437 Annoying Politics

Over the next couple of days all of Spira was in an uproar about the restoration of Zanarkand, and the call for the leaders of each faction to meet there. However everyone quickly began asking the same question, how were they going to get to Zanarkand?

While Cid was certainly able to ferry people on the Fahrenheit like he had been, there was a bit of a difference between ferrying people from Bevelle, and then the rest of Spira. Thankfully though Alex had already set a solution in motion before he even began his trip across Spira.

Back at the Al Bhed Capitol of Home the rest of the Gullwings, Brother, Buddy and Shinra, had been storing the various airships that they had been salvaging while Alex was traveling across Spira with the three girls. Now there was a veritable fleet of airships waiting to be restored to flying condition. All it took Alex was a quick trip to the desert island with his magic compass and the skeleton key, and he was able to use Regeneration magic to restore each of the airships to working condition.

The literal fleet then raced to all corners of Spira to pick up their passengers and take them to Zanarkand from Luca, Guadosalam, Kilika, and even Besaid.

As for Alex, aside from when he went to restore the air fleet, he spent the days leading up to the meeting extremely busy as well, preparing Zanarkand in that they established the portal to Asora there, and making the city livable again. Naturally there were no current residents of Zanarkand, but Alex was confident that many Spirans would readily move there once they got the chance.

And of course, Alex already claimed the tallest and most grand building in Zanarkand to act as his own residence for whenever he stayed in Spira. There was also an entire floor that had been remodeled for whenever a political meeting needed to be held, like the one everyone was currently preparing for.

Looking down from the top floor of the monumental tower, Alex could see people running around too and fro below, some eagerly exploring the newly restored streets of Zanarkand, while others were browsing the selection of goods that were being brought in from Asora, which were to be sold exclusively in Zanarkand of course.

With the entire outer wall being like one giant window, Alex could look out over all of Zanarkand from his current position, allowing him to see the twinkling lights of city before the sun rose, the people wandering the streets, the sails of the newly repaired ships in the canals and harbors, the sea glistening in the light of the stars and the city, and much more.

"It's a beautiful sight, isn't it?" Alex said, seemingly to no one in particular, until he looked down at Rikku with her lips wrapped around his cock. He then patted Rikku's head lightly as she swirled her tongue around his own 'head', her hand stroking up and down the length that she was unable to fit in her mouth, using her own spit as lubrication.

"You're certainly a lot more 'proactive' than you were a few days ago." Alex joked lightly as Rikku began bobbing her head, making her roll her spiraled green Al Bhed eyes at him.

With the single way glass they had installed, Alex was able to blatantly admire the before early morning view, while a beautiful woman sucked him off without worry of someone spying on them. And as she suck on his 'head', moved her tongue up and down the shaft, and even sucked on his balls, Alex soon found himself pumping a load of cum into her mouth.

"You've developed quite the taste for my cum, haven't you?" Alex teased her lightly as Rikku swallowed every last drop, before she replied with her mouth finally free again,

"Well it'd be kinda hard not to when you pump it into me every chance you get." Her response made Alex smirk, as she was technically correct.

In the time since they restored Zanarkand, Yuna, Rikku, and Paine had been staying almost exclusively within the space-time orb, in order to get to know everyone in Alex's family. And of course, the moment night fell and Alex entered the orb himself, they got a complete taste of his relationship with his wives.

Now there was no hesitation in Rikku's movements as she stood from her crouched position, and turned around to place her hands on the window while sticking her butt out at him.

*PAA!*

A crisp sound echoed in the room as Alex smacked Rikku's ass, making her groan in response before shaking it invitingly. Despite how much he wanted to thrust himself into her tight hole though, Alex decided to tease her a bit more.

Spreading her asscheeks with his hands, Alex was able to get the perfect view of Rikku's puffy pussy and tightly puckered asshole from behind, the former of which was covered in a very distinct glistening sheen from how eager she was to be impaled.

Alex pressed the tip of his glans against Rikku's slit, allowing her spit and love juices to mix as her lips started to spread.

"Mmm..." Rikku groaned in anticipation as she felt the heat of his cock prepare to penetrate her, even shifting her hips backwards to try and take more of him inside. Then, right as she fully expected him to completely fill her up, Alex's cock suddenly went up along the length of her butt crack before he squished her asscheeks together, sandwiching his dick in between them.

"Wha-what are you doing?! Just give it to me already!" Rikku demanded in dissatisfaction as she glared back at him. Alex however was enjoying himself as he rubbed his dick along the length of her butt crack as he squeezed and played with her butt cheeks, until he asked playfully,

"Give you what? I won't know what it is you want unless you say it." Rikku didn't even hesitate as she demanded,

"Give me your cock!" Though he was momentarily stunned at her prompt vulgarity, Alex smirked as he once gain lined himself up, before plunging his cock into her until he completely filled the blonde.

"YESSSSSS!" Rikku cried out without caring if she woke Paine and Yuna behind them, cumming the moment Alex plunged his cock into her and pressed the tip up against the entrance to her womb. And even as she squeezed him Alex moved his hips back to pull out, before roughly thrusting back in her.

Rikku's screams of pleasure filled the room as Alex roughly pounded her poor little pussy, and repeatedly smacked her asscheeks until both were completely red. Soon the only reason Rikku was able to remain standing was due to her hold on the window before her, which not only allowed her to get a perfect view of the city while being so roughly fucked, but it also allowed her to see her own reflection as Alex fucked her.

"You're looking pretty slovenly there Rikku." Alex teased as he too watched Rikku's face in the reflection, from her flushed cheeks, mouth hanging open, and droopy eyes. To Alex at that exact moment, Rikku's expression was the very image of the phrase 'fucked silly'.

Then, right as he reached the point of his own climax and pumped her womb full of cum, Rikku's face transitioned from 'fucked silly' to a complete ahegao as her eyes rolled up and tongue hanged out of her mouth. Following that, Rikku's body went limp as she collapsed against Alex's chest while breathing heavily, her chest heaving with each inhalation.

Taking her into his arms, Alex carried Rikku to the bed and laid her down next to both Yuna and Paine, who were both also naked and unconscious after being fucked by him.

As if to contrast Yuna and Rikku's rosier complexions Paine's entire body was fairly pale, but not to the point of appearing sickly or gross. Another big contrast, or rather two, was the two silver rings that Paine had pierced through both of her nipples.

Just as Alex was trying to decide which of his trio of lovers he'd enjoy next, the doors to his room opened and Grayfia strode in.

"The guests are already beginning to arrive." She said without even blinking at the scene before her, to which Alex scowled as he muttered,

"They're a bit eager, aren't they... Oh well, I'll just have you help me burn off my remaining lust as I get ready Grayfia." With a snap of his fingers Alex used Issei's own original move, Dress Break, and Grayfia's clothes were completely obliterated as she was left standing there in the nude.

Rather than actually reacting to her sudden nakedness, Grayfia just massaged her temple as she muttered in a sorrowful voice,

"Oh how did I find myself in the services of such a master...?" Alex just smirked though as he readily approached the silver haired maid, and remarked,

"As I recall you asked to serve me, and even followed up by asking for my cock in the same night." Grayfia narrowed her eyes at him as she stated,

"That is not how I remember things." Alex however just shrugged, before he suddenly grabbed her and slung her over his shoulder as he headed to the bathroom to get ready.

"I may have paraphrased a bit." He admitted shamelessly before shutting the door behind them.

A short few hours later Alex was standing in the newly renovated airship docking zone, where the numerous attendees of the meeting would be arriving on some of the different airships. Already having arrived were the council members of Luca, who ran the city in an impartial manner without favoring any of the factions, the elders of Kilika island, and Kimahri along with a few of his most trusted Ronso.

Eventually they saw a new airship approaching them from the horizon, which turned out to be the Fahrenheit that was transporting the guests from Besaid. After the ship docked as everything came to a halt, the side doors opened to reveal a certain duo that Alex had already met.

"Wakka! Lulu! I can't believe you guys came!" Yuna cried out excitedly as she rushed forward to greet them, to which Wakka replied while awkwardly rubbing the back of his head,

"Ya, I wasn't going to come since our kid's gonna be born any time now, but Lu insisted that this was too important to miss. Ya?" As he trailed off Lulu stated from behind him,

"This IS too important to miss Wakka. And the worst case scenario is that I give birth here instead of Besaid." As she said that Lulu caressed her swollen stomach, and Alex said to her,

"That wouldn't be such a bad thing, there are worse things to welcome the dawning of a new age than the first birth of a child that would live in such an age." As he said that Alex gently patted Lulu's stomach, to which the child within her responded by kicking the place where his hand rested.

As Wakka and Lulu were led away by one of the attendants, Alex noticed Yuna gently rubbing her own stomach as she watched them depart. Smirking, Alex whispered to her,

"Don't worry, we'll have an eternity together to have all the children you want." When she heard him Yuna's entire face turned red as she waved her hands and anxiously denied,

"That's not what I was thinking at all!" Alex's smirk widened as he told her,

"I see, then you must've wondered if you'd gotten pregnant already, huh? Well don't worry, Devils have a hard time reproducing so it could literally take a couple decades, or even a hundred years to have one kid without help of some kind." When she heard that Yuna's expression changed again, but this time it appeared like she didn't know what to think from what Alex told her.

At that time the next arrivals showed up, which was a group that had arrived the day before and spent the night in Zanarkand.

"Greetings lord Dragon Emperor." Baralai said as he and his entourage approached them, which consisted of numerous council members from New Yevon. Waving in response to Baralai's greeting, Alex said,

"Nice to see ya Baralai, how did you sleep?"

"Exceedingly well, the accommodations we were provided with were above and beyond what we expected, and are used to." With the rest of the council members behind Baralai voicing their agreements, Alex smiled politely at the praise and responded,

"That's good to hear. Now if you'll step this way, the next wave of guests are about to arrive." As he said, the next airship swiftly approached Alex's position as it came in for a landing, prompting Baralai and his entourage to quickly retreat inside the building they would be meeting at.

As the New Yevon representatives departed, Alex turned his attention towards the group that began disembarking the now stopped airship, the Guado. When their leader, an elderly looking Guado with green hair and matching beard, approached him, Alex said to him,

"Tromell I presume?" The Guado, Tromell, nodded slowly as he said,

"We thank the gracious Dragon Emperor for inviting us to join in this meeting, but we of the Guado can't help but to wonder if we have a place here..." As Tromell said that the rest of the Guado behind him appeared either anxious or downcast, all of them having acknowledged their collective 'guilt' in supporting Seymour Guado in his crimes.

Alex however readily said in a voice loud enough for them all to hear,

"Of course you do, this meeting is taking place specifically to settle old grudges and to help ALL the people of Spira move forward to create a better future, regardless of their past actions." Even as he said so, the Guado didn't seem swayed by Alex's words as they slowly made their way to the meeting.

They were a serious race that disliked outside interference in their affairs, even if it meant the difference between their own death or survival. Even before Alex called them to join in the meeting, the Guado had abandoned their home of Guadosalam as they awaited the retaliation of the Ronso for the deaths of so many of their people at Seymour Guado's hands, of which they had no intention of fighting back even if they were slaughtered down to the last man, woman, and even child.

Watching them leave, Alex only shook his head at their collective acceptance of their own supposed doom. Even Yuna, who had been one of the ones to suffer the most from Seymour's actions, seemed upset at their lack of will to fight against their supposed fate.

However, knowing that this meeting was intended to change just that, and that Alex had already dealt with the Ronso desire for vengeance, the duo put the matter of the Guado out of their mind as they turned to greet the latest of the arrivals.

"Greetings once more." The newest arrival said as he limped off of the next airship, his cane firmly grasped in his hands as his officers followed behind him.

"Likewise Nooj." Alex said as he greeted the Meyvn of the Youth League, before narrowing his eyes at one of the people behind him, Beclam.

The moment Beclam's eyes made contact with Alex's, he readily looked down to avoid prolonged contact, something that made Alex smirk. Noticing the instant interaction, Nooj explained,

"I'm hoping that by bringing him along Beclam can learn to overcome his shortcomings in order to see the bigger picture. It would be a waste for someone as skilled in combat as him to be sidelined forever." Alex of course nodded in agreement, as he understood the need to be a little 'tolerant' for those of great talent. However that didn't stop him from replying,

"Of course, though I hope he understands that if insults Yuna once again, being sidelined will be the last of his worries." Alex then clapped Beclam on the shoulder with a wide smile that was as fake as a Kardashian, and told him,

"Watch your mouth today, or I'll make sure you become a splendid Magical Girl." Of course, none of the Spirans around Alex understood the true meaning of the threat, but the attendants from Asora paled when they heard that as a few even looked at Beclam with pity.

Though he was about to ask what exactly that meant, when he noticed the looks he was receiving from those around him Beclam surprisingly decided to keep his mouth shut, earning him a smile from Alex that was a bit more genuine.

As the Youth League also made their way inside, the final group that would be attending the meeting arrived, the Machine Faction.

Despite being made up almost entirely out of Al Bhed, the Machine Faction was a separate group altogether that actively worked to create more awareness and understanding about Machina for the people of Spira. So, while Cid was representing all Al Bhed in general, Gippal arrived specifically for his own faction and followers.

"Heyyyy, how's it hanging?" Gippal asked Alex once he got close enough, extending his hand for a handshake as he did so.

"Well enough, be even better if it weren't for the politics." Alex said as he accepted Gippal's handshake, making the Al Bhed laugh as he replied,

"Ain't that the truth? Best to treat these things like a bandaid, and rip it off all at once." Alex laughed in agreement as he entered he building alongside Gippal and Yuna, while the higher ups of the Machine Faction followed behind them, one of which was their chief of excavation, Nhadala.

Entering the meeting room, which took up an entire floor of the skyscraper, Alex looked around to meet the eyes of everyone attending before he said,

"Welcome, and thank you all for attending today." As he took his seat at the large table, which was covered in a variety of snacks and pastries for everyone to enjoy, they too sat down and got comfortable. Meanwhile in every corner was a man or woman with a camera in their hands, which was streaming the meeting live to all of Spira so that everyone could see what was happening.

As everyone took their seats though, there was a palpable tension amongst several of the attendees. A couple of the Ronso with Kimahri glared at the Guado, while members of both the Youth League and New Yevon were glaring at each other as if they were mortal enemies. Thankfully though they all had arranged seating to prevent anything from happening, and everyone had also been required to hand over their weapons before entering the meeting hall.

Shaking his head with a sigh, Alex snapped his fingers while channeling Spirit magic, making everyone appear slightly alarmed as a noticeable change overcame them.

"Better?" Alex asked as he forcibly calmed everyone present, raising their awareness of him in particular even before he continued,

"Now, then, I presume you're all aware of why we're here today, correct?" The numerous faction leaders all nodded as Nooj said,

"Yes, we're here to discuss the future of Spira and find a way to end the hostilities between our differing factions." Nodding in affirmation Alex said,

"Correct. I hope that I don't actually have to specify this, but just in case, the future of Spira and her people is in a precarious stage at the moment. If things continue as they have been then a new war would be inevitable, a war that would make everything Sin has done in the last thousand years pale in comparison." Though some nodded in agreement at Alex's statement, a few frowned at him as Gippal asked,

"Isn't that overplaying things? I mean Sin was the greatest evil that ever existed! How would a war between these guys top THAT?" With everyone else looking at him expectantly, Alex sighed and explained,

"None of you are aware of this because there hasn't been a REAL war in Spira for over a thousand years, but the cruelest beings that exist aren't fiends, or even Sin, it's people. The worst crimes ever committed have always been by people, as only people are aware of what they're doing as they're doing it. Beings like fiends and Sin are typically only acting on instinct, meaning that there is usually no malicious intent behind their actions unlike people."

As everyone fell silent in contemplation, Kimahri then spoke up as he said,

"Alex words true. Sin not kill Ronso two years ago, Seymour Guado kill Ronso with hopes of extermination." Though he wasn't trying to point fingers at them, the participating Guado looked down in shame of Seymour's past actions, while everyone else adopted serious expressions from the example Kimahri gave them.

Everyone knew of what happened that day, that when the Ronso stood in the path of his pursuit of Yuna and her Guardians, Seymour unhesitatingly slaughtered them with the intentions of exterminating their entire race. He then proceeded to taunt Kimahri by telling him he was the last of his kind, and offering him 'mercy' by killing him as well to relieve him of his pain.

Looking at everyone present, Alex then said in a firm voice,

"What Kimahri said is true, war gives people an excuse to commit the most horrible atrocities they can think up in the name of attaining victory." As he said that Alex used magic to project images of the numerous atrocities he had seen, from the actions of the Chaos Brigade in the DXD world, to the crimes and destructions cause by the remnants of Ehito's worshippers on Tortus.

And as they truly behold images of war and the horrors that a person was capable of committing the faces of those who were attending the meetings changed in various ways, even if the change was slight as Nooj and Baralai simply turned ashen pale. However, even in the face of such atrocities, Nooj said,

"That's all well and good to show us, but what about the various people in our different factions? For some the conflict is more personal, and they probably wouldn't take well to us trying to play nice if we even tried for peace." With several others nodding in agreement or throwing looks of blame, Kimahri was the one who answered instead of Alex as his guttural voice said,

"Rating Games." With confusion filling the attendees, Alex readily launched an explanation of the Games and how they worked.

...

As the meeting wore on they moved past the talk of war, and onto the other various things Alex noticed regarding Spira through his journey. At one point Anne stood and gave a speech regarding the importance of preserving Spira's places of historical and natural significance, like the temples or the Moonflow.

Then they moved onto a plan Alex hatched to increase the number of fighters in Spira without them directly supporting one group or another, in that he planned to establish a hunters guild in Zanarkand. The idea was basically the same as the guilds on Earthland and in other fantasy type settings, in which people would be able to take on jobs to slay fiends or gather items, and receive rewards for accomplishing their jobs.

However, just as Alex began to explain the portal to Asora and the different role Zanarkand would play in the future of Spira, he paused.

"Is something wrong?" Yuna asked, only for Alex to hold up a finger to signal silence as he closed his eyes to focus on whatever caught his attention. Before he could say what it was though, the doors to the meeting room burst open as a man appeared.

"SIR! THE KELVIN HAS BEEN SHOT DOWN! WE'RE UNDER ATTACK!"

"WHAT!?" Cid roared as he leapt up from his seat, while everyone else became alarmed as well. The man then described how he'd been on lookout for any approaching airship, like he had been supposed to, when he noticed the airship, the Kelvin, falling out of the sky while trailing a billowing plume of smoke.

"Is it a fiend?" One of the attendees asked anxiously, to which the lookout explained,

"I don't think so. If it was a large flying fiend then we would've noticed it after seeing the Kelvin go down." The report sparked a discussion as everyone tried to figure out what could've brought down an entire airship, before Alex slowly opened his eyes and muttered,

"It's not a fiend, but something much more dangerous." As everyone turned to look at him Alex stood and left the meeting room without another word, which led to everyone following him as he climbed the last few flights of stairs until he reached the building's roof.

Once there everyone looked out over the ocean to the northwest, where the lookout said the Kelvin went down. Out there however they all saw a massive cloud of billowing steam, which seemed to be inching closer and closer every second if the vibrations they were beginning to feel were any indication.

"What is it?" Rikku asked in awe of the sight, however Alex's stoic expression never changed even as Kuroka appeared out of the void next to him, her own expression unusually serious.

"Kuroka, go and scope things out. Do not engage in any way until I give the say-so, just find out what exactly it is we're dealing with. I already know what it is that's approaching, what I want is their numbers, confirmation on any unique types amongst them, and info on their leader. Got it?" Putting her hand to her forehead like a soldier saluting their commanding officer, Kuroka cried out,

"Got it~Nya!" She then disappeared into the void once again as she seemingly left to carry out his orders. Alex then turned towards Grayfia and declared in a completely serious voice,

"Release the rabbits!"
