"What are you doing? You must be doing something funny, right!" Alev shouted as he strangled him in anger while still running.

He doesn't really know what he has been doing, but in Alev's mind, he clearly knows if it must be the Death doings because he looks doing something strange at the moment before.

The Death itself still averted his gaze away from him even though Alev was so close watching him, but the more a long stare he got from him made him even more pouring with sweat, nervously, he just put a whistle while still feigning ignorance for what he did before.

But what he did make Alev even more suspicious, he didn't have a choice because of the silence, and he shook him really hard even with one hand it would make him difficult to breathe as he coughed hard out of breath when being choked in his current kid-sized body.

The Death quickly shape-shifted his body into a tall adult to make him release his neck. As soon as he completes the change he feels his neck in relief and doesn't feel any pain from him even though he still feels his neck is still being grabbed by him.

Of course it was, Alev didn't want to let him go easily anyway, even though it looks strange for someone who is a strangler hanging in the air when strangling someone's neck.

"It's a bit weird." The Death said while stopping running and looking at him, who persistently wouldn't let go of his neck.

Hearing it only made him feel worse by grabbing it even harder, he seriously struggled a lot to just let his neck break free from him.

"Argh! Fine, fine! That was my mistake, I just wanted to give you a bit of help before, you know! Can you let go of me now? It really annoys me!" The Death said with a frown on his face.

For a moment, Alev gave a sudden silence and looked with a stoic face with a bitter smile when looking at him, and then he grabbed him even harder.

"A help? You're helping me to lose the one and only useful weapon I have, and that seems a bit true for me! What kind of help is that! You ugly masked mischief!" He fumed while seeing him with scornful eyes.

"What was that mockery for? Aren't you grateful enough, at least you are getting the vine, aren't you!" He shouted while giving a frown on his face, feeling annoyed.

Alev raises his eyebrows while frowning his head still looking at him, He just doesn't believe the word coming from him, even if it is right, but the knife it's just the only weapon that will make his survival chance raise up, and not to mention the not only thinks that as only a weapon, but it is a utility tool.

He frowns his head even more strongly as his vein looks gonna pop up from his forehead.

"You shithead! Are you still insisting on making me die? Take that, right now!" He gritted his teeth as he tried forcing his left arm to hit him.

"That's too high, I guess the tree is too hard to climb, and I can't levitate either." He smirked as he shrugged his shoulders.

The tree is most likely not really that hard to climb, even if it has a slim body like a palm tree or even a smooth texture in its bark, but the growing vine will do much help if he really wanted to climb it. But he just didn't really want to do that futile thing, he just thinks there is so much of it, eventually with that kind of knife that must be a cooking utensil in his thought.

Their different mindset really puts up their tension ahead of each other, but put their differences aside, they surely have something in common that they didn't realize at all… Well, they both are the same in their stubbornness.

But for this moment, Alev surely could hold it once as he heard a scream coming from Tina. He let go of his hand and dropped to the ground as he clicked his tongue while averting his gaze from him, and it really gave a shock from him while seeing in disbelief that he would budge easily.

"Gyaaa!" Tina shouted as she ran closer toward them.

Hearing the more scream makes Alev don't want to waste more of his time getting in trouble with him.

He has something in his mind when looking at the vine, he quickly picks it up as he curls it in his hand when being watched by him in the back looking at it with curious looks about what he was going to do with it.

"It sure is pretty strong, it looks more like steel wire rather than plant fiber." He was amazed while trying to stretch it a little. "Fine then, oi god's errand! Can you do me a favor this time?"

The Death is rather a bit of surprise seeing the looks on his face full of determination like that. It was slightly odd seeing him in the current state, but somehow he took a little interest in him as he couldn't refuse and nodded to offer his hand, and for a moment he heard the plan that came out from him.

He rubbed his chin while his face looked in disbelief with squinted eyes looking at him when hearing the plan.

"I don't know if you are really that crazy when you come up with that plan, you know!" He responded as he finished hearing it.
