By the main seat, Lucien and Isabella stared down Terry with visible irritation. They had always disliked his brash flaunting of the Roberts family's traditions. They couldn't fathom why their brother would choose such a person as a mentor. At an adjacent table, a sudden poke in the back startled them both; turning around, they saw Mila Batt, the sole daughter of the Batt family.
Mila was the same age as Isabella and just three years younger than Lucien. The trio had been inseparable since childhood, sharing a deep bond. Mila whispered, her voice laced with curiosity: "Isabella, is Mr. Watson really your teacher? He seems to be about our age."
Isabella responded with a touch of annoyance: "Now? Really, is this the time to discuss this?"
"Heh, it's your family's affair, not the Batts'. I think it's quite entertaining, actually. It's a chance to see what this good-looking guy can do."
