The Battle of the Orcs(2)

Listen to Something in the Way- Nirvana while reading this chapter.

The world around them turned into white light, the world was engulfed by the white fog of moonlight.

The orcs seemed confused at first but soon understood what was happening.

Some of the orcs began to chant with the others following suit, a low "Hookah Jakah...", but they were resilient.

Unyielding from the goddess in front determined to lead all lives to waste.

And then...

The white light disappeared and the land was once again dark. The orcs were left feeling unsettled and confused. They were now back on their feet and staring around at each other uncertainly.

Where the Goddess Artemis stood was now a peculiar creature as large as the skies. A mix of a bear, gazelle, bear, falcon, tiger, wolf, and a stag.

Her fur was white as snow and her eyes glowed like embers. She had horns growing out of her head with a tail ending in three sharp spikes. There was an aura about her that made it seem she could see everything.

This was her divine form. A fool she may have been, she could die here... alone she knew but at least with honor or enough time for reinforcements.

"Do not fear, Callisto," She said solemnly.

She held up her hand and a spear appeared from thin air. It was golden and shone in the moonlight. She looked down at her new weapon.

This was her divine weapon, The Golden Moon. A weapon twinning with her twin sister's divine weapon, The Silver Sun, a bow to be exact.

"I am sorry I failed you, my daughters, bringing you to this battlefield was a mistake but I will make it right."

The orcs screamed and ran in panic. One after another they tried to escape the goddess and her holy big ass arrow. But there was no hope for them.

The abomination of a goddess held the arrow in her fangs before releasing it with power in the direction of Callisto.

The spear arrow whizzed through their bodies like butter. Their bones cracked with a loud snap and blood spurted everywhere. And then some got lucky and avoided it just barely but to naught, it simply changed direction and passed through their hearts, destroying it completely to the last cell.

At that moment finally, the Orc Disaster, the leader of all the Demi-God Pigs showed himself.

He stood at least eighty feet tall, and his shoulders were wide enough to crush a man without effort. His skin was the color of rust, and he had a thick black beard that ran down past his chest.

Although his dick was too small for that height, maybe to save skin. Artemis and the Orc King, a demigod himself gazed into each other's eyes.

*Whooosh!!!!*

The arrow went past his ear, silver blood flowed from it fresh. Streaming down his nape and to his chest.

It smiled, a curve so horrifying around the edges that it gave goosebumps to everyone present. The Orc King did not care... not for the Goddess nor his own men.

He only care about a single thing... that was his unending gluttony. However, hungry the pig was, he was instinctual smart... a disaster indeed.

His palm clutched a handful of demigod orcs, he picked them up and gulped a few down and crunched a few as an occasional fried chicken.

Then he released a burp, slapping his belly hard. This was not even close to ending his gluttony. He instantly began to eat handfuls of orcs in his way while rushing towards Artemis in her Divine form.

*Thumppp!! Thump!!!!! Thump!!!!*

His footsteps created trembles in the Earth, leading to small quakes and cracks in the ground to let the lava flow out.

Artemis's arrow whirred towards the humongous orc but he jumped high into the air, his palm raised towards the moon and his teeth sharpening- as if he would devour the celestial body itself.

The silver-haired goddess's eyes widened in horror. The arrow struck the Orc right in his belly, and gallons of blood escaped... but it kept regenerating again and again which should have been impossible since the arrow is of such kind that wounds can never be healed.

Soon realization struck upon her... the Orc King already had semi-divinity of the moon and by eating his own orcs, it was increasing every moment... it had already crossed a particular limit and would soon rival her own.

At that moment, the arrow was confused. Why would it kill its own owner/master right? He could not make out who was Artemis and who was not.

The owner/master was the one with the most Divinity of the Moon which was currently Artemis... but for how long? That was the question.

"No way..." She trembled lightly.

This was incomprehensible. The tides had changed completely... all because of a simple move of cannibalism.

Even the [Moon Laser] an attack she was quietly forming in the night sky to strike from the Moon had become disabled.

If it did hit the battlefield, it would do naught to the orcs since they were high essences of the moon itself... all the damage would be to the land and her precious trees.

*CRASH!!!*

The Orc King landed on the ground, his eyes now red and glowing, his body covered in blood.

He was surrounded by several dozen demigod pigs, he picked them up before putting them in his mouth and eyed Artemis, eager to taste her flesh.

*Thump!! Thump!!*

A sound like thunder began to grow louder and bigger, and the land shook violently.

The moon began to glow with even more intense brightness than before and Artemis's eyes widened in shock.

The light shone outwards, surrounding the entire battlefield in a dome.

Her moonlight had begun to betray her.

The animalistic form that she had begun to shrink while the Orc King grew higher and higher. All the orcs around him willingly came closer to be devoured- and he ate them.

It came to a point where the ground could no longer hold his weight. The surface began to break to merge with the skies of the underworld.

She wanted to get away but there was nowhere to run, the moon's light was blinding her vision.

"Run!" She shouted at Callisto and all of her hunters that remained.

It was too late, the ground beneath their feet began to tremble and a huge pig rushed towards her, his mouth open wide and enormous, ready to devour everything in a single gulp.

Artemis's eyes widened and her heart stopped.

She felt the presence of the godly power behind it, a power that could destroy the whole world. She could not escape, she was already cornered.

The world around her was consumed by the darkness of the night.

This was the first time she felt inferior as a mighty and proud, egoistical god.

"GAAAAAAHHH!!"

She closed her eyes and bit her lip, charging forward, she was going to be eaten raw but at least with a little honor.

However the pain and darkness never came, instead, heat covered her body from toe to face. Her eyes were still shut but she saw light instead of the usual blackness.

Artemis felt her silver hair tousled by a finger, tucking them behind her ears. A whisper drifted in the air, finally reaching her ears.

"The fates are kind, Goddess Artemis, or should I call you... Artemis now?"

Her eyes fluttered open as she stared at the man in front with shock, ignoring the fact that she was currently being held in his strong and warm arms.

He lowered his head to look at her, his silver hair swaying in the gentle breeze. His lips curled into a cold grin as he held her buttcheeks close to his strong powerful dick.

"We meet again."
