The woman's eyes widened slightly with a hint of surprise. She then turned and called out to someone behind her, "Samuel. Johnson!! Someone's here for an interview, hurry up and come out~!!"
Upon hearing this name, Amanda Smith froze for half a second. Her breath caught briefly before she realized it was probably someone with the same name.
That person, she had long caused his death, how could he possibly appear here.
"I'm sorry," the woman stepped back and said to Amanda, "That guy is showering, you can come in first."
Amanda Smith gave a slight smile and nodded.
She wasn't sure if it was her imagination, but she always felt the woman's gaze on her was somewhat peculiar, as if curious.
She looked at her, puzzled, and asked, "Is there something on my face?"
"No, no," the woman hastily shook her head, warmly leading her into the house, where she offered tea and water, asking, "Would you like some water? Samuel just entered the bathroom, so you might have to wait for a bit."
