"Damn her for this shit" I screamed in my mind as I held her weeping body in my arms. Why? ...How could she ju-? My brain is just going and going, so her chest became my comfort too. We both were so broken in each other's arms we didn't say anything else.. I don't even know how or when we ended up on the ground beside the pool just sobbing tethered to each other in a full release.. we've begun the grieving process.

"Let's go inside... I'm-.. im so tired Danni" I lifted my body as Danni released me hesitantly. "Yea you're right.. I do feel exhausted" Danni stood then scoped me up and I don't know what possessed me to but I unconsciously just wrapped my arms around her neck and rested my head on her shoulder. "I just have to carry my Wife over the threshold.." she kissed my lips took us to the bedroom. She laid me back gently on the bed an slithered up next to me. My mind, heart and pussy were all in different directions so I just turned over and closed my eyes. Fighting back the tears I didn't even have left. You really hurt me...

      I felt my body rushing from the nightmare that woke me. When I looked over at the wall the time read 3:33am, I sat up an glance over my shoulder. Danni was just laying there staring at the ceiling. "Do you want some water" I asked slightly feeling weak. "Nah I grabbed waters for us a few ago" she passed me a bottle. I thanked her and she reached for my face caressing it. "What has you up" I asked her searching her eyes for something.. anything that seemed or felt safe... warm... home like before. She looked back at me "what was it about Eva? How did y'all get there" she sat up on her elbow an fully faced me. I sighed an shook my head "baby... can we not have this conversation Right now? I'm so tired.. an we both need to get some rest" I tried to lay back next to her but everything felt cold and distant. "Please ... just hold me" I begged with tears welling up in my eyes. "I just need you to hold me.. please" I fell into her chest as she brought me into her arms and body more. She kissed my forehead before she spoke "I got you babygirl... I got you" as she released a sigh I closed my eyes once again.
