A retired god, Kira, has recently passed on his job to a successful hero and decides to open a cafe for characters from all corners of the multiverse. Heroes, villains, and anything in between are welcome to come hang out, trade, and visit other worlds for missions. ------------------------------------------ My first time writing anything so it's probably gonna be garbage but don't go easy on me. Criticism of all kinds is welcome. I won't make any promises about update consistency, university is hell.

Kira In Marvel

The POV jumps around quite a bit this chapter

[New York City, Kira POV]

After sending out Jean, Diana, and Pamela to the mission, I decided to visit the world myself as well.

There is someone here who has most likely already noticed their presence and might intervene in a non-pleasant way if I didn't show up to explain some things.

Moving through the Chitauri swarms, taking out several for the fun of it, I reach the roof of the New York Sanctum where the Ancient One is shooting off magic, killing any who pass by over the building.

"I was expecting a visitor, but you are not him." the Ancient one says, looking at me with a wary gaze. "Several people recently arrived who are not a part of this world, are you one of them?"

"The one you were expecting won't be coming since there won't be any reason for him to time travel." I tell her, sitting on top of the doorway, dangling my legs over the edge, "And yeah, I am not of this world."

"May I ask why you have come here?" She asks, trying to use the time stone in the Eye of Agamotto.

For a second, she looks shocked before her expression quickly turns gloomy.

"What's up Yao, your little rock not working?" I say with a smile, trying to hold back a laugh at stumping the woman.

Seemingly the time stone not working causes the fight or flight response in the Ancient One to activate as magical glyphs appear on her hands, getting ready to attack me.

I just cancel her magic, saying, "Relax now, I was just messing you. I don't mean harm."

Looking a little embarrassed at her decision to attack me, she puts her arms back down and clears her throat to compose herself.

"Again, who are you, and what is your purpose in this world?" she asks

Throwing my business card to her, I get up and leave one more message before teleporting to my next location. "Cya soon."

Catching the card, the Ancient One reads it over.

'Want to get your questions answered? Want to become immortal without relying on the dark dimension? Then come visit God's Cafe!'

[S.H.I.E.L.D Helicarrier, third-person POV]

Stationed high above the water outside New York City is the helicarrier, which is currently extremely busy with S.H.I.E.L.D employees running all around.

Looking at the news on one of the computers is Nick Fury wearing his trench coat and eyepatch.

"Sir," Maria Hill approaches, "The council is on."

Following Maria Hill, Fury enters his office to hear the council's orders concerning the alien invasion in New York.

Joining the call, Fury sees the camera feeds of 4 people, each of them high-ranking members of the World Security Council.

"Director Fury, the Council has made a decision. In order to secure the safety of the earth, we must neutralize the aliens as fast as possible." A woman's voice is heard.

"And to do that, we have decided to authorize launching a nuke to the city." Another man follows where the woman left off.

"No" Fury's answer is quite simple. "Even if we nuke the city and kill all the aliens there, the portal remains open, we would achieve nothing except for killing civilians."

"Director Fury, the Council has made a decision." The woman repeats

"I recognize that the Council has made a decision, but given that it's a stupid ass decision, I have elected to ignore it."

"Director," The man on the biggest screen, Gideon Malick, starts talking, "You are closer than any of our subs. You scramble that jet-" He is cut off by Fury.

"That is the island of Manhattan until I'm certain my team can't hold it. I will not ord-" Fury pauses his words as a red-headed man appears behind Malick.

The man looks into the camera, which means he is technically looking everyone in the call in the eyes right now, but for some reason, Fury feels as though the man is looking at him specifically.

"I've left a gift on your table, come visit me with your team later." He says before shoving his hand through Malick's chest, grabbing his heart, and ripping it out before once again disappearing.

The video call cuts off.

"..." Fury stands quietly, contemplating what just happened

"Sir, we have a bird in motion," Hill reports looking at a video feed of a jet taking off, presumably with the nuke.

Seeing as they are not authorized to stop the jet, Fury puts his thoughts about the mysterious man aside and rushes up to helicarrier's deck, RPG in hand, to take down the jet himself.

Fury manages to blow up one of the jets but does not have the time to shoot down the second one before it flies off.

Going back down, he contacts Tony, "You've got a nuke coming in, put that tech of yours to good use and redirect it somewhere it wouldn't touch civilians."

"The portal sound like a good place for that?" Tony asks as fighting can be heard in the background.

"Perfect," Fury replies cutting off the communication. "Get me a visual on that bomb." He commands the people in the carrier.

Getting a live feed of the nuke through their satellites, Fury is once again stumped to see the same man.

"Why is there a man sitting on the nuke?" Someone in the room asks.

"Isn't that the same person we saw kill Malick?" Hill asks Fury, who just nods in response.

He continues to sit there until Tony gets close to the nuke and then… just disappears… together with the nuke.

"Fury? The nu-" Tony calls him, trying to explain what he just saw.

"Just don't worry about it." Fury responds, canceling the call right away and going to his office, determined to get some answers.

On his desk, as promised, he finds a gift, a business card.

Picking it up, he reads what is written on it.

'Hydra is still around and very strong. They've got people everywhere, just like Malick. Want to learn more? Come visit my cafe together with your team.'

'PS: To meet me, just walk into the woman's bathroom in the helicarrier together with your team, and you will be teleported.'

"Motherfucker" Fury says, slamming the card back down before yelling out. "AGENT HILL!"

The woman arrives in his office at olympic speeds.

"Lock down all the woman's bathrooms, nobody gets in or out from them."

"..." Hill just looks at her boss with a weird expression before heading to do as ordered.

Later that day, Nick Fury and his team could be spotted entering and exiting every female bathroom on the helicarrier.

[Kira POV]

I just killed off one of Hydra's leaders Gideon Malick. It was intended as a message to the rest of Hydra that their days are numbered.

Even if they don't understand that now they will soon enough, as I plan to get rid of them here much faster than in the MCU. Setting up some repeatable missions to the marvel universe for destroying Hydra bases should do the job nicely.

Currently, I'm sitting on the flying nuke, enjoying the breeze and trying to figure out what to do.

I could just let it be as it is, and Iron Man would take care of it, sending it to the mothership, and things would end just like in the movie. The Chitauri would die, the portal would be closed, and Tony would get PTSD that would haunt him until the end of his life.

Or I could deal with it myself.

Heck, let's just decide it with a coin flip. Heads I leave Iron Man to deal with it, tails I do it myself.

Flipping the coin, I get tails. (Author: I actually flipped a coin for this decision)

That decides it. Seeing Iron Man flying in from the distance, I just teleport away, taking the nuke with me to right outside the Chitauri mothership.

Seeing the ship blow up, I decide to make life a little more painful for Thanos by calling up One-Above-All.

"Hey, it's your boss here. Could you tell Death to friendzone the purple Shrek cosplayer? Thanks, bye"

Now it's time to return to the cafe, give out some rewards and wait for visitors.
