Ouyang Xin took a breath of cold air after she had completed her reading, and her eyes that looked towards Si Chen was now glimmering with awe and wonderment.
For such a young person to know so much at his age was downright remarkable.
"Are you done?" Si Chen lifted his gaze from a dress he had just taken a photo of and looked at Ouyang Xin.
"I'm done." Ouyang Xin took a deep sigh and replied, "I wonder who was able to give birth to such a monster like you. I really envy your parents for having such a child as their son."
"Since you are done, I will take my leave first." With that said, Si Chen turned around to leave the store.
Ouyang Xin frowned her eyebrows as she felt that something was wrong just now. Although his voice was neutral, it seemed to contain a few traces of…coldness?
She shook her head from her thoughts and focused her sights onto the design papers. She was going to start her work and apply these designs onto clothes.

Si Chen was clenching his fists tightly as he left the store.
His parents had abandoned him and Xiao Meng when he was young, and he did not even know whether if they were doing well, or if they were even still alive.
He always thought of himself as having no parents, because hearing the term parents always hurts a deep part within his heart that he had always kept covered.
He took a deep breath to steady his emotions, and gradually loosened his tight fists.
Si Chen then hailed a cab and went back to the apartment. While he was sitting down inside the cab, he wondered when he should buy a car for himself.
But he quickly threw this idea aside. Although his net worth had broken past $200000, and he had around $50000 cash on hand, it was not wise to buy a car that would cost an average of $30000 at this moment.
He needed his money to rise to a stable level where buying a car would not affect his investment business before he considered this matter.
As for buying a house, that would have to wait until much later. Houses were more than a few times more expensive than a car, and he did not have the money to afford a suitable house yet.

Si Chen stared at the messages that Fang Bin and Yang Deng had sent to him.
The Seafood Restaurant's daily profits had risen slightly to $2000, while Hui Yuan Drink Store's daily profits have stagnated at around $1500.
This number was supposed to drop because they had let Northwest Drinks also produce their specialty drinks, which implied that customers no longer needed to go to the Hui Yuan Drink Store just to purchase them.
However, the influence and allure of the Great Milk Tea has made up for this deficit in customers, and pushed the profits back up to the normal numbers.
Of course, all this profits did not take the 7/3 split with Northwest Drinks into account, which will only be given to them on a monthly basis.
Construction and renovation works at the beachside branch land for the Seafood Restaurant has already began, and when it was completed, the Seafood Restaurant can then have its first branch.
Si Chen adjusted himself into a comfortable position on his chair, as he wondered about what he should do about his studies.
To qualify for University, he has to take the National High School examinations. By right, he would only be taking that exam when he was 18 year old, but he did not have the time to waste 2 years in school to learn nothing that useful for him.
He will just apply for a transfer in class to the 18 year old class.
The National High School examinations will be starting in a month, and the long holiday they had on was partly meant to prepare the high school students for this exam.
After coming back from the holiday, the students were then put into intensive lessons and unending mock exams to thoroughly shape them into the exam standard.
Si Chen, was of course, not going to participate in all the classes, since there was no need to, and he had his investments to take care of.
He only had one month to study for the test two years higher than his current standard, but he felt that with his current capabilities, it won't be that hard for him to easily catch up.
The Eternal Fashion was going to roll out its new designs soon to the public, and as long as they pick up enough traction, the clothing shop will begin to see more customers.
Right now, the only thing Si Chen had to do, was wait.
And while he was waiting, he also went up to the internet for even further research on the online shopping platforms.
There was one that caught his eye, and the website was called OnShop, which stands for online shop.
Its name was not very fashionable, but thoughts and ideas can change over time. If the OnShop name had travelled throughout the entire world, no one would think that this name would sound weird or peculiar.
The website had quite a simple design, and he saw that the main thing it sold was clothes. There were still that occasional groceries or house items though.
The main difference between this platform and other online shopping platforms, was that this website also allowed for customers to post listings online for other customers to buy.
So this was not a website dedicated for only one shop to sell off their items.
Since Si Chen did not know how exactly started up this website, he sent an email to the website to contact the owner.
After doing this, he continued to search up for sources where he can learn F&B knowledge from. There was even some courses online which he could take up, and after the completion of it, he would get an official certificate to certify that he had adequate knowledge on the subject.
If he wanted to, he could even apply for a F&B job using this official certificate, since it was evidence that he had somewhat mastered this topic.
It required money to take up the course, and since he had enough, and it was for learning purposes, he simply unlocked the course and began to start learning.
A few days later.
Si Chen had already gone through the entire course. Even though his F&B Expertise did not manage to promote to the next level, it was well on its way there.
The website even notified him that the certificate will be sent towards his apartment. Since they wanted to give it to him, he might as well accept it so as to decorate his slightly empty room.
He received a call a while later. It was Fang Bin.
"Boss Si, the branch restaurant at the beachside has already finished its preparations. Will you be coming over to attend the opening ceremony?" Fang Bin asked over the phone.
"I'll go there to check out the area. There is no need for you to pay attention to my presence later. You can just take it as if I'm not there." Si Chen languidly answered.
"Okay Boss Si." Fang Bin nodded his head and replied.
They spoke a bit more before hanging up on the call.
Si Chen had already created a few more new recipes for the Seafood Restaurant to introduce, such as the Air Fryer Salmon, Lobster Roll, Glazed Shrimp etc.
He had to rack his brain quite a bit for all of this dishes. He now aimed for a larger variety of dishes, rather than just a few specialty meals.
This allows for customers to have more choices for their meals, and would prevent the occasion where customers mainly come to the Seafood Restaurant for those few specific dishes.
