The Encounter

Details of main characters in this chapter :

• Aki : He is a pro gamer but lacks social skills. Might be dumb but has a heart of gold. Recently got specs due too much screen time.

• Ken : Nothing is really known of his past or present. He is a guy who lacks basic human emotions but excels in intellectuality. Loves chess.

• Rio : This boy only knows exercise. Has a blonde hair and is pretty tall. He values his friends more than his life.

• The president : Will get revealed in future. Apparently, she is dominant and is the top student of the whole school.

The Day We Met:

"Akis House"

Alarm ringing

"Uhh 2 mins more."

Switches off the alarm

(After 30 mins)

"Aki Aki wake up. Were you playing games late at night again. It's time for your school. It's your first day at your new high school right? Get up."

"Uh huh".(Looks at alarm clock : 8:30am). "Shoot I am late for school. Mom get the breakfast ready I am late."

"Its ready and served, get ready quickly and get here I want to talk to you about something."

(Aki gets ready as quick as he can and comes down to the hall)

"Aki make sure you stand up for yourself and don't let others bully you. "

"Yea, mom, don't worry, it's a new school I'm sure I will fit right in. I hope so."

(Aki puts the bread in his mouth and runs out the house)

"Don't run and have a great day."

(Aki 's mom says waving her hands in both tension and happiness)

Alarm rings

(Switches it off)

"999 and 1000. Done with my regular pushups. Time to make breakfast."

(After having breakfast)

"Mom I'm heading out for school."

(says Rio marching out confidently)

"Ok have a good day at school."

(yells her mom from her bedroom, unbothered knowing her son will be fine)

"Ken's Apartment"

(In a dark corner in front of a big screen)

Screen turns on

(A man appears on the screen)

"Sir what are the details for the mission?"

"Don't worry you will receive them soon. Make sure to complete this in the most efficient way possible and don't disappoint me, I have high expectations from you."

"Yes, sir I won't let you down."

(replies Ken in a cold tone lacking human emotion)

Screen turns off

(Ken leaves for school)

"In front of the school gates"

"Phew I'm finally on time shouldn't have played games till 3 am."

"HEY YOU!"

(A rowdy looking boy spoke from a group) 

 "Me?"

 "Yeah , You! Come here."

 "Umm what do you want?"

 "You know here in this school everybody pays us for their protection, so pay up or it will be bad for you throughout the year."

"What?! Why should I pay you?"

 "Because you wouldn't like to mess with us, would you?" (the rowdy smirks)

"Hey you fools leave him or else."

 "What did you say?!"

 "I SAID LEAVE HIM ALONE."

 "You sure got some guts boy speaking up to us, now just paying us the money won't get you out of this."

"Lets do this" (Rio cracks his knuckles and beats the shit out those hooligans)

"Sir please no more, we will never bully others again. Good now get outta my sights before I change my mind." 

"Ok sir."

(Bullies run away)

"Ya ok?" 

"Oh yeah thanks."

 "You should stand up for yourself or else those morons won't learn. Are you a new student?"

 "Yeah, how do you know?"

 "I can tell by the lapel pin you got there (smirks), I am also new here, name's Riokoji, you can call me Rio."

"I'm Akito, call me Aki or whatever you want. Aki is fine with me. We are getting late lets hurry."

 (they both run)

(On a bench in the school grounds.

A mysterious boy is observing them)

"Hmm these two seem interesting, I may have a use for them in my mission."

(At the School Hall where every single student has gathered)

"Good morning students. I am your principal Kujiro and I hope you shall prove that you are worthy enough for this school and bind by the rules and enjoy your days here. Looking forward to your bright futures. Now the Student Counsil President will say some words."

(the president started to speak in a monotonous voice)

 "Quiet down everyone. You got into Kami High to make yourselves disciplined and proper. Don't do anything to ever bring dishonour to your family and your school. Shine brighter than the stars and make your school proud. You may now return to your respective classes"

(the president leaves the hall)

(At the grounds in front of the notice board)

"Rio, what did you think of the President's speech? She seemed very cold in my opinion, like c'mon its only our first day , don't pressure us this much."

"I think her speech was good, because there are many people who will start to break the rules as soon as the school starts, you got the example in the morning." 

(says Rio checking for his class in the list)

"Yeah, you're right, by the way which class are you in?"

(Aki also starts looking)

"Let me see, it seems we are in the same class. Oh, that's so nice." 

"Hey, you two, it seems we are classmates."

(A voice spoke from behind)

 "Who are you?" (asks Rio)

"Sorry forgot to introduce myself I am Ken, nice to meet you both. "

"I am Riokoji, call me Rio. "

"I am Akito, you can call me Aki."
