Lin Hai Ting Tao
A very satisfying novel. I only tried to read it because of the title, not expecting anything at all. However, I came to like it, love it even. It is a very stable story, with a great plot. It doesn't disappoint, if you are looking for a sport novel you can read, then I highly recommend the best football novel I've read so far. The Godfather of Champions.
This is a addictive story I like it very much I would for sure highly recommend this one novel to everyone. It’s definitely one of the good ones in this app. I found myself hating and loving the characters all at the same time🥴very confusing!!! Lol nevertheless I find it to be extremely exciting and entertaining keep this story coming🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰lots of love truly for this amazing novel!!!
The beginning I was like”what the heck” but I still did not give up, and I have to say I’m happy I didn’t. The story is made really nice, characters are not boring and you can see the changes in them. One of the best stories without any systems or magic or stuff like this that. Really happy to pick it up.
I don't plan to write a review because if you like football this will be a 5star guaranteed if you don't like like football it can be 1-4stars. So it's useless to write a review for this novel. I wanted to ask if there are any football novels tho. Coaching or playing it doesn't matter just has to be football. Better if it's like this one though:).

Godfather of champions. At first when I started reading this book, I was perplexed and I was like "what kind of a novel is this?" But because I had promised my girlfriend that I'd read everyday and sports is actually part of my thing or maybe what I breathe especially football. So I kept opening the pages and then chapters after chapters, I must confess, I'm addicted to this book. The character creation, the different worlds, and of course the soccer players characters, battle, suspense, thrill, and of course the mischievous Tony Twain. This book actually made me search up Brian Clough and of course, that man was really crazy. I went through the feeds on twitter and saw Stuart Pearce describe him after he bought a player after three weeks and asked him not to bother buying a house and it just got me laughing and trying yo unravel this mysterious man. Godfather of champions is actually the best book on competitive sport I've read. I read would you mind if I play? but Godfather of champions is the GOAT.
Will try to read it and line up this novel for my next reading experience. Hope this story satisfied my taste. Actually i have decided to read this because of the good reviews. Thank you for the reviewees... you're helping me to choose the best story to read so that my time will never be wasted in putting my time reading those non sense stories.
First of, i am not a football fan. I just like reading sports related novels. I also btw read his 1st novel which i finished(since it was just short and the promised sequel did not happen). For this one though, i kinda put it on "hiatus". It really got me hooked at the beginning. I love the characters, the onpoint and exciting action within the game.. The hunt for the team members..it has excitement, drama and fleshed put characters. But lately i can not relate since it became a type of fanfic. The author used real life players and managers which became a big part of the story. More like a historical documentary of what happened during those years in real life football. Football fans would really love these parts. but since the focus shifted away from the manager and his team alot, which is what i really care about, i lost interest.
