben,

As I said earlier you, you are in the Harry Potter universe but I forgot to mention that you are now an 11 year old and it's the 25th July. There is a owl near by to send your reply with the provided blank piece of paper. Anyway, Akatosh and I have decided that the gifts I gave you on top of your Time Lord abilities are too strong to start with so we got rid of a lot of that Time Lord but you will still have enough to be the smartest in any room you go into, probably. It's only a small nerf to your overall abilities and plus your conscious is still technically human so a Time Lords brain would have been a bit too much for you to handle at the moment. I have made this letter a portkey so you will be directly teleported outside of the leaky cauldron just say "Thank you Rob for this wonderful opportunity" and it will.

From your friend neighbourhood god

Spi- BOBERT.

'Wow, ok that is something… he nearly wrote Spider-Man when he was signing this letter. He's a god, he could have gotten rid of it. Anyway let's open the Hogwarts letter.'

I, of course, wrote on the piece of paper my acceptance reply and searched for the owl, which didn't take long, and sent it away with my reply.

Picking up both letters and the bag of coins I grabbed the portkey letter and said

"Thank you Rob for this wonderful opportunity"
