The sound of the blast tearing through the air was perceived clearly by Gnihzur's senses. Although the blast was moving very quickly at sonic velocity, to Gnihzur it appeared to have slowed down drastically to the point where he had time to analyse the fractal particles beaming off the anterior of the energy source.
"This is where my legend ends I guess." While Gnihzur's had his mind fixed on this thought pattern, he heard a sonorous voice coming from deep within his mind telling him,
"Don't be foolish." Origin's refreshing voice came along with the activation of Gnihzur's Star Vision. "This beast is too much for you to handle in your current depressed state. I will take it from here."
Origin had completely taken control of Gnihzur's body in that instance when the destructive beam was fired from the Behemoth's tail cannon and was nanoseconds from obliterating Gnihzur.
