Awoken

I died...

For a split second, before my life force was drained from my broken body, I felt the pain, but...

When I first opened my eyes, the night sky was pitch black.

Sulli was perplexed and shocked to find that she could breathe normally again as if her body had been unharmed in the accident. She gazed up into the pitch-black sky, which was dotted with brilliant stars. Suli was intrigued by the stars because of their variety in size and shape while maintaining the same brightness.

She said, "I had no idea that stars could be so pretty and sparkly and dazzling that I want to like them."

After staring blankly for a minute, Suli finally comes to and tries to move her tense body.

"I'm really able to move," she asks, hands flailing, pinching her cheeks in surprise.

"Aw! It's painful to hear that"

Sulli, upon learning that she is still alive, is once again thrown into a state of bewilderment. Her final moments on Earth were still vivid in her mind, and she could clearly recall her own death, but now that she sees herself alive and breathing normally, she feels a chill of fear and dread.

A bead of sweat formed on her forehead as she tried to make sense of everything. She rolled her eyes and took a look at her situation.

All she could see was black grass and the endless, unending sky above her, adding further complexity to Suli's already baffling thoughts about the infinite number of stars above her.

"I Can't... Remember... Where I Am" Her usual singing voice had become dry and hoarse.

Suli stares at the ground in shock after realizing she is inside a coffin.

"W-what?

What the heck am I doing in here? "she stutteringly froze up to the point where she couldn't move

As she calmed down and looked at her surroundings, her confused thoughts cleared. At first, Sulli may have believed she was in another dimension or hell, despite the fact that she was well aware of her death. Because she was a seasoned pro, she was able to quickly adjust to unexpected events. Seeing herself in a different dimension or a sort type of hell becomes a normal routine for her after being exposed to so many other possibilities throughout her life.

Again, Sulli allowed herself to be lowered into her sp called tomb.

This is what goes through Sulli's head as she gives in. She had never in her life imagined that people could sleep peacefully inside of a coffin.

"For a sinner like me, this death is too peaceful"

Her lifeless eyes gazed up at the night sky again. She reached up subconsciously as if to pluck a single star and bring it down to Earth so she could bring back the one she loved.

A single tear rolls down her cheek as her lips move.

"Gu Jianyu, I miss you."
