He opened his lips and got the pill inside his mouth.

Soon after he gulped it down, she felt it taking effect.

She waited for some hours till the poison was detoxified about a quarter to finally retrieve the support she was providing to him.

FLOP!

She let herself fall to the cold rocky ground, 'Haa- I wanna sleep so bad…' she closed her dark eyes and put the bamboo hat over her sweaty and pale face.

Nonetheless, she opened wide again, 'The little kid…'

She struggled to proper herself up and after putting her bamboo hat in place, she gave a quick check to the ashen beauty condition.

'The grey tones are becoming lighter; his breath isn't that steady but it's neither abnormal… he will be all right…' she parted her eyes from him and went out of the cave; she had left the little guy all alone for plenty of hours.

Her pace was slow and her breath became more sluggish with each step, "Haa-"

'Gosh, I'm really overdoing it…' she began to get annoyed; she hated the feeling of tiredness and not being able to sleep right away.

At length, slowly but surely, she reached the place where she had left the little kid, "Haa- There you are."

She felt like falling to sit down when her dark eyes saw him in the distance but she didn't do it, only stopping when she was right before him, "Still sleeping, huh…" she looked him up and down, making sure he was good and then, she retrieved the protective treasure and picked him up with all she had.
