"Oh, I'm just going to meet my future wife." Mugen replied.

"Your wife is going to have to wait forever" the voice said menacingly. Shadows popped out from up and about and gathered in front of him. They then dispersed and surrounded him.

"I can't turn my darling into a widow she has lost so much already though it seems that I'm in quite a pinch right now." Mugen took a defensive stance similar to neji's. Swing. Clang. Click. Bang. Fwish. Sounds of a battle ensued however if an ordinary person were to be watching they would not see anything but weapons falling towards the ground and shadows disappearing. The were fighting at speeds not noticeable by the untrained eye.

Mugen was at a disadvantage. After a while he was covered in wounds with blood flowing from them. Swis h. A kick sent him flying to a wall. They took the opportunity to enclose him in a semi circle. They were about to finish it when.

"Stop' the voice from before sounded and they halted. The ninja made a path for him Now that he got a better look at them. He concluded they hailed from the village hidden in the grass from their headbands and attire.

The ninja that seemed to be their commander walked and halted before him. He was dressed in standard battle uniform: sandals, a purple flak jacket and his headband.

" If this is all you have i must say this is quite disappointing. " he said. Mugen got a better look at him. He had a scar extending from his right eye to his lower lip.

"You're quite the looker aren't you." Mugen commented.

Swish. He threw a kunai at mugen's head, however it embedded itself in the wall where mugen's head was. He had shifted his head at the last second.

"Pointless struggle for someone who is about to die." He stated in a condescending tone

"Finish him" he commanded the surrounding ninja.

"Well now don't I get any last words." Mugen asked. The man signalled the ninja to stop and looked at him.

Successfully gaining their attention, Mugen 's hand slowly raised and finally pointed up. He smirked. Explosive tags covered the ceiling above.

"You fool you will be caught in the explosion as well!!!!!" He shouted. Booooooom! !!!!. They exploded all at once. As he and the rest were crushed by rubble the man who spoke earlier looked at Mugen only to find him cracked like stone and slowly breaking down. "So it was some sort of clone" he thought as the grim reaper knocked on his door and he lost consciousness.

Before Mugen's clone could fully disappear it used the last of its power to toss the scroll it had upwards and transformed it into a tiny pebble.

"What the hell happened?!!!" Oro came up after drinking with some associates. He had immediately checked his secret hideout only to find it collapsed.

"What happened is that, that was the sound of your life falling apart?" Someone had appeared behind him back to back. But that wasn't what scared him. He had a sharp weapon pressing on the back of his heart.

"Surely we can discuss this, I can give you all the money in the world, anything you can think of.. you name it and it's yours." Oro attempted to negotiate on a panicked tone. "I don't want to die!!!" He pleaded.

"No one does but you my friend is long past your death sentence. You have killed and toyed with many women and though none of them is related to me. I must no, I just want to kill you." Pshh. Mugen pierced through his heart.

Going back in time a bit

After Mugen left the restaurant he rendezvous with his clone and it disappeared and passed its memories of the terrain and structure of the building. He quickly headed to the roof and waited in a blindspot. As soon as the clone with the scroll died he received the memories and descended from the roof straight into the window of the room where oro was and where the entrance was.

Returning to the present

Mugen retrieved the 'pebble' from atop the rubble and escaped.

As it turns out the sun was rising as he was heading to an inn to sleep. "Guess it's true what they say, no rest for the wicked." Mugen sighed as he headed to the city gates.

As he was walking there he suddenly thought of those two for some reason. Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha. Even though those two are quite stupid as one is a clingy moronic crybaby and the other is an oblivious,power hungry, fool who wasted his life. He had to admit. Those two were INSANELY overpowered. If you take a good look at you will see why.

They both had little (sasuke) to no (naruto) ability at the beginning before twelve but at twelve in just one year in the length of the first series they became insanely powerful. Especially naruto that fool, at first at the very start he could create hundreds of perhaps thousands of clone, in the battle with mizuki, so he was basically a chunin then. Though for some stupid reason he only summons that many clones on 'special occasions ' and somehow only created less than ten normally.

He also defeated gaara with gamabunta after summoning two thousand clones, so jōnin perhaps. afterwards he who was supposedly talentless in addition to learning the broken multi shadow clone jutsu and summoning jutsu, he who is supposedly not a genius learned the even more broken rasengan. At the end of the original series of if he was 'Serious ' he had jonin level abilities though still an idiot.

In Shippuden, sasuke at the very start is on par with s-rank criminals and insanely skilled so maybe or maybe not k age level but definitely close. Naruto with sage mode is definitely stronger than tsunade(maybe) at the fight with pain. Though pain is a total badass he is not the topic now. Including rasen shuriken which even minato and kakashi couldn't do this fool but supposedly non talented ninja gets even more powerful. Not to mention nine tails chakra mode, bijuu mode etc till now it was ALL him but then hagoromo had to give him his power and sasuk e too. Sasuke has the broken mangekyo sharingan and rinnegan and narut o has his six paths chakra mode. They are both totally broken.

And if that wasn't enough even though it seemed so long this all took place in the span of FIVE YEARS!!!! Now that takes from zero to hundred real quick to a whole other level. Two puny little humans could take on an immortal God level existence after five years. Though to be fair all she did was eat a chakra fruit. Rumours had it she was envied for her beauty,tsk damn that's too old even for me, well not really she is young looking but she has children and lots of descendants. Thinking about is annoying. I'll just forget it for now.

"Can I really surpass those kids, this world seems so real to me and that kind of power is unimaginable right now, sigh," Mugen subconsciou sly blurted out.

"You're late" tsunad e spoke with crossed arms with a young girl beside her.

"Yeah,yeah. Let's go" Mugen said depressed.

They walked through the gates heading for their next destination.
