Flashback - The Betrayal

1000 years ago.....

A pulsating seal was seen waning every second and it was on its end of flight. It was making an alarm to all the guards as they felt that the seal was about to end its lifespan. Clamoring guards were all in chaos on the day that the Arcane Emperor was about to get freed. It would be a slaughter if he would be released!

Inside the prison, there was a barrier that covered the spiked cage that skewered the man inside. He was breathing slowly as it was painful to do so while he was looking down at the floor. His breaths were letting out steamy air while sighing at his predicament.

"The time has come," he said as he deeply knew the age of the seal. It was time for it to reach the end of its life.

His hands were tied with barbed chains and it bled colorful red blood. Dripping on the floor as it was mixed with his longevity seeping out.
