After seeking Dr. Woods, she began to worry again.
She had thought she would never become pregnant again, but Dr. Seam's prescription had given her hope once more and, at the same time, plunged her into a nightmare.
She took a deep breath, feeling that she should honestly make things clear to Samuel Johnson. Another life should not come into being, as neither of them was suited to be parents. Maybe for Samuel, it was just a whim, but for that new life, it might be a nightmare.
"I don't want a child," she said indifferently, "You can't force me to stay with this."
Samuel Johnson sat on the bed, his expression slightly restrained. He looked at Amanda Smith's face, glistening under the light, and slowly said, "Can you stay for me? What else do you think I can do to make you stay? Amanda Smith, you are the one who doesn't want me."
Amanda Smith clenched her fists tightly and turned her head, staring at him determinedly, "It was you who didn't want me first!"
