Diana's P. O. V

The drive home was silent, after the outburst from West he drove me home without saying a single word to me.

We arrived at my house at noon, mom hadn't returned, and we were both hungry. Then West offered to do the weirdest thing.

"What? Scared I'll poison you." He teased, "there is no way am letting you into my kitchen." I said with a straight face. Without anyone telling me I could sense this was going to end badly.

"I'll make just an omelette and pancakes, how wrong can one go?." He asked not expecting an answer.

"You are not going to cook for me." I said meaning every word I said.

"Slow your roll chirper!. Who said anything about cooking for you?. Am cooking for myself and your mom." He said.

"What's going on with you and my mum?." I asked out of the blue. It wasn't totally out of the blue though, he was supposed to expect this from me.
